        chromosome 22 LD Map Comparison between Korean and Other Population

        Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are the most abundant forms of human genetic variations and resources for mapping complex genetic traits and disease association studies. We have constructed a linkage disequilibrium (LD) map of chromosome 22 in Korean samples and compared it with those of other populations, including Yorubans in Ibadan, Nigeria (YRI), Centre d'Etude du Polymorphisme Humain (CEPH) reference families (CEU), Japanese in Tokyo (JPT) and Han Chinese in Beijing (CHB) in the HapMap database. We genotyped 4681 of 111,448 publicly available SNPs in 90 unrelated Koreans. Among genotyped SNPs, 4167 were polymorphic. Three hundred and five LD blocks were constructed to make up 18.6% (6.4 of 34.5 Mb) of chromosome 22 with 757 tagSNPs and 815 haplotypes (frequency ≥ 5.0%). Of 3430 common SNPs genotyped in all five populations, 514 were monomorphic in Koreans. The CHB + JPT samples have more than a 72% overlap with the monomorphic SNPs in Koreans, while the CEU + YRI samples have less than a 38% overlap. The patterns of hot spots and LD blocks were dispersed throughout chromosome 22, with some common blocks among populations, highly concordant between the three Asian samples. Analysis of the distribution of chimpanzee-derived allele frequency (DAF), a measure of genetic differentiation, Fst levels, and allele frequency difference (AFD) among Koreans and the HapMap samples showed a strong correlation between the Asians, while the CEU and YRI samples showed a very weak correlation with Korean samples. Relative distance as a quantitative measurement based upon DAF, Fst, and AFD indicated that all three Asian samples are very proximate, while CEU and YRI are significantly remote from the Asian samples. Comparative genome-wide LD studies provide useful information on the association studies of complex diseases.

      • N-nitrosomorpholine투여로 백서간에 발생한 전암병소 및 간암의 형태변화에 관한 연구

        한국을 위시한 아세아에서 빈도가 높은 간암의 발생원인을 B형 바이러스가 아닌 화학물질이나 환경오염에서 찾아내고 이 물질들이 어떻게 간세포를 변형시키고 전암병소를 어떻게 유발시키며 결국 간암으로 이행되는 과정을 광학 및 전자현미경소견으로 형태학적 분석을 통하여 그 기전을 파악하고자 노력하였다. 간세포의 초기 변화로는 eosinophilic과 glycogenotic변화였고 이는 형질내 다양한 양의 물질을 함유한 간세포의 변성과정이며 이는 초기에 다량보이다 후기에는 점차 감소하였다. 이들은 점차 크기가 적은 basophilic cell로 전환하여 초기보다 후기에 다수 증가하면서 전암상태의 간세포로 변화하였다. 이 상태에서는 소엽의 정상상태를 벗어나 심한 증식상을 보였으며 특수염색상 당원도 점차 소실되었으나, basophilic cell은 기간이 길어지면서 수가 늘어났고 결국 혈관침윤이나 폐에 전이 병소까지 발생케 했다. 전자현미경소견으로 미토콘드리아, RER등이 현저히 감소되었고 핵과 핵소체가 비정상으로 커지면서 이상형의 간세포로 되었다. 결론적으로 산업현장에서 식수로 오염된 NNM은 초기 간세포 변형에서 점차 염기성 증식성의 전암병소로 이행되었고 이 세포는 전이와 혈관침윤을 초래하는 간암으로 이행됨을 광현미경과 전자현미경으로 확인되었다. The development of hepatocellvlar tumors was investigated with histology and electron microscope in 50 males Splague- Dawley rats administered continuously N-nitrosomorpholine(NNM)in drinking water at low dose(5mg/10m1) and high dose(25mg/100ml). Groups of control and NNM treated rats were investigated for 30 weeks, 2 week intervalsbeginning of 12 weeks after administration. Two types of preneoplastic lesion composed of basophilic or glycogenotic hepatocytes wereobserved preceding the appearance of hepatocellular carcinoma. Hepatocellular cacinoma is increased in number and size according to NNM dosage and duration. Histological classification were trabecular type which is most common, hepatocellular type, adenocarcinoma, and mixedtype. On conclusion, the enviromental contamination of chemical in drinking water might cause of hepatocellular cacinoma and increasd the incidence with larger dosage and longer duration.

        Methods and Locations for Embedding Heating Units into Base Layers for Smart Wear: Analyzing Thermal Responses to Automatic Heat Regulation

        To set the on-off mode for efficient automatic heat regulation of a smart base layer, this study determined whetherthe location of the temperature input sensors for automatic heat regulation and the temperature range set for on-off wasadequate in a particular environment-clothing-body system. The experimental environment was set to both neutral (23.0±1.0 ºC,20±5 % RH) and cold (5±0.5 ºC, 45±5 % RH, wind velocity: 0.2 m/s). With eight male subjects wearing T-shirts andouterwear over smart base layers, both their skin temperatures and the clothing microclimate temperatures were measuredwhen the heating unit was in operation. Wearability was thus assessed, thereby allowing an examination of the relationshipbetween the temperature values of the input sensor and those of the heating unit. In this context, we set the reference value ofthe fabric-covered sensor to 34 °C and sewed the operating portion of the heat-generating pad into the inner side of the backarea of the base layer. When the heating unit temperature was set to 34 °C, the clothing microclimate temperature changed inresponse to changes in the external environmental temperature; this was detected by the temperature sensor attached to theheating unit of the smart base layer. Thus, in both environments, the back area skin temperature was maintained almostconsistently within the upper limit (38.4±2.0 ºC) of the skin temperature comfort zone. As a result of examining thetemperature changes according to the layering structure of clothing where the heat-generating device was attached, thelocation where temperature sensor A was embedded to receive the input signal within the heating unit and the set pointreflected the effects of the environmental temperature, body temperature, and clothing in balance, thereby demonstrating itssuitability for automatic heat regulation input signals. Here, the overall thermal sensation was 1.3-2.0 points and thussomewhat warm; overall comfort was also higher than average, at 6.4-7.3 points. In sum, neither the overall thermal sensationor comfort level substantially changed when moving to low-temperature indoor environments after wearing the automaticheat-regulating smart base layer. We therefore established that the body comfort zone was adequately maintained in bothgiven environments when the operating portion of the device was embedded into the base layer of the three-layer clothingsystem and while the reference value of the sensor temperature was set.

        공공도서관 사서의 라키비움에 대한 인식 연구: 인천광역시를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 다양한 문화유산과 오랜 역사를 통해 과거에서 현재까지 많은 변화가 이루어진 인천광역시를 중심으로 지역의 대표문화기관인 공공도서관의 역할 제고를 위한 라키비움 인식및 구축의 필요성, 구축방법, 선결요건, 기대효과 등을 알아보고자 한 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 인천지역 공공도서관의 라키비움 유사서비스 구현현황 분석 및 IBM SPSS Statistics version 21을 사용하여 인천지역 공공도서관 사서 114명을 대상으로 라키비움 인식에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 라카비움 유사서비스를 구현하고 있는 도서관은 총 13개관이었다. 인천지역 공공도서관에 근무하고 있는 사서 114명의 라키비움 인식에 대한 설문조사결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 라키비움의 용어 인식에 대하여 설문에 응답한 사서 과반수가 ‘라키비움’용어는 인지하고 있으나 정확한 개념에 대한 정립이 아직은 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 라키비움 구축 필요성에 대해 ‘필요하다’ 라는 의견이 과반 수 이상 나타났다. 셋째, 라키비움 구축 시 구축방법으로 ‘도서관, 기록관, 박물관의 자원 공유 및 협력’과 ‘각 지역의 대표도서관의 라키비움 공간구축’을 원하는 것으로 조사되었다. 넷째, 라키비움 구축 시 선결요건으로는 ‘예산확보’ 및 ‘사서의 라키비움에 대한 이해’로 조사되었다. 다섯째, 라키비움 구축 시 기대효과로는 ‘새로운 복합서비스 제공’이 가장 높은 것으로 조사되었다. The purpose of this study was especially to find out the recognition and necessity of establishing Larchiveum, the ways of building Larchiveum, the prerequisites when building Larchiveum, the expected effect in Larchiveum for enhancing the role of public libraries, that are the representative cultural organizations in local, around Incheon metropolitan city where many changes from the past to the present happened through cultural heritages and long history. To accomplish this purpose, we conducted a survey about the Larchiveum recognition targeting 114 librarians in public libraries in Incheon area with use of analysis on realizing similar services to Larchiveum in public libraries of Incheon and IBM SPSS Statistics version 21. As a result, a library that implements the Larchiveum similar services were 13 libraries. The results from a Larchiveum recognition survey of 114 librarians who work in Incheon public libraries were as follows. First, more than half of librarians answering the survey question about ‘Larchiveum’ term were simply told about the term but were not defining an accurate concept.         저온환경에서 여성 온열쾌적성 유지를 위한 쾌적온도범위 및 동적 온도변화 연구

        Various types of clothing are being developed to boost thermal comfort during cold winters along with research on change of body temperature when heating is applied. There is a noticeable behavioral difference by gender when using heating panels in a cold environment; however, research on women has been insufficient. This study find a temperature range that provides sustainable thermal comfort in a low temperature environment by observing temperature and change of temperature when subjects are classified according to physical activities or cold sensitivities. For the study results, 8 women in their 20s were subjected to experiment in a low temperature environment for 75 minutes (sitting position: 30 min., running: 15 min., and sitting position: 30 min.). Subjects were asked to turn on/off the heating panel freely to analyze the range of comfortable temperature and clothing microclimate; in addition, skin temperature and heating panel temperature were measured and analyzed at 9 points. As a result, temperature at which subjects turn on and off the heating panel indicated a statistically meaningful difference between the cold sensitivity group depending on exercise or non-exercise. The range of comfortable abdomen temperature was wider than the lower back and was significantly reduced when the subject was running. The range of comfortable temperature was also largest for the heating panel temperature, microclimate, and skin temperature in suggesting that adequate adjustment will be required depending on the surrounding environment or movement of the wearer.

        공인전자주소 기반 전자인수증제도활성화 요인의 우선순위에 관한 연구

        1990년대 후반부터 추진되어온 화물운송시장의 정보화 사업은 스마트폰의 보급, 웹서비스의 일반화에 따라 2010년 이후 급속도로 진행되어 왔다. 화물운송시장에서도 왜곡된 화물운송 거래정보에 대한 투명성 요구, 정보에 접근의 개방성과 공평성 요구에 따라 정부 주도의 화물운송시장 정보화 사업이 진행되어 왔으나 화물운송시장의 영세성 및 낙후성에 기인하여 그 속도가 더딘 실정이다. 주요 장애 요인으로는 운송거래 확인 시 종이문서를 사용하여 운송거래 확인시 리드타임 및 과다비용이 발생하고, 문서 관리를 위한 업무 효율 저해를 들 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기존에 종이 문서 기반의 운송거래 증빙을 온라인화하기 위한 방안으로 전자화물인수증 비즈니스 모델을 제시하고, 해당 제도가 성공적으로 안착하기 위한 요인들에 대해 AHP/IPA 분석을 실시하여 집중 투자 항목을 선정하였다. Information-oriented business of freight transportation market which is propeled in 1990s is progressing at speed since 2010. Information-oriented business's technological background is propagation of smart phone, ubiquitous computing, web service and location based service. And Social background is irrationality of freight transportation market, distorted trade information, openness to information and showing impartiality. To achieve all the things, we have to apply online administrative procedure system to freight transportation market. But freight transportation market's backwardness and littleness make slow. And the biggest obstacle is paper-document environment. Other industry such as public institution, financial industry,and service industry is already have a online system, so on this study, we do success factor analysis about cargo receipt in freight forwarding to certified electronic address. To analysis, we use AHP method and IPA analysis. So we show importance of success factor and present level.
