The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of participation obstacle of the visually disabled’s leisure sports activity on powerlessness and re-participation intention. 148 leisure sports participants were selected by the convenience sampling method from The 30<SUP>th</SUP> national sports games for the disabled and sport for all clubs. The instrument data collection was a questionnaire that was previously inspected by experts and later found to have construct reliability values ranging from .764 to .843. The data were analyzed by using Window SPSS ver. 15.0 and Amos 7.0 program and conducting descriptive analyses, SEM, bootstrapping, CFA to identify the fit degree of factors. The results are as follows: First, physical and mind, information technology, accessibility, partner on participation obstacle influence on powerlessness. Second, powerlessness influence on re-participation intention.

An analytical method was developed for evaluating the cannabidiol (CBD), cannabinol (CBN), and ∆9-tetrahydrocannabinol (∆9-THC) level in human hair using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Hair samples (50 mg) were washed with isopropyl alcohol and cut into small fragments (< 1 mm). After adding a deuterated internal standard, the hair samples were incubated in 1.0 M NaOH for 10 min at 95°C. The analytes from the resulting hydrolyzed samples were extracted using a mixture of n-hexane-ethyl acetate (75:25, v/v). The extracts were then evaporated, derivatized, and injected into the GC-MS. The recovery ranges of CBD, CBN, and ∆9-THC at three concentration levels were 37.9-94.5% with good correlation coefficients (r2 >0.9989). The intra-day precision and accuracy ranged from -9.4% to 17.7%, and the inter-day precision and accuracy ranged from -15.5% to 14.5%, respectively. The limits of detection (LOD) for CBD, CBN, and ∆9-THC were 0.005, 0.002, and 0.006 ng/mg, respectively. The applicability of this method of analyzing the hair samples from cannabis abusers was demonstrated.
황체퇴화시 황체막 Na<sup>+</sup>-K<sup>+</sup>-ATPase 활성도의 변화

Slices of rat corpora lutea(CL) incubated with. prostaglandin F<sub>2α</sub>(PGF<sub>2α</sub>) in Krebs-Hensenleit (K-H) Ringer solution showed a decrease in Na<sup>+</sup>-K<sup>+</sup>-ATPase activity after 60 min of incubation. However, PGF<sub>2α</sub> in vitro did not alter Na<sup>+</sup>-K<sup>+</sup>-ATPase activity of isolated luteal membrane fractions. Following PGF<sub>2α</sub> induced in vivo luteal regression, reduction of Vmax an elevation of the activation energy above transition temperature of the lipid phase of the membrane occurred without changes of Km, optimum pH and transition temperature. These results suggest that reduction of Na<sup>+</sup>-K<sup>+</sup>-ATPase activity after PGF<sub>2α</sub> treatment may be due to the reduction of the number of enzyme molecules or to masking of the active site of the enzyme without any change in enzyme characteristics. In addition, a change in membrane bound enzyme activity may be an early step in PGF<sub>2α</sub> induced luleolysis.

For shift quality improvement, torque sensors are currently too expensive to be used on production vehicles. To achieve smooth acceleration shift, the reference trajectory of the clutch slip speed for accomplishing the shift process within a designated shift completion time and its relationship with the clutch actuating torque were suggested by Jeong and Lee (1999). In order to facilitate the proposed algorithm, nonlinear estimators for necessary information such as the axle shaft torque, clutch friction and turbine torque were designed using only speed sensors. Accounting for the modeling error, a control law for this indirect smooth shift was proposed based on the above mentioned suggestions. Simulation results of the proposed estimators and shift controller were presented and further considerations for practical applications are discussed.
Shift Characteristics Analysis and Smooth Shift for an Automatic Power Transmission

Smooth shift is one of the key issues in automatic power transmission control systems. However, the torque sensors are too expensive to be used in shift controllers on production vehicles. In order to provide a basic strategy for smooth shifting by using RPM sensors only and in order to accomplish the shift within a designated time, this paper studies detailed characteristics of the smooth shift for clutch-to-clutch shift mechanism. A desired trajectory of slip speed is proposed for smooth acceleration shift defined in this paper. Also the clutch torque needed to achieve this trajectory is derived, and it may be used as a open loop shift control law.

In vitro translation of cytochrome c oxidase on mitochondria of mouse tissues was compared with the level of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) deletion and of the transcript during aging. Translation activity of mitochondria from old testis declined considerably compared with old brain and liver. In the region of 12S rRNA and URF6L spanning COXⅢ gene locus, age-related mtDNA deletion was considerable and multiple ranging from 7.4 kb to 9.17 kb deletion in old brain and testis, but barely detectable in old liver. The transcript amount of subunit Ⅲ of cytochrome c oxidase decreased substantially in old testis, while being little reduced in brain and liver. Deletion, transcription and translation levels seemed to be related to testis during aging but not in brain. Especially deletion level was not related with age in brain and liver. Present observation from testis suggests that, among the gene mutation and gene expression steps, translational alteration may play a major role in irreversible aging process.
