Quantitative analysis of the three main genera in effective microorganisms using qPCR

Effective microorganism (EM) cultures have been applied in many research fields such as agriculture,environment and bioremediation. EM is a mixed culture of microorganisms including predominant populations of lacticacid bacteria and yeasts with smaller numbers of photosynthetic bacteria, actinomycetes and other types of microorganisms. Quantitative analysis of EM is requisite for the applications of EM, as its efficiency varies depending on the compositionof its main genera of EM. In this study, Rhodobacter sphaeroides, Rhodopseudomonas palustris, Lactobacillusplantarum, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the main genera of EM were quantified by quantitative real time polymerasechain reaction, (qRT-PCR). By using selected specific primers, photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteriaand yeast were quantified with high sensitivity and specificity. The ability of viable cell count by qRT-PCR was comparedwith agar plate cell count, showing linear relationship. Thus, PCR based quantification system is a rapid andhighly specific and sensitive tool for the quantification of EM.

전자전문쇼핑몰은 대형 단일건축물에 많게는 수 천여 개의 개별거래가 가능한 구분등기점포로 구성되는 전문 쇼핑몰로, 서울 주요 지역을 대표하는 상권을 이루고 있으나 상가의 가격동향과 가격에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 서울의 주요 전자전문쇼핑몰 중 개별거래가 가능한 쇼핑몰을 대상으로 업종 및 점포 특성, 건물 내 입지가 가격에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 업종별, 내부 입지별로 상이한 가격 차이가 나타났으며, 휴대폰판매 및 식음료업종이 가장 높은 가격을 보였다. 또한 메인 홀, 에스컬레이터의 인근 점포와 개방 면의 수가 많고 사각형태의 점포의 거래가격이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 건축연한 증가에 따른 지속적인 가격하 락이 나타나기에 자본수익보다는 운영수익에 적합하며 일반적인 상가의 층별 가격비율과 차이가 존재하는 것을 실증분 석을 통해 확인하였다. 이러한 전문쇼핑몰 내부의 업종과 내부입지특성에 따른 가격영향 분석을 통해 향후 전자전문쇼핑 몰의 투자, 개발, 운영 및 관리업무에 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to explore the transaction price of retail store and identify the price determinants of store in electronic shopping malls. (2) RESEARCH METHOD In order to define the price determinants of retail store in electronic shopping malls, this study analyzed the 2,835 cases of actual transaction in three primary electronic shopping malls in Seoul and implemented the hedonic price model by the variation of 3 different models. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Research finding indicates that the stores of mobile phone sales and food and beverage sector showed the highest transaction price, and also the proximity to main hall and escalator have positive effect on price. It is noteworthy that the price of the open area stores and square type stores is higher than others. 2. RESULTS This study proves that the types of retail, store characteristics, and location factors affect the price of retail store in electronic shopping malls. It can help the various project participants understand the associated relation between the price and affecting physical design factors towards more efficient decisions in early stage of the development planning or the remodeling of existing shopping mall.

본 논문에서는 전동 킥보드 주행 중 배터리 폭발 방지를 위한 케이스 제작을 위해 리튬 폴리머 배터리에 물리적인 충격 및 고온에서의 열 충격을 가하는 실험을 통해 제작 조건을 찾고자 하였으며 리튬 폴리머 배터리 팩 케이스의 구성별 냉각 효과를 실험을 통해 비교 분석하였다. In this paper, for the manufacture of a case to prevent battery explosion while driving an electric scooter, physical shock and thermal shock at high temperature were applied to the lithium polymer battery to find the manufacturing conditions, and the cooling effect of the lithium polymer battery pack case was investigated. Comparison and analysis were conducted through experiments.

The volume and size of the wind turbine gearbox has been increased with increasing transmitted power. The optimal sizing of gearbox is important due to limited space on the nacelle. The power-split type planetary gear train has been regarded as a better solution than conventional type from the point of view of the volume and weight. The purpose of this paper is to optimize the volume and weight of the gearbox by the analysis of structural characteristics and evaluation of strength of the power-split type planetary gear train.
