        바이든 시기 미중관계 변화 가능성: 기후변화 이슈를 중심으로

        2021년 1월, 미국 바이든 정부가 새로 취임한 이후 미국의 향후 대내외 정책에 관한 의견과 전망이 분분하다. 특히 2017년 트럼프 행정부 취임, 이어진 2018년 무역 갈등 이후 악화 일로를 걸으며 ‘탈냉전 이후 최악’이라 평가를 받았던 미중관계에 대한 관심이 높다. 미중관계가 뜨겁던 과거로 돌아갈 것이라는 장밋빛 전망은 드물지만, 동시에 바이든 정부 인사의 발언과 기고를 보면 ‘경쟁과 공존’이라는 트럼프 정부와 대별되는 바이든 정부의 접근방식도 분명해 보인다. 그리고 그 공존의 시작과 계기로 흔히 언급되는 것이 글로벌 기후변화 이슈이다. 그런데 실제로 바이든 시기에 기후변화 이슈와 관련하여 중국과 협력하는 상황이 재현될까? 그리고 이로써 긴장 국면 일로였던 미중관계 역시협력 모멘텀을 되살리며 새로운 국면을 맞이할까? 본 논문은 이러한 질문에서 시작한다. 그에 대한 답을 얻는 과정으로 첫 번째 장에서 관련 배경과 문제 제기를, 두 번째 장에는 기후변화 이슈와 미중협력 필요를 고찰한다. 세 번째 장에서 바이든 시기까지 간단한 미중관계 흐름과 기후변화 정책을, 네 번째 장에서 실제로 기후변화 이슈가 돌파구가 될 것인지, 마지막 장에는 분석 정리와 시사점을 제시하려 한다. Since the inauguration of the Joe Biden administration in January 2021, opinions and prospects have been divided on future of the U.S. domestic and foreign policies. In particular, interest is high in the U.S.-China relationship, which has been evaluated as the worst since the post-Cold War, as it has deteriorated since the inauguration of Trump administration in 2017 and the U.S.-China trade conflict in 2018. It is rare to see rosy prospects that U.S.-China relations will return to the old good days, but at the same time, the Biden administration’s approach, distinct from the Trump administration, of ‘competition and coexistence’, is also evident from the comments and contributions of Biden administration officials. But will there actually be a recurrence of the cooperation with China on climate change issues during the Biden period? And will the U.S.-China relations, which had been a tense situation, also come to a new phase by reviving the momentum for cooperation? This paper begins with these questions. In the process of obtaining answers, the first chapter explains the background and research questions, and the second chapter considers climate change issues and the necessity of U.S.-China cooperation. The third chapter presents U.S.-China relations and climate policies to the new era of Biden, and the fourth chapter analyzes whether climate change issues will actually be a breakthrough in the U.S.-China relations. In the conclusion, the fifth chapter presents analysis result and implications.

        디지털 기술 발전이 중국의 체제 안정에 미치는 영향

        과학기술 발전과 관련하여 중국의 문제는 개발도상국인 동시에 권위주의 국가라는점이다. 중국은 경제발전 핵심인 과학기술 발전을 강조하며 지식경제 발전을 추구한다. 그러나 또한 중국은 다른 권위주의 체제 국가들과 같이 정보 접근성 확대와 통제사이에 모종의 딜레마를 가지고 있다. 기술이 발전할 경우 사회의 개방성이 높아지고 아래로부터의 정치체제 변동을 촉발할 수 있다는 우려가 존재하기 때문이다. 그러한 이유로 중국은 현재 경제발전을 위한 기술 개발과 개방, 정치 안정을 위한 통제를 동시에 달성하기 위해 고민하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 현실과 문제 인식에 기초해 과학기술 발전이 중국의 정치경제체제에 미치는 영향을 고찰하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 다음과 같은 순서로 글을 진행하고자 한다. 첫째, 본 연구의 배경과 목적을 밝힌다. 둘째, 과학기술 발전과 국가 정치경제의 상관관계에 대한 이론과 선행연구를 검토, 정리한다. 셋째, 최근 과학기술 발전에 관한 중국 정부의 정책과 발전 현황을 살펴본다. 넷째, 과학기술발전이 중국의 정치경제에 미치는 영향과 그 함의를 고찰, 제시한다. 다섯째, 상술한내용을 요약, 정리하고자 한다. Regarding the development of technology, China's problem is that it is both a developing country and an authoritarian country. China pursues the development of the knowledge economy by emphasizing the development of technology, which is the core of economic development. However, like other authoritarian states, China also has a certain dilemma between expanding and controlling information access. This is because there are concerns that the development of technology could increase the openness of society and trigger changes in the political system from below. For that reason, China is currently struggling to simultaneously achieve technology development for economic development and social control for political stability. The purpose of this study is to consider the impact of technology development on China's political system based on the above situation and problem recognition. To achieve this purpose, this study would like to proceed in the following order. The first chapter presents the background and purpose of this study. The second chapter reviews and organizes theories and previous studies on the correlation between technology development and political stability. The third chapter explains the situations and development of the China’s policy on technology development. The fourth chapter examines the impact oftechnology development on China's political stability and its implications. The fifth chapter summarizes and organizes the above.

        패션 색채 기획을 위한 트렌드 색채 예측정보의 실제적 활용 경향성

        The purpose of this study is that trend forecast and actual color usage tendency by hue & tone, and trend forecast and actual color utilization tendency by respondent. A survey was conducted to examine the impact of color trend forecast and trend actual colors and the characteristics it applies to. The survey data were reviewed from the perspective below. The survey was analyzed not as a statistical method, but as a method of study for the detailed analysis of individual answers. NCS SYTEM was used for surveys and data analysis and trend information was referenced to the 15/16FW color of the Premiere Vision Paris. The conclusion is as follows: First, trend color in hue area, especially Blue, has increased utilization and Yellow has been found to be less utilized. While the question had a high distribution of white & pale and uncharacteristic, the respondents indicated a high distribution of dark-grey and grey. Third, trend tone information tends to be internalized and utilized by individuals. In tone, more responses were chosen in tone areas that were not similar to those presented in the forecast color. Each subject was subject to a specific area. The use of trend information tended to be more frequent in tone information than in color. Fourth, tone information tends to be internalized by individuals in a certain range of chromaticness. Both the group that chooses tones from a certain small range and the group that chooses from a comparatively diverse range tended to internalized by individuals. The subjects who chose tone in a certain small area were strongly internalized by selecting color from a certain chromaticness, and groups selected in a comparatively diverse range were not selecting a specific range of chromaticness. The study identified that trend color information tend to internalizing in tone. Therefore, it is necessary to study the general trend utilization methodology by expanding the study subjects and seasons in subsequent studies.

      • XAI 를 활용한 통신사 이탈고객의 특성 이해와 마케팅 적용방안 연구

        최근 통신업계에서는 축적된 빅데이터를 활용하여 고객의 특성을 이해하고 맞춤형 마케팅에 이용하려는 노력이 지속되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 CatBoost 모델을 사용하여 이탈 가능성이 높은 고객을 예측하고 XAI(eXplainable Artificial Intelligence) 기법 중 하나인 SHAP 을 적용하여 이탈에 영향을 미치는 요인을 설명하고자 하였다. SHAP 의 global explanation 기법을 사용하여 특정 고객 segmentation 에 대한 이해력을 높이고, local explanation 기법을 사용하여 개별 고객에 대한 설명과 개인화 마케팅에 적용 가능성을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 이탈 예측모델인 블랙박스 모델이 갖는 한계점을 극복하고 고객의 특성을 이해하여 실제 비즈니스에 활용 가능성을 높였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Water‐dispersed all‐in‐one nanoprobes composed of densely integrated peroxyoxalate fuel and a cyanine dye are formulated to optimize the nanoscopic chemiluminescence reaction. It is demonstrated that the chemiluminescent nanoformulation can generate bright near‐infrared signal in response to external hydrogen peroxide that is biologically implicated with cell signaling and diseases. Successful imaging of endogenously overproduces hydrogen peroxide and indirect determination of glucose level in vivo with the chemiluminescent nanoprobes offers an opportunity for early diagnosis of diseases.</P>

        Relationship in Quality of Diet, Food Habit and Feeding Practice in Children with Pervasive Developmental Disorder and Their Caregiver

        This study aimed to assess the dietary quality and food habits in children with pervasive developmental disorder (PDD) and to evaluate the relationship between diet quality of children with PDDs and their caregivers' feeding practice and nutritional perceptions. Twenty-one pairs of caregivers and their children with PDD were surveyed. The caregivers completed surveys regarding their children's weight status, food habits, and dietary quality and their food habits, nutritional perceptions, knowledge, and feeding practices. Dietary quality was assessed as mean adequacy ratio, dietary diversity score (DDS), dietary variety score (DVS), and Index of Nutritional Quality (INQ). The children were in the normal ranges of body mass index (BMI) and Röhrer index. Having three times a meal, regular meal time, salty taste of the caregiver were related to those of the children with PDD (β = 0.533, 0.447, and 0.886, respectively; p < 0.05). Child control, food as reward, involvement, pressure, and restriction for the health of the caregiver were positively related to DDS, DVS, and INQ of the children with PDD (p < 0.05). High feeding stress and nutritional knowledge of the caregiver were related to the high BMI of the children with PDD (β = 0.445 and 0.602, respectively; p < 0.05), whereas emotion regulation, encourage balance and variety, and involvement of caregiver were negatively related to BMI (β = -0.426, -0.430, and -0.388, respectively; p < 0.05). In conclusion, food habits of children with PDD were closely related to those of caregiver. To improve nutritional status, more insightful understand will be required by considering their developmental differences in this population.

        Toluene Inhalation Causes Early Anxiety and Delayed Depression with Regulation of Dopamine Turnover, 5-HT<sub>1A</sub> Receptor, and Adult Neurogenesis in Mice

        Inhaled solvents such as toluene are of particular concern due to their abuse potential that is easily exposed to the environment. The inhalation of toluene causes various behavioral problems, but, the effect of short-term exposure of toluene on changes in emotional behaviors over time after exposure and the accompanying pathological characteristics have not been fully identified. Here, we evaluated the behavioral and neurochemical changes observed over time in mice that inhaled toluene. The mice were exposed to toluene for 30 min at a concentration of either 500 or 2,000 ppm. Toluene did not cause social or motor dysfunction in mice. However, increased anxiety-like behavior was detected in the short-term after exposure, and depression-like behavior appeared as delayed effects. The amount of striatal dopamine metabolites was significantly decreased by toluene, which continued to be seen for up to almost two weeks after inhalation. Additionally, an upregulation of serotonin 1A (5-HT<sub>1A</sub>) receptor in the hippocampus and the substantia nigra, as well as reduced immunoreactivity of neurogenesis markers in the dentate gyrus, was observed in the mice after two weeks. These results suggest that toluene inhalation, even single exposure, mimics early anxietyand delayed depression-like emotional disturbances, underpinned by pathological changes in the brain.
