Non-paraxial diffraction effect of high NA objectives can be interpreted as a phenomena due to curved principal planes. Unfortunately, the shape of principal planes of the most optical system are invalid because of pupil aberrations. However, the image side principal plane of an infinity corrected objective can be determined exactly. In this study, the image side principal planes of three kinds of infinity corrected objective are evaluated. Non-paraxial pupil functions and modulation transfer functions of the objectives are analyzed.

신체화장애 환자의 스트레스 대처방식 및 심리적 특성

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress coping strategies and psychological charactehstics, such as combined psychopathology and tendency of symptom interpretation, in patients with somatization disorder. Methods : Thirty patients meeting the criteria of DSM-IV somatization disorder were compared with thirty controls. We evaluated the subjects using Symptom Checklist-90-Revised (SCL-90-R), Somato-Sensory Amplification Scale (SSAS), Symptom Interpretation Questionnaire (SIQ), and The Ways of Stress Coping Questionnaire (SCQ). Independent t-test and Pearson correlation analysis were used. Results : From the results of SCL-90-R subscales, the scores of somatization, obsession-compulsion, depression, anxiety, and psychoticism were significantly higher in patients with somatization disorder than nonnal controls. Somatization disorder patients had greater amplification of physical sensation in SSAS and significantly higher score in physical interpretation of SIQ compared with psychological or environmental interpretation, In the SCQ of somatization disorder patients, we observed generallylower levels of total coping scores than the control group and significant positive correlation between passive coping style of SCQ and psychological interpretation of SIQ. Conclusion : These results show that patients with somatization disorder have various psychopathology, greater amplification of physical sensation, physical interpretation tendency of symptoms, and insufficient copying strategy.

Nanosized particle of bicontinuous cubic liquid crystalline phase system nominated "cubosome" allows for simultaneous incorporation of water- and oil-soluble materials as well as amphiphiles. The solubilization of ursolic acid, a highly hydrophobic molecule, into a cubosome system was formulated by liquid precursor dilution method. Ursolic acid (UA) with anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effect obtained from some plants. The cubosomes with and without UA were prepared and evaluated. The cubosomes had mean diameter of from 30 to 300 nm. The size increased according as the glyceryl monooleate(GMO) content increased and ratio of poloxamer 407 to water decreased. The turbidity of cubosome increased with increase of GMO content, but the addition of poloxamer 407 reduced the particle size with bluish appearance. Cubosomes from the GMO-ethanol-poloxamer 407-water system were proved relatively stable dispersion system without any creaming and sedimentation for 80 days at various storage temperatures. Viscosity of cubosomes was increased at high concentration of GMO and a rheological property of cubosomes revealed pseudo-plastic flow and weak thixotropic behavior. The percutaneous absorption rate of UA in cubosome system was 2.7 times higher than in liposome system.

강박증 환자에서의 인격장애 공존병리에 관한 연구

연구목적 : 강박증의 동반인격장애에 관한 연구들은 기존의 개념과 달리 강박성 인격장애와 강박증 간에는 특이적인 관계가 없으며, 강박증 환자들은 다양한 인격장애를 동반한다는 결과를 보여주었다. 그러나 이러한 연구들은 동반 인격장애에 관한 기술적인 분석에 그쳤고, 강박증 환자군의 임상 증상과 동반 인격장애 양상간의 연관성에 관한 분석을 시행하지 않았다. 본 연구의 목적은 강박증 환자군에서의 동반 인격장애를 평가하고 강박증 환자의 다양한 증상과 동반 인격특성 간의 연관성에 대해 연구하는 것이다. 방 법 : DSM-IV의 강박증의 진단기준을 만족하는 59명의 환자군과 32명의 정상대조군을 대상으로 인격장애 질문지를 적용한 후 4∼6점의 절단점을 기준으로 인격장애의 진단이 내려졌다. 먼저 환자군과 정상대조군 간의 특정 인격장애 빈도의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 Fisher's exact test를 시행한 후, 두집단 간에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀진 인격장애 척도 점수에 미치는 Y-BOCS,BDI,BAI점수의 영향을 알아보기 위하여 다중선형회귀 분석을 시행하였다. 결 과 : 1) Fisher's exact test 결과 강박증 환자군은 정상 대조군에 비해 경계성 인격장애(18.6%vs 0%, p=0.007). 회피성 인격장애(55.9% vs 18.8%, p=0.001), 우울성 인격장애(40.7% vs 0%, p=0.000)의 비율이 유의하게 높았다. 2) 다중선형회귀분석 결과 Y-BOCS 점수 (t=2.10, p=0.043)와 BAI점수(t=2.60, p=0.014)는 경계성 인격장애 점수에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 BAI점수(t=3.23, p<0.003)는 회피성 인격장애 저수에, BDI점수 (t=3.08, p=0.004)는 우울성 인격장애 점수에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결 론 : 강박증 환자군은 정상 대조군에 비해 회피성 인격장애, 우울성 인격장애, 경계성 인격장애의 동반율이 높고, 강박증이 경계성 인격장애의 심각도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to assess the comorbid axis-Ⅱ disorders of obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD) patients and to investigate the relationship between symptoms of OCD and the comorbid personality traits. The subjects were 59 patients who met DSM-IV criteria for obsessive-compulsive disorder and 32 normal controls. All subjects completed personality Disorder Questionnaire-IV(PDQ-IV). The patients completed Beck Depression Inventory(BDI) and Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI), and were rated with Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale(YBOCS). The results were as follows. 1) The OCD patients showed significantly higher prevalence of avoidant, depresssive and borderline personality disorder(p<0.01) compared to controls. 2) The BAI score had significant effect on the avoidant personality score(t=3,23, p<0.003). The BDI score had significant effect on the depressive personality score(t=3.08, p=0.004). The YBOCS(t=2.10, p=0.043) and BAI(t=2.60, p=0.014) scores had significant effects on the borderline personality score. We found that OCD patients had higher prevalence of avoidant, depressive, and borderline personality disorders. We also found that obsessive-compulsive symptoms have significant effect on the severity of borderline personalty traits. We suggest that it would be very helpful to consider Axis-Ⅱ disorders for managing patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.

A high resolution UV objective is designed for industrial applications such as imaging and inspection. The base design is a 10x/0.25 Lister objective optimized for wavelength around 380 nm, but the objective can be converted into 16x/0.40 and 20x/0.50 Amici objectives by adding focal reducer modules. To get a simple and cost-effective design, aberration of center field is corrected with priority.

As is discussed in the thesis, the sonata is the typical romantic days' music and is made by three movements which take importance in the classic form. The sonata is made by Brahms in his bast days and represents well about his systematic composition technique. The following are the formal, melodical and harmonic character of the sonata; 1.The formal structure. The first movement: the sonata form is composed with three parts such as the exposition, development and recapitulation. The exposition has the first subject of eight phrases, and the subject development of twelve phrases, and it has the second subject part of Cannon style that is composed with eight phrases. The development is systematically developing the elements of the first and second subject of exposition. And the recapitulation is the movement of traditional sonata form repeating the exposition without specific variation. The second movement: It is the Menuetto movement of compound trio from that is composed with A+B+A' form. The first short movement of piano is repeated many times in the music and keep agaim A part. The third movement : This is the liberal fuga movement of A+B+A'+coda form. It is composed by counter point of the subject and counter subject Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and the B part has Codetta as development form. 2. The melody. In this field, the auther has studied the relationship between the basic motives and the each movement, and how it is applied in the work. As the results, it has known that the whole movement has a correlationship with each other by variation(i.e. the inverse, the modulation, the tonal reducton and augmentation, and the rhythmic reduction and augmentation) of the basic motives in the first and second movement. But in the view of musical matter, the whole movement make a good contrast to the characterizing subject development. Especially, the third movement makes a good contrast to other movement in the motive application (i.e. rhythm, form, and harmony).And the counther point technique is often used for the those subject development. 3. And the harmony The characteristics of this work are: A. The whole music is composed by minor keys. B. The frequent use of variant chord. C. The instable sense of key dur to the frequent appearance of Germann 6th. D. The dissonance due to the frequent use of Organ point. E. The use of lengthy phrases even for assisting chords. F. The chromatic progress for modulation. As the result, the cello sonata No.1 Op.38 Brahms is the representitive work of his structual and systementical talent is music composition in the view of form, rhythm, and harmony. And also the variation and coordination which are the important principles in music, are expressed in wonderfully in the work by delicate variation of basic motives.
