Long Short Term Memory based Political Polarity Analysis in Cyber Public Sphere

In this paper, we applied long short term memory(LSTM) for classifying political polarity in cyber public sphere. The data collected from the cyber public sphere is transformed into word corpus data through word embedding. Based on this word corpus data, we train recurrent neural network (RNN) which is connected by LSTM's. Softmax function is applied at the output of the RNN. We conducted our proposed system to obtain experimental results, and we will enhance our proposed system by refining LSTM in our system.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The coating effects of electronically and ionically conductive materials on the surface of LiNi<SUB>0.5</SUB>Mn<SUB>1.5</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> (LNMO) cathodes for Li-ion batteries are examined. In order for the coating layers to promote facile electrochemical reactions, in addition to their protective functions of blocking side reactions between the LNMO surface and the electrolyte, carbon and Li<SUB>2</SUB>O–2B<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> (LBO), which conduct electrons and Li ions, respectively, are chosen as coating materials. The properties of the LBO–carbon composite coating are examined in comparison with those of carbon- or LBO-only coatings. Electrochemical metrics, such as discharge capacity, rate performance, and cyclability, are improved with the addition of the thin-film coatings. The LBO–carbon coating shows the best overall properties, particularly greatly improved capacity retention under elevated-temperature (60 °C) cycling. The multi-conductive feature of LBO–carbon for both electrons and Li ions provides stable electrochemical kinetics under conditions of severe side reactions at elevated temperatures. The proposed simple one-step aqueous process for forming and applying the composite electrode coating may be extended to other materials and the mass production thereof.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> LiNi<SUB>0.5</SUB>Mn<SUB>1.5</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> cathode is coated with a multi-conductive composite film of LBO and C. </LI> <LI> The elevated-temperature cyclability greatly improves with the LBO–C coating. </LI> <LI> The capacity and rate performance are improved by coating the cathode. </LI> <LI> A cheap and easily scalable process for cathode coating is designed. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

오늘날 우리사회는 컴퓨터 통신망을 통한 정보교환이 급속히 증대됨에 따라 전송 도중 정보가 노출되거나 변경되는 것을 방지하기 위해서 정보 보호를 위한 암호화가 요구된다. 암호알고리즘에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 것은 DES이다. 그러나 최근에 하드웨어기 급속히 발달함에 따라 DES의 비도는 상대적으로 감소될 가능성이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 DES의 암호알고리즘의 비도를 향상시키기 위해서 암호분석의 평가지표에 따라 DES를 확장하여 H/W를 설계하며, H/W로 설계한 확장된 DES를 현존하는 모뎀 내에 두도록 하여 암호기능이 추가된 Secure 모뎀을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 전류 재사용 기술을 적용한 저전력 광대역 피드-포워드 연산증폭기를 제안한다. 제안하는 연산증폭기는 저주파 전압 이득 이단 증폭기에 고주파 피드-포워드 일단 증폭기를 결합함으로써 Miller 보상 없이 영점을 생성하여 요구하는 위상 여유를 확보하였다. Miller 보상을 위한 저항과 커패시턴스가 제거되었기 때문에 광대역 특성을 확보할 수 있다. 저주파 전압 이득 이단 증폭기에 전류 재사용 기술을 적용하여 저주파 전압 이득을 높이고 공통 모드 출력 전압을 위한 피드백 루프를 1차로 구성함으로써 공통 모드 피드백 루프의 위상 보상을 위한 저항과 커패시턴스를 제거하여 향상된 단위 이득 주파수를 얻었다. 제안한 저전력 광대역 피드-포워드 연산증폭기는 65-nm CMOS 공정을 사용하여 설계되었다. 전원 전압 1.2 V에서 765 μW의 전력을 소모하며 62.26 dB의 DC 전압 이득과 1.232 GHz의 단위 이득 주파수를 가진다. In this paper, a low-power broadband feed-forward operational amplifier (OPAMP) adopting current-reuse technique is proposed. By combining a feed-forward amplifier with low-frequency two-stage voltage gain amplifier, the proposed OPAMP obtains required phase margin without Miller compensation. It achieves broadband frequency response by removing Miller resistor and capacitor. The proposed OPAMP obtains an extra low frequency voltage gain by adopting current-reuse technique at low frequency two-stage amplifier. It has improved unity-gain frequency with 1st-order common-mode feed-back loop. The proposed low-power broadband feed-forward OPAMP is designed in 65-nm CMOS process. It achieves a DC gain of 62.26 dB and an unity-gain frequency of 1.232 GHz while consuming 765 μW from a supply voltage of 1.2 V.
Design of Multi-modal Biometrics System and Sensor Network Security System based on USN

In this paper, we implement a multi-modal biometrics system to support various ubiquitous sensor network application services. The proposed system consists of a speech, a face, a palmprint recognition module and USN sensor network module. The speech recognition module has the psychoacoustic model, FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) and LDPC(Low Density Parity Check), the face and palmprint recognition’s main algorithms are PCA(Principle Components Alnalysis) and Invarient moments respectively . The proposed system is inserted in a HOST PC to use sensor energy effectively. To improve accuracy, a FEC (Forward Error Correction) system is also implemented in the system and optimized the simulation coefficient.
