        성견에서 치조골 신장술을 이용한 수직적 골 증강에 관한 연구

        Statement of problem: Implant-type distractor uses a removable distraction device that has an appearance similar to that of a dental implant and utilizes many of the same techniques for placement as are used for dental implants. Material and method: In this study, 48 implant type titanium distractors were inserted into the osteotomized alveolar bone of 12 beagle dogs. After a 7-day latency period, the alveolar bone was augmented by 5mm vertically at a rate of 1.0 mm/day. The dogs were sacrificed after 4weeks, 8weeks and 12 weeks for radiographic, histologic, and histomorphometric analysis. Result: Copper equivalent value showed significant difference between 4 weeks and the other weeks(8, 12 weeks)(p<0.05). But there was no significant difference between maxillary and mandibular groups. In the bone to metal contact analysis, there was a significant difference between 4 weeks and 12 weeks(p<0.05). On the contrary, there was no significant difference between maxilla and mandible. The bone area showed significantly higher values in 12 weeks compared to 4 weeks(p<0.05). Histologically mineralization began at the host bone margins. At 12 weeks, increasing accumulation of $Ca^{++}$ element was confirmed. Conclusion: From the results above, the new bone formation was increased according to consolidation period. Especially there was significant difference between 4 weeks and 12 weeks(p<0.05). Implant type distractors used in this study to augment vertical ridge defect may prove to be a clinically useful treatment option in selected cases.

      • Role of Locoregional Treatment after Good Response to Systemic Chemotherapy in Metastatic Nasopharyngeal Cancer : A Case Report

        원격 전이된 비인두암 환자에서 주요한 치료 방법은 고식적 항암화학치료에 국한되어왔다. 그러나 적극적인 항암화학치료로 비인두암 환자 중 많은 환자에서 치료 반응을 보이며, 치료 반응을 보인 환자군에서는 국소 제어가 중요한 문제가 된다. 본 저자들은 원격 전이 된 환자 1예를 보고하고자 한다. 환자는 큰 크기의 다발성 전이가 있었으나 항암화학요법으로 관해 상태를 보였다. 이후 공고화 항암화학방사선요법을 추가하였고 현재 30개월 간 무병상태이다. 원격전이된 비인두암에서 공고화 항암화학방사선 요법의 역할에 대하여 문헌 고찰을 통해 논의하고자 한다.

        이미지 처리기술을 이용한 온라인 바코드 품질검사 시스템

        바코드 레이블은 저비용과 편리함으로 인해 물품의 식별을 위해 널리 사용되고 있다. 바코드 레이블은 실링인쇄(seal printing)를 통해 대량으로 생산되는데 그 과정에서 인쇄 품질이 좋지 않거나 레이블 내의 바코드와 텍스트가 서로 일치하지 않는 불량품이 발생하기도 한다. 불량 레이블은 인식 불량 및 업무 오류를 가져오고 이로 인해 물류 지체 및 처리비용 증가를 가져온다. 본 논문에서는 이미지 처리기술을 이용하여 생산단계에서 레이블을 검사하는 온라인 바코드 품질 검사 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 카메라에 의해 얻은 이미지를 사용하여 바코드의 품질과 데이터와의 일치성을 검증하고, 불량레이블이 발견되면 경고 신호와 함께 불량임을 표시하여 불량품이 조기에 제거되도록 한다. Barcode labels are being widely used for identifying products since they are cheap and easy to use. As the barcode labels are massively produced by seal printing, some labels have defects such as poor printing quality or data mismatch between barcode and the text. Barcode read errors and business errors caused by defected barcodes result in delay in logistics and increased processing costs. In this paper, we propose an on-line barcode verification system that uses image processing technique to verify the quality of labels at the production stage. The proposed system captures label images through the vision camera and then checks the print quality and verifies the combination of barcodes and texts in a label. If any defected label is found, the proposed system gives alarm signals and marks the defected labels so that they are removed at early stage of the production.

        증례 : Culotte 스텐팅 기법으로 치료한 좌주간지 침범 자발성 관상동맥 박리증

        좌주간지를 침범하는 자발성 관상동맥 박리증은 일반적으로 관상동맥 우회수술로 치료하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본증례는 좌주간지 침범 자발성 관상동맥 박리증을 수술하지 않고 culotte 스텐팅 기법을 이용하여 경피적 중재시술로 성공적으로 치료한 예이다. Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is an extremely rare clinical manifestation of ischemic heart disease. A 43-year-old female was admitted to our hospital for non-ST elevation myocardial infarction. She had no cardiac risk factors except smoking. Coronary angiography showed moderate stenosis of the proximal left circumflex artery (LCX) with intraluminal haziness and a spastic appearance from the culprit lesion in the left main coronary artery (LM). Subsequent analysis by intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) revealed a clear dissection flap from the LCX to the LM. Generally, SCAD of the LM or multivessel involvement requires primary surgical management. The present case was treated percutaneously using the culotte stent technique.

        Aspen plus를 이용한 산업폐기물 소각로의 배가스 처리 공정 모사

        최근 들어 지속적인 폐기물 발생량의 증가와 화석 연료 고갈 문제를 해결하기 위해 폐기물을 이용한 열에너 지 회수에 대한 관심이 증가 하고 있다. 에너지 회수를 위한 폐기물 처리공정으로 소각이 가장 많이 이용되고 있으나 소각 시 발생되는 대기오염물질을 처리하기 위한 공정 설계 및 설치비용이 많이 소요된다. 본 연구에서는 화학공정을 모사하는 software인 Aspen plus를 이용하여 실제 산업폐기물 소각로와 배가스처리 공정을 모사해 보았다. 소각공정은 폐기물 연소를 위한 1차 연소와 2차 연소, urea를 이용하여 NOx를 환원시키는 SNCR공정과 연소시 발생하는 에너지 회수를 위한 스팀 생산 공정으로 구성되어 있다. 연소시 발생하는 산성가스(HCl, SO₂)를 제거하기위하여 슬러리 상태 의 Ca(OH)2를 주입하였으며 산성가스 중화시 생성되는 부산물과 ash는 bag filter에서 제거하는 것으로 모사 하였다. 모사결과는 실제 산업폐기물 소각로의 배가스 처리 효율과 비교적 잘 일치하였으며 또한 장래 배가스 처리 시스템의 효율을 예측하는데도 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The interest on the recovery of thermal energy using the waste has been rising to solve the problems of continuous increase of waste generation and the depletion of the fossil fuel recently. The incineration has been used most popularly as a treatment process of the waste for the energy recovery. However, it is expected that incineration and design cost will increase in the treatment of air contaminant emitted from incinerator. This research has simulated the actual incinerator and the flue gas treatment system using the Aspen plus which is the software to simulate the chemical process. The incineration process is composed of the 1st and 2nd combustor to burn the waste, SNCR process to reduce the NOx using the urea, and the steam generation process to save the energy during incineration. The Ca(OH)2 slurry was used as an acid gas (HCl, SO₂) treatment materials and the removal efficiency for the products from the neutralization of acid gas in SDA and combustion ash was simulated at the bag filter. The simulation result has been corresponded with the treatment efficiency of emitted gas from the actual industrial waste incinerator and it is presumed to be used to forecast the efficiencies of flue gas treatment system in the future.

        1945~1948년 북한 소비조합 정책의 전개

        After the liberation, the North Korean society was facing full-scale changes. The Socialists were starting to create a new order, based upon the North Korean Labor Party and the newly established People’s Committees. Changes, which the Joseon people had never before experienced, started to affect the North Korean people’s lives at the most minute levels, not only in Pyeong’yang but also in the most remote corners of the country. Such changes are even sometimes referred to as the “North Korean Revolution.” But this “revolution” never progressed in a gradual fashion, and it was not like a change which had already begun smoothly entered a final phase. How it really progressed, during the so-called “People’s Democracy Phase,” and how the North Korean society actually changed as a result, should be the primary question in future studies, in order to determine the nature of the lives of people who lived above the 38<SUP>th</SUP> parallel line, before the division of the Korean peninsula was finalized. The North Korean state was established in February 1946, when the North Korean Provisional People Committee was formed. It is still unclear, and of course not sufficiently studied, what kind of social and economic changes accompanied such process. So in this study, with the intention to properly address the subject, the establishment of North Korean Consumer cooperatives is examined. They appeared as part of the new economy of North Korea, and previous studies also took notice of that. They tried to determine their roles in the North Korean government’s economic policy, and their status in North Korean economy in general, but most of those studies resorted to a conclusion that those new elements in the new North Korean economy could not have grown due to all the ideological barriers planted within North Korean economic policies. Actually, the Soviet model of a Consumer cooperative was fully embraced and employed in North Korea, as cooperative associations have already become a norm since the liberation thanks to certain experiences that came directly from colonial days. Changes in political and economic conditions since the liberation also enabled new entities like the consumer cooperatives to enter the market. North Korean leadership may have blindly adopted the Soviet model out of an ideological initiative, but under the handling of the North Korean Socialists, they were bound to evolve, or, of course, not. The North Korean government intended to reorganize the entire circulation system(especially in the area of daily necessities) using these new Consumer cooperatives. And so it intended to have such reorganization supplement the Controlled Economy plan. Unfortunately, in this study, the consumer cooperatives of North Korea are only examined as tools of the government’s policy. The problem should be overcome in future studies.

        In recent, it became necessary to develop the technology about electrodeless fluorescent lamp according to demand of the electrodeless fluorescent lamp system that used higher efficiency and advantage of long lifetime. Inductively coupled plasma is commonly used for electrodeless lamp due to its ease of plasma generation. An electric power efficiency of electrodeless fluorescent lamp has big relative property of gas in lamp, gas pressure, lamp formation, ingredients of magnetic substance and shape and action frequency etc. We used magnetic substance that open self-examination material of electrodeless fluorescent lamp antenna. Ferrite that is used in this experiment was Mn-Zn type. We have examined temperature and flux characteristic by frequency. Considering using frequency 2.65[㎒], Frequency was changed from 2.05[㎒] to 3.05[㎒] to recognize flux and temperature change of lamp. I used LMS(Lighting Measurement System) to measure flux and IR Camera to measure temperature of lamp.
