        Interleukin-2를 이용한 진행성 위장관암의 비장을 경유한 자가 LAK Cell의 면역학적 반응

        To elucidate the anticancer effect by observing the effect of LAK cells after infusion of IL-2 through splenic artery for the advanced gastrointestinal cancer, randomized study was performed for the 8 patients who had liver metastasis from gastic and rectal cancer. 4 patients were performed subtotal gastrectomy for stomach cancer and the others were done abdominoperineal resections for rectal cancer. The liver metastasis were noted all of the cases after surgery between October 1989 and December 1992 at the Department of Surgery, Keimyung University School of Medicine. After confirmation of the hepatic metastasis from gastorintestinal cancer, we performed selective splenic arterial infusin of IL-2 with the dosage of 20,000 units/kg B.W. We checked the immune function pre-and post-IL2 infusion therapy, such as total lymphocyte count, T-cell percentage and CMI multitest with blood count and hepatorenal function. There was no difference between the pre-and post IL-2 infusion in the hemoglobin, serum protein, albumin, BUN and creatinin. The total lymphocyte counts of pre-and post IL-2 infusion were 1641.2 and 1727.4, respectively. The T cell percentage of pre-and infusion were 62.51% and 64.27%, respectively and had the tendency to increase in comparison with pre-IL-2 infusion, but there were not stastical differences. The results of CML muiltitest of pre-and post IL-2 infusion were not definite differences. From the above results, it could be suggested that LAK cell after infusion of IL-2 via selective splenc artery had the slightly positive effect of the immune function of advanced gastrointestinal cancer patient, with hepatic metastasis.

        고등학교 지구과학 실험·실습 요목 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of the experimental and practical education in high school earth. The present status and reasonable management of the experimental and practical education in high school earth science have been grasped from the questionaires. To do this, eighty eight earth science teachers in Korea are administered questionaires. The frequency of the experimental and practical items in the seven kind of earth science text books were investigated. The problems and the reasonable management for experimental and practical education were proposed in this paper.

        Our unicycle has simple mechanical structure.But unicycle's dynamical system is a very sensitive unstable nonlinear system. equations of motion for a simple unicycle robot were derived using Lagrage's method. In this paper, a human fuzzy influence control mechanism was established throught an inquiry into human riding a unicycle, and we developed a hybrid controller to control our unicycle robot. This proposed hybrid controller is consisted with a pure PD and two fuzzy gain scheduled controllers and a direct fuzzy logic controller. Computer simulation results show that our hybrid controller has robust control performnance to unstable nnonlinear unicycle robot system.

      • 민초피나무( Zanthoxylum piperitum D.C. var. inerme Makino) 種子의 아미노산과 脂肪酸 助成의 分析

        본 연구는 최근에 국내에도 자생하는 것으로 알려진 민초피나무의 종자에서 식용으로 활용할 수 있는 蛋白質源 油脂源을 얻기 위해 민초피나무 종실에 있어 단백질과 지질의 아미노산과 지질의 조성을 분석한 것이며, 아미노산 자동 분석기와 gas liquid chromatography법으로 민초피나무 종자의 아미노산과 지방산을 동정한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 종자 단백질에서는 총 92,380.0㎍/g의 아미노산이 함유되어 있었다. 17종류의 아미노산이 분석되었다. 이들 아미노산들 가운데 함량이 많은 아미노산은 아스파르트산 13.95%, 아스파라긴 11.60%와 류신 9.39% 등이었다. 총 필수 아미노산은 47,740.2㎍/g이고 51.68%에 해당하였고 9개의 필수 아미노산이 비교적 많이 함유되어 있었다. 종자의 지방은 건물중량의 29.4%였고, 10종류의 지방산이 분석되었다. 주요 지방산은 oleic acid 33.44%, linoleic acid 14.96%, linolenic acid 6.19% 및 palmitoleic acid 9.50% 등 65.09%를 차지하는 불포화지방산들이었으며, 필수지방산인 linoleic acid와 linolenic acid가 21.15%였다. 이상의 결과들을 볼 때 초피나무의 종자는 가치 있는 蛋白質源과 油脂源이었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the amino acid composition of protein and fatty acid composition of lipid in the seeds of Zanthoxylum piperitum D.C. var. inerme Makino. For food protein and oil source, the amino acid and fatty acid composition were determined by the methods of amino acid autoanalyzer and gas liquid chromatography. The results were summarized as follows; Total amino acid of seed protein was 92,380.0㎍/g. Seventeen kinds of amino acids were analyzed from seed protein. Among them, comparatively high content of aspartic acid(13.95%), arginine(11.62%) and leucine(9.39%) were contained. Total essential amino acid was 47,740.2㎍/g and 51.68%. Among total amino acid, nine different kinds of essential amino acid were contained comparatively high content. The crude oil of seed was 29.4% of dry weight. Ten kinds of fatty acids were analyzed from the seed lipid. Among them, the main fatty acids were unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid(34.44%), linoleic acid(14.96%), linolenic acid(6.19%), palmitoleic acid(9.50%) etc. These unsaturated fatty acids were 65.09%. Also essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid were total 21.15% From these results, the seeds of Z. piperiturm var. inerme would be good for protein and oil source.

      • 초피나무( Zanthoxylum piperitum D.C.) 種子의 아미노산과 脂肪酸 組成의 分析

        본 연구는 식용으로 활용할 수 있는 蛋白質源과 油脂源을 얻기 위해 초피나무 종실에 있어 단백질과 지질의 아미노산과 지질의 조성을 분석한 것이며, 아미노산 자동 분석기와 gas liquid chromatography법으로 초피나무 종자의 아미노산과 지방산을 동정한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 종자 단백질에서는 총 104,445.1㎍/g의 아미노산이 함유되어 있었다. 17종류의 아미노산이 분석되었다. 이들 아미노산들 가운데 함량이 많은 아미노산은 아스파르트산 13.18%, 아르기닌 10.06%와 류신 9.34% 등이었다. 총 필수 아미노산은 53,458.0㎍/g 이고 51.18%에 해당하였고 9개의 필수 아미노산이 비교적 많이 함유되어 있었다. 종자의 지방은 건물중량의 30.5%였고, 11종류의 지방산이 분석되었다. 주요 지방산은 oleic acid 37.68%, linoleic acid 15.69%, linolenic acid 4.76% 및 palmitoleic acid 10.90% 등 69.03%를 차지하는 불포화지방산들이었으며, 필수지방산인 linoleic acid와 linolenic acid가 20.45%였다. 이상의 결과들을 볼 때 초피나무의 종자는 가치 있는 蛋白質源과 油脂源이었다. Eleven kinds of fatty acids were analyzed from the seed lipid. Among them, the main fatty acids were unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid(37.68%), linoleic acid(15.69%), linolenic acid(4.76%), palmitoleic acid(10.90%) and etc. These unsaturated fatty acids were 69.03%. Also essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid and linolenic acid were total 20.45% From these results, the seeds of Z. piperitum would be good for protein and oil source.

        현행 중학교 과학 실험·실습교육에 대한 교사들의 견해와 개선방안

        The status of facilities, management of the experiment, practices, and Science education teaching method in middle school have been investigated. The present status and reasonable management of middle school science education have been grasped from the questionaires. The results are as follows : The reasonable management for expeiments and practices of science education were scanty in the middle school around the urban and rural schools owing to the shortage of facilities and equipments, crowded class, excessive classes, work for teachers, excessive contents of present textbook and insufficience of administrative support etc. The current teaching method of middle school science has emphasized knowledge. This fact does not satisfy the objective of learning due to lack of teaching method. Desirable directions for the improvement of present status of middle school science education were proposed in this paper.

        김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석을 이용한 분류학적 연구

        표준균주를 포함한 230여개의 김치유래 젖산균에 대한 균체지방산(FAMEs)을 분석하였다. FAMEs profiles는 Euclidian Distance 17.5에 의해 7개의 Major Cluster와 1개의 Single Cluster로 나뉘어졌다. 이중 A, B, C 및 Cluster는 Leuconostoc속으로 분석되어졌고, F는 Lactobacillus속으로 분석되어졌다. 그리고 E와 G cluster는 두개의 Genus가 혼재되어 나타났으며 보충적인 연구가 필요하다. 앞으로 김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석결과를 기반으로 한 데이타베이스에 95가지 탄소원을 이용하는 수치분류학적 접근방법 및 Pyrolysis Mass Spectrometry 등의 화학적 분석 방법과 분자친화적 연구를 통한 종합적 분류정보 체계가 갖추어지면 젖산균의 신속, 정확한 동정 및 연구에 활발히 이용되어질 것이다. Two hundreds and thirty lactic acid bacteria, mostly isolated from Kimchi, including type strains were sued for analysis of cellular fatty acids. The 230 test strains were recoverd in 7 major and 1 single clusters defined a Euclidian distance of 17.5. These aggregate taxa were equivalent to the genus Leuconostoc (aggregate group A, B, C and D), and the genera Leuconostoc and Lactobacillus (aggregate group G). It is concluded as evident that FAMEs (Fatty Acid Methyl Esters) profile of cell can be used as a criterion in classification of lactic acid bacterial from kimchi. Additional comparative taxonomic studies need to be carried out on well chosen representative strains to determine the most appropriate methods of value.

        전과정평가를 통한 폐촉매 재활용 기술의 환경성 분석

        This study aims to analysis the environmental impact on waste catalyst recycling technology using entire life cycle assessment. Environmental impacts consist of the five categories of impacts: global warming, resource depletion, acidification, eutrophication, and photochemical oxide production. The waste catalyst recycling presently have a GWP 3.53 ton $CO_2$ equivalent/ton, a ADP 0.017 ton Sb equivalent/ton, a AP 0.051 $SO_2$ equivalent/ton, a EP 0.0092 $PO{_4}^{3-}$ equivalent/ton, a 0.0019 ton $C_2H_4$ equivalent/ton. The smelting reduction process is the greatest contributor to all categories of environmental impacts in waste catalyst recycling. Electricity used in the smelting reduction process is the major contributor of all impact categories.

        종이 기저귀 재활용에 대한 환경성 분석

        Recycling of disposable diaper can help to alleviate many of the problems associated with landfills and waste incinerators, such as ground water and air pollution. Along with the consideration of the environmental effects, technology, social acceptance, and economic feasibility also need to be taken into account in promoting the recycling of diaper. With respect to the environmental effect, the environmental enhancement of diaper recycling comparing to current disposal method need to be identified. This study validates that accurate statistical data on diaper generation, material information and usage should be collected to assess the environmental aspect quantification. Life cycle assessment was conducted to measure the environmental impact caused by the utilization of diaper recycling process. Since the environmental effects of diaper recycling are largely avoided by the regeneration of pulp and plastic, the environmental improvement effect is significantly higher than current disposal method considering the production of pulp and plastic. It was found that the improvement effect of 131% in terms of eutrophication and 185% in terms of resource depletion was shown to be improvement. For actual diaper recycling to be realized in the future, an additional study on the optimal size, location, and target rate needs to be carried out through a variety of pilot projects and an environmental analysis should be conducted based on actual operational data.
