토마토의 種子 및 生體에 감마線을 處理한 R₂世代에서 花靑素突然變異의 出現率을 調査하였으며, 出現한 花靑素突然變異體의 因子型을 判明하였다. 卽 花靑素突然變異의 出現率은 生體處理가 種子處理보다 效果的이며, 因子型은 어느程度 品種의 遺傳的 背景에 依해 支配되는 것 같으며, OTS 10號의 ai 因子의 遺傳子座는 放射線에 對한 感受性이 敏感하여 突然變異되기 쉬운것 같다. The experiment was carried out to determine anthocyanin mutation frequency in γ-irradiated R₂generation of tomato seeds and young plants. And allele test was examined for anthocyanin mutants. Higher mutation frequencies were observed in irradiated young plants than dormant seeds. It was suggested that anthocyanin mutant’s genotypes varied with variety’s genetic backgrounds, and ai locus on Okitsu No. 10 was very sensitive to gamma ray.

Unstructured grid system is suitable for flows of complex geometries. For problems with moving boundary walls, the grid system must be time-dependently changing and deforming according to the movement of the boundaries when we use a body fitted grid system. In this paper, a new moving-grid finite-volume method on unstructured grid system is proposed and developed for unsteady compressible flows with shock waves. To assure geometric conservation laws on moving grid system, a control volume on the space-time unified domain is adopted for estimating numerical flux. The method is described and applied for two-dimensional flows.

부어초 개발에 관한 기초 연구(I) - 인조섬유 로우프의 정적시험 -

해양 공간에 설치되어 유체의 흐름과 지형에 변화를 주며, 대상 수산 생물의 유집에 의한 생산 어장의 조성과 치어의 보호 육성을 도모하는 중효한 어장 시설인 인공어초의 기술 개발은 점차 다양화되어지고 있다. 부체부와 계류부로 구성되어 있는 부어초의 개발에 있어서는 부어초의 특성 및 안전상 계류시스템의 설계가 극히 중요한 부분이 된다. 이 논문에서는 부어초의 계류시스템에 많이 사용되어지는 나일론, 폴리에스터와 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 인조섬유로우프의 정적시험의 과정과 그 결과로서의 Creep거동 및 하중-인장 곡선을 얻었다. 특히 나일론 로우프의 경우 수중에서 20%내외의 강도 하락(Strength drop)이 관찰되며, Creep 시험 곡선은 대수시간 축(longerithmic time axis)상에서 직선을 유지하고, Flessner's formula와 평행한 결과를 얻었다. Fish aggregating devices(FAD) or artificial fish reefs deployed in the ocean space have been developed in various forms. The objective of FAD is to aggregate, cultivate and proliferate aquatic resources by making changes in ocean flows around it. developing spawning grounds, improving feeding areas and protecting larvae and juveniles. Most floating fish aggregating devices(FFAD) are in the form of surface buoys or subsurface buoys with a single point mooring system(SPMS). The mooring line of SPMS for the secure positions of FFAD is expected to keep great stresses as a result of the harsh ocean environment. Laboratory static tests on synthetic fiber ropes used for the SPMS were run. The Nylon wet rope specimen tests under increasing-and-decreasing loads showed about 20% strength drop. Also the logarithmic creep-tie behavior of fiber ropes was observed in the constant load test and compared with Flessner's formula.
