최근(最近) 2년간(年間)의 결핵균(結核菌) 검출성적(檢出成績)에 대(對)하여

1976 年1 月5 日부터 1977年12 月31 日까지 滿2年聞에 걸쳐 慶北大學校 醫科大學 附屬病院 臨床病理學科에 依賴된 各種病的可檢資料2, 505例에 對하여 直接逢技檢鏡法과 培養法에 依하여 施行한 結核菌 檢出成積은 다음과 같다. 1. 檢鏡陰性이면서 培養陽性(a의 境遇) 이 11.3%, 檢鏡陽性이면서 培養陽性(b의 境遇)이 3.5%, 檢鏡陽性이면서 培養陰性(c의 境遇)이 0.2%, 檢鏡陰性이면서 培陽陰性(d의 境遇)이 85.0% 이 었으며, 結果的으로 檢鏡陽性은 3.7%, 培養陽性은 14.8% 이었다. 2. 年度別로 1976年에는 1161例에 對하여 a의 境遇는 13.2%, b의 境遇는 3.5% , c의 境遇는 0.1%, d의 境遇는 83.2% 야 었으며 結局, 檢鏡陽性은 3.6%01 였고 培養陽性은 16.7% 이 었다. 1977 年에는 1, 344例에 對하여 a의 境遇가 9.7% , b의 境遇는 3.5%. c의 境遇는 0.3%. d의 覆遇는 86.5% 이 었는데 檢鏡陽性은 3.8%. 培養陽性은 13.2%이 었다. 3. 可檢資料 別로는 喀痰만이 1976年에는 857例에 對하여, a의 境遇가 15.9%, b의 境遇가 4.8%, c의 境遇가 0.1%, d의 境遇가 79.2%이며 結果的으로 檢鏡陽性이 4.9%, 培養陽性이 20.7%이 었고, 1977年에는 993例에 對하여 a의 境遇가 11.8%, b의 境遇는 4.8% c의 境遇는 4.0%, d의 境遇는 83.0%로서 結局檢鏡陽性이 5.2%, 培養陽性率만을 나타냈었고, 胃液, 心囊液, 大便 氣管支液, 腹膜組織, 骨髓液 및 穿刺液은 檢鏡과 培養이 모두 陰性이 없다. 1976年에서도 脊髓液, 肋膜液, 尿, 膜水, 및 膿은 1977年과 마찬가지로 少數의 培養陽性만이 있었을 뿐이었고, 大便, 胃液心囊液, 胸廓液, 分泌液, 化腹組織組, 組織液 關節液 및 膣分泌液은 檢鏡과 培養이 모두 陰性이 었다. It was examined :for the presence of Mycotacterium tuberculcsis by the direct smear and the cultural methods that 2.505 cases of materials were various Kinds of pathological origines and to detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis by request during two years, from 5th``; Jan. 1976 to 31st Dec. 1977, at the department of clinical pathology in Kyungpook National University School of Medicine attached Hospital The results of the examination were as follows; 1. The microscopic negative by the direct smear test and the cultural positive were 11.3% of 2. 505 cases, the microscopic and cultural positive 3.5%, the microscopic positive and the cultural negative 0.2%, and the microscopic and cultural negative 85.0% of them. Consequentially it was 3.7% in the microscopic positive and 14.8% of them in the cultural positive. 2. In 1976, the microscopic negative and the cultural positive were 13.2% of 1. 161 cases, the microscopic and cultural positive 3.5%, the microscopic positive and the cultural negative 0.1%,and the microscopic and cultural negative 83.2% of them. Consequentially, the microscopic positive were 3.6% and the cultural positive 16.7% of them. In 1977, the microscopic negative and the cultural positive were 9. 7% of 1344 cases, the microscopic and cultural positive, the microscopic positive and the cultural negative, and the microscopic and cultural negative were 3.5%, 0.3% and 86. 5% of them respectively. It was consequentially 3. 8% of the cases in the microscopic positive and 13.2% in the cultural positive. 3. In the kind of the materials, the sputum was only revealed that the results of examination on the micro scopic negative and the cultural positive were 15. 9% of 857 cases in 1976 and 11. 8% of 993 cases in 1977, the microscopic and cultural positive 4. 8% in 1976 and 1977, the microscopic positive and the cultural negative 0.1% in 1976 and 4. 0% in 1977, the microscopic and cultural negative 79.2% in 1976 and 83.0% in 1977. Consequentially, the microscopic positive was 4. 9% in 1976 and 5.2% in 1977 and the cultural positive was 20.7% in 1976 and 16. 6% in 1977. The cerebrospinal fluid, pleural fluid, urine, ascitic fluid, pus, joint fluid, and thoracic fluid were only revealed the lower positive rates of the cultural examination without the microscopic positive. The gastric Juice, pericardiac fluid, stool, bronchial secret, peritoneal tissue, bone marrow, and a punctuate were revealed both the microscopic positive and the cultural positive in 1976. In 1977, the cerebrospinal f1uid, pleural fluid, urine, ascitic fluid, and pus were also lower positive in the cultural examination without the microscopically positive case. and the stool, gastric juice, pericardiac fluid , thoracic fluid, a secret , pyogenic tissue, a tissue fluid, cystic fluid, joint fluid , and vaginal secret were micros scopically and culturally negative.

첨단복합소재 데크를 볼트결합한 조립식 아치가교의 거동분석

유리섬유강화 폴리에스터(GFRP) 복합소재는 가볍고 내구성이 뛰어나 강재, 콘크리트, 나무 등과 같은 기존의 구조 재료들을 대체할 수 있는 재료로 최근 각광 받고 있다. 이러한 복합소재를 활용하기 위해 쉽게 조립할 수 있는 수직결구식 복합소재 데크를 활용한 아치가교 유형을 선행 연구에서 제안하였고 유한요소해석을 통해 검증하였다. 이 논문에서는 선행연구에서 제안된 볼트결합에 의한 복합소재 데크 조립식 아치가교의 안전성 및 사용성을 구조성능시험을 통해 검증하여 문제점을 파악하고 그 문제점을 해결하기 위해 개선된 아치가교 유형을 제안한다. Due to lightweight and high durability of glass-fiber reinforced polyester (GFRP) materials, they are promising alternatives to conventional construction materials such as steel, concrete and wood. As good application examples of GFRP materials, several types of temporary arch bridges were suggested and verified by finite element analyses in our previous study where snap-fit GFRP decks were applied. In this paper, we conduct a structural performance test to verify safety and serviceability of the temporary arch bridge, where snap-fit GFRP decks are assembled by bolts. The structural problems occurred in this test are also discussed and improvement of temporary arch bridges is suggested to resolve the occurred structural problems.
