      • 광대역 전압제어발진기의 설계기법에 관한 연구

        In this paper. Design methodology of Voltage Controlled Oscillator( VCO) using varactor diode. which furnish wideband tuning range. good tuning linearity and low phase noise at microwave frequencies. are proposed. The series double-tuned oscillator with additional microstrip line and inductor is optimized to improve the phase noise and the fast tuning speed. The design and simulation have been done by Serenade-8.0 design tool used in the extracted nonlinear model parameters. The designed wideband VCO has shown the phase noise of -9jdBciHz at lOKHz offset frequency and the tuning sensitivity of 50MHz/V from 2.3GHz to 2.8GHz.

        초·중·고등학교 학생·학부모·일반교사의 보건교육 영역별 요구도와 보건교육

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the needs of health education in students, their parents and teachers in the elementary, middle and high schools and the current situation of health education class. Method: The subjects of this study were a total of 9450 persons including students, their parents and teachers from 279 schools throughout the country. They were selected through convenient sampling. Data were analyzed through x^(2)­test and ANOVA. Result: Students, their parents and teachers replied that 18 dimensions of health education class (DHEC) are necessary. The four DHEC - healthier life style, sex education, mental health and safety education - showed high educational needs in students, their parents, and teacher. High school students had higher educational need of 'symptom management for daily living' than elementary and middle school students. Students, their parents and teachers in elementary school had higher educational needs of 17 DHEC that those in middle and high school. The percentages of schools with health education class taught by health teachers were 99.2%, 75.5% and 66.0% respectively in elementary, middle and high schools. Health education was given mainly using physical education classes at elementary schools, and creative class hours at middle and high schools. In general, health education took 1-3 hours per week at elementary schools, and less than an hour at middle and high schools. Conclusion: Therefore, based on the results, systematic health education class should begin from elementary school to meet the need of health education in students, their parents and teachers, and further study should be made on the number of hours required and the amount of contents of 18 DHEC.

      • WLL 기지국용 다운 컨버터 설계

        In this paper, A down converter to convert RF signal into IF signal is designed at the WLL base-station. It consists of low noise amplifier module and down mixer module. The low noise amplifier module is composed of three-stage and a feedback circuit is added in the first-stage low noise amplifier in order to obtain unconditional stability and good flatness. The configuration of the down mixer module is a single-ended type gate mixer. For the good isolation characteristic of each port, a bandpass filter and a lowpass filter are inserted in the input and output port. To design the down converter without the IF power amplifier, it is important to maximize conversion gain. So the down converter of this paper is designed for the purpose of obtaining a high conversion gain. From the results, the IF output power is -12.68dBm when the LO and the RF power level are 7dBm and -80dBm, respectively. Also when the LO power level is 7dBm, P1dB is -0.19dBm, and the RF input power range shows 70dB on wide operating range.

      • 직렬 결합형 PIN 다이오드를 이용한 WLL용 3-bit 위상천이기 설계

        In this paper, the 3-bit phase shifter using the series-coupled PIN diode to decrease the insertion loss is designed at WLL frequency bandwidth. The 30˚ bit and the 60˚ bit phase shifter are designed by the loaded-line type which is easy to obtain a small shift angle and the 90˚ bit phase shifter is designed by the reflection type obtaining a large shift angle. The 3-bit phase shifter is combined with the series connection of each bit phase shifter by the increasing arrangement of phase shift angle. From the results, the designed 3-bit phase shifter shows that the phase difference of input signal is shifted every thirty-degree intervals at output port. The average value of phase error is 0.53˚ , maximum phase error is 1.18˚ , and the insertion loss is 0.840dB~1.335dB at center frequency (2.315GHz).

      • 의료용 선형가속기의 일상 점검을 위해 개발한 이온전리함의 특성 연구

        The dosimetric system consisting of parallel plate type of air-filled ionization chamber and charge-to-voltage converter was designed to do daily constancy check of the high energy photon beam of Clinac 1800C linear accelerator(Varian Co., Pola Alto, California, USA). The ionization chamber was fabricated using acrylic plate for the chamber medium and printed circuit board for electrical configuration. The sensitive volume of the chamber was 1.6cc. High voltage generator was fabricated using the conventional 9V batteries to apply the high voltage(300V) to the electrode of the ionization chamber. Also the charge-to-voltage converter was designed to collect the electrons produced in the ionization chamber cavity. The output reading was converted into the digital signal using the commercially available digital multimeter to produce four-digit readings. The major parameters of the chamber characteristics such as reproducibility. linearity. leakage current. zero drift. timer error. dose-rate effect and polarity effect etc. were measured. These data were comparable to those of the QA-purpose dosimetric system commercially available in the market. Also this dosimetric system can be extended to do the flatness/symmetry check of the photon as well as the constancy check of the various electron beams for the purpose of outputs as well as energy measurements.

      • 재이식 가능한 32비트 테스크 코어 설계

        본 논문에서 제시한 32비트 테스트 코어는 기존의 ARM과 같은 32비트 RISC 코어를 대신하여 JTAG 및 코어브레이커의 회로 테스트를 위하여 고안되었다. 테스트 코어는 디버깅유닛을 바꾸어가며 재이식(retargetable) 가능하게 사용될 수 있다는 장점을 갖는다. 회로 합성 결과 하드웨어는 ARM과 비교하여 33% 정도의 게이트를 가진다. 테스트 코어는 보다 높은 디버깅 성능을 위해 다중로드(multiple load; LDMA)와 다중저장(multiple store; STMA)명령을 추가하였으며 단일로드(single load; LDR) 또는 단일저장(single store; STR)명령들에 비해 64% 정도의 처리시간 단축을 나타내었다. A 32bit RISC type core is designed to replace full processors for testing JTAG and core breaker modules. It is retargetable and can be utilized to test a debugging unit. The design uses about 33% of gates with respect to a fully designed ARM7. It has instructions, multiple load or store(LDMA, STMA), for debugging purposes. Simulation result shows that they reduce the execution time about 64% with respect to processors having a single load or store(LDR, STR) instruction.

      • WLL 기지국용 다운 컨버터 설계
