      • 볶음향을 응용한 참기름 대체 향미유의 개발

        옥수수배아, 소맥배아, 탈피땅콩, 겨자, 후추를 조분쇄하여 직화법으로 볶은 다음 옥수수기름과 혼합하고 열처리하여 향미유 원액을 얻었다. 이 원액과 옥수수 기름을 혼합하고 여기에 유용성 천연색소 추출물과 O.R.Paprika를 처리하여 참기름 고유의 외관과 향미가 유사한 대체 향미유를 개발하였다. 이의 이화학적 특성을 참기름과 직접 비교해 본 결과 유리지방산 함량은 약 1/14 수준이었으며, 기타 항목에서는 거의 유사한 결과를 나타내었다. 이 향미유를 이용한 조리실험 결과 갈비절임, 볶음, 튀김, 김구이 및 약과튀김 등에서 우수한 특성을 보여 참기름 대체용으로의 기능이 충분한 것으로 확인되었다. Crude seasoning oil was manufactured from direct heat treatment of corn germ , wheat germ, dehulled peanut, mustard, black pepper and corn oil (RBD type). The sesame oil substituted was composed of this crude seasoning oil, oil soluble natural pigment mixture and corn oil, and showed the similar appearance, flavor and taste with sesame oil. Free fatty acid content of SO was 1/4 than sesame oil, the other values were similar, respectively. Use of this SO was suitable about cooking, general frying as well as frying of laver and Chinese cake. As a result, this SO had possibility as sesame oil substituted.

      • 자동차 배기정화용 촉매에 관하여 : NO와 CO제거를 위한 촉매제

        The reactions of nitric oxide with hydrogen, carbon monoxide and hydrogen-carbon monoxide mixture have been investigated over the catalysts supported on alumina. In NO-H_2 System the relative activity of catalysts was decreased in the order as Pd>Ru>Pt>Os, while it was Ru>Pd<Pt<Os in NO-CO system. The relative activity sequence of catalysts in NO-H_2-CO system was similiar to that in the mixture of nitric oxide and carbonmonoxide. The inverstigation on the effectiveness of air-fuel ratio for the purification of exhaust gases has also been carried out over alumina supported ruthenium and palladium. Of exhaust gases the nitric oxide conversions were decreased slowly with increasing the air-fuel ratio, while the carbon monoxide conversions were increased slowly under the same condition. In this experiment the best value of air-fuel ratio was 14.5. In the nitric oxide conversions, the ruthenium and palldium of catalysts used were not so much inhibited by carbon monoxide.

      • 洛東江 水質汚染에 따른 淨水處理 改善에 關한 硏究(II)

        The algae content in the Nackdong river water, which is used as source of water works in Daegu city and carries a pollution load of domestic and industrial wastewater, rises in the warm season to such a level that calls for a improvement process for water treatment. A pilot plant study on the efficiency of the removal of algae by dissolved air flotation was conducted and the results are summarized as follows: 1. Algae concentration in the raw water is the highests in April, May and September below 25 NTU of raw water turbidity. In these dry months, the production of treated water decreases by the conventional water treatment process. 2. The average efficienct of algae removal could be achieved at 96% using coagulants, such as alum or PAC at dissolved air flotation. In the conventional sedimentation process, algae can be removed by only 88% and produces chlorinated organic compounds after breakpoint chlorinatioin. 3. It is required that the ideal flotation area is 7,106㎡ and the detention time is 20 min for treated water of 250,000㎡ /day.

        Absorption spectra and kinetics of solvated electrons in solvent mixtures give some information about the properties of solvated electrons. In this paper the reaction between solvated electrons and benzene in several tetrahydrofuran/water mixtures will be investigated in the temperature range 260K<T<325K by Laser-Flash-Spectroscopy. Solvent and temperature dependence of absorption spectra will be discussed. In this study, it is found that the maximum wavelengths of the absorption shectrum were increased with increasing THF content and temperature.

        This paper presents output voltage control method of buck converter using fuzzy control theory. Output voltage is obtained by duty ratio as output of the fuzzy control. By proposed fuzzy control system, it is good characteristics in the steady state and the transient. The system have robust output characteristics that have nothing to do with load variation from no load to full load. This feature is verified through the computer simulations.

        Aspergillus sp. PS-104의 액침배양중 mycellial pellet 형성에 미치는 황토의 영향

        유리인산 생산균을 생물비료화 하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 인산가용화능이 우수한 Aspergillus sp. PS-104 균주를 액침배양하면서 pellet 형성에 미치는 황토의 영향을 조사하였다. Aspergillussp. PS-104의 분생포자를 황토를 포함하는 PDB 배지에 접종하여50 rpm의 낮은 속도로 교반하여 배양하면 무정형의 불규칙적인pellet을 형성하는 반면에 150 rpm의 높은 속도로 배양하면 구형의 규칙적인 pellet을 형성하였다. 또한 0∼10% (W/V) 범위의황토 첨가시에는 황토의 농도가 높을수록 pellet의 크기가 작게 형성되었으며, 1.0% 황토 농도에서 1.0±0.1 mm의 가장 작은pellet이 형성되었다. 이 결과는 황토를 첨가하지 않는 경우에 비하여 약 4배 작아진 것이다. 그러나 황토 농도가 1.5% 이상 되면 무정형의 큰 pellet이 형성되었다. 또한 황토의 주성분인 SiO_2Fe_2O_3, A1_20_3, CaC0_3, Caso_4,MgC0_3 분말을 각각 O∼l.0% 농도로 배지에 첨가하여 pellet 형성에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과Al_2O_3를 제외하고는 첨가물의 농도가 높을수록 작은 크기의pellet이 형성되었으며, MgCO_3를 첨가했을 때 가장 작은 크기의pellet을 형성하였다. In order to investigate effects of loess on the mycellial pellet formation a phosphate-solubilizing fungus Aspergillus sp. PS-104 was cultured in potato dextrose broth containing loess. The strain formed an amorphous pellet or loose aggregates agitated at a low speed (50 rpm) while spherical and regular pellets at a high speed (150 rpm). The higher concentration of loess was added, the smaller size of a pellet was formed during the submerged culture of the strain. As shown in results, being cultured in the PDB medium supplemented with 1.0% loess the pellet size was maximally reduced to a fourth compared to the control. Evaluating the addition effect of several components of loess such as SiO_2, Fe_2O_3, Al_2O_3, CaCO_3, CaSO_4 and MgCO_3 on the reduction of mycellial pellet size the higher concentration was supplied, the smaller size of pellet was formed except Al_2O_3 And the smallest pellet size was recorded at the concentration of 1.0% (W/V) magnesium carbonate.

      • 보리 춘파재배 적응성 품종의 특성 및 선발

        보리 품종 중 춘파에 적응하는 품종을 선발하기 위하여 올보리 등 16품종을 시험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 가. 천립중과 설립량과는 상관관계가 있어 천립중이 무거울수록 10a당 설립이 적고 수량은 많아지는 경향이었다. 춘파 재배는 생육기간이 짧고 고온하에 등숙이 이루어지므로 천립중이 가벼워지는데 대립종이 소립중에 비하여 설립이 적었다. 나. 수량은 맥종간에는 쌀보리가 겉보리나 맥주보리에 비하여 적었고, 또한 년차나 품종간 변이도 컸다. 다. 쌀보리 품종들은 겉보리에 비하여 간장이 짧고, 설립이 많아 수량이 적었다. 라. 춘파재배용으로는 천립중, 설립량, 간장, 성숙기, 수량 등을 고려할 때 올보리와 사천6호가 가장 안정성이 있는 품종으로 판단되었다. This study was conducted to select varieties for spring sowing in barley. The accumulated and the average temperatures affected the 1,000-grain weight and unmatured grain yield. There was a negative correlation between 1,000-grain weight and the yield of unmatured grain. The 1,000-grain weight became lighter because of short growth period and maturing in high temperature under spring sowing condition. Compare with the covered and two-row barley, the grain was lower than naked barley. Among 16 barley varieties. "Olbori", "Sacheon6" were well adapted to spring sowing condition.

      • 磁性浦捉劑 δ-FeOOH의 製造와 이를 利用한 重金屬이온의 處理

        자성포착제 δ-FeOOH는 황산철과 수산화나트륨 수용액을 반응시켜 얻은 수산화철 용액에 오존을 급격히 통하게 하여 합성했다. 실온에서 산화시간을 일정하게 하고 황산철에 대한 수산화나트륨의 농도 변화에 따른 δ-FeOOH의 생성에 대한 최적조건을 조사했다. 이러한 조건하에서 만든 산화철로써 폐수중의 중금속이온 즉 Cd^2+, Cr^6+, As^3+, Pb^2+, Hg^2+를 처리하고 그 결과를 보고한다. Magnetic seeding material, δ-FeOOH was prepared by passing through ozone to Fe(OH)_2, which is made by reaction the aqueous solution of the ferrous sulfate with the sodium hydroxide. In order to find the condition of formation of δ-FeOOH at room temperature, the variation of concentration of sodium hydroxide against ferrous sulfate was considered at constant oxidation time. Under these conditions, the degree of treatment for heavy metal ions, such as Cd^2+, Cr^6+, As^3+, Pb^2+, and Hg^2+ in waste water were discussed.
