        국제경기에서 나타난 엘리트 여자하키 스프린트 특성분석: 2016~2018 A-match를 중심으로

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the distance, number, duration, velocity of sprints generated during women's hockey competition by position to identify sprint patterns. Method: The data was collected in 17 matches between 2016 and 2018, 49 elite women's hockey players were tested using SPI-HPU to identify differences by position using SPSS 25.0. A total of 376 Sprint information was utilized. Results: First, women's hockey players all showed significant differences in the number of sprints, duration, distance, and max velocity depending on their positions. Second, there was a significant difference in the number of sprints in the difference between quarters. And the factors of duration, distance, and max velocity showed differences between positions. Third, according to the results, there were differences in the number of times, duration, distance, and max velocity in the difference between positions. Conclusion: These results can be confirmed the sprint patterns of depends on position during the women's hockey game and can be used as information for the development of physical and tactical training programs.

        Experimental Observation of the Effects of Liquid Temperature and Bubbles on Impact Pressure Inside Gas Pocket

        <P>In this study, a series of drop tests were carried out to observe the effects of the impact pressure inside a gas pocket of water with different temperatures and/or a lot of bubbles. Cylindrical gas pockets were generated by dropping the body into the water with different temperatures and/or different bubble sizes. Dynamic pressures in gas pockets were measured by various types of pressure sensors installed on the disc that was part of the body. The results of this study are expected to be very useful in understanding the physical phenomena of sloshing inside real liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargo.</P>

      • Comparison of Sloshing Pressures in 2D and 3D Tanks

        This paper introduces the experimental results of sloshing model tests carried out at Seoul National University. Two 1/50-scale tanks, i.e., 2D and 3D models with the same shape, were manufactured for the comparative study. Particular interest was taken in the differences in impact pressures between the 2D and 3D models. Regular motion tests were conducted for different filling depths. For each filling depth, 500 cycles of regular excitation were imposed at each frequency. To observe the characteristics and severity of sloshing from the acquired pressure data, statistical analyses were performed, not only for the peak pressure, but also for the area-concept indices, which represented the amount of impulse.

        Asia FOOTBALL Centrality Analysis Using Pass Information: Centered on the 2018 Russia World Cup

        Purpose: The core purpose of this study was to objectively evaluate the performance of Asian countries partic-ipating in the 2018 FIFA World Cup using social network analysis. Method: The subject of study included 5 Asian countries participated in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, using pass data for each position based on official data provided by FIFA. The processed data are made into symmetric matrices and the research perform a centrality analysis using Ucinet6, a social network program. Results: The results of the study are as follows. First, when the pass success rate was more than 80%, the ball possession rate was more than 50%, and the actual ball possession time was also confirmed to have 30 minutes. Second, the centrality analysis confirmed that players with high degree centrality also have a high closeness cen-trality, which can be information that can objectively evaluate major attack directions and key players. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used as an objective indicator to identify key players and evaluate their performance through passes by players in team sports events. However, due to the nature of the World Cup games, it is difficult to secure a lot of match data by country, and it is a pity that players who have not participat-ed in the games due to injury cannot be evaluated. Based on the results shown in this research, we hope that it will be used as a new evaluation method to identify key players and objectively analyze each country s game pat-terns in order to advance to the 2022 Qatar World Cup finals, and it can be used as an analysis method that can objectively evaluate not only soccer games but also other team sports games through social network analysis.

        외식업체의 VMD가 소비자의 매력과 태도변화에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 외식업체의 비주얼 머천다이징(Visual Merchandising)이 외식 소비자들에게 매력으로 다가오는 요소가 소비자들의 태도 변화에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. VMD의 하위속성으로 심미성, 기능성, 통일성, 편리성, 유행성 등으로 설정하여 소비자들이 외식업체를 방문하여 느끼는 매력이 태도변화에 영향을 미치는 변수요인임을 증명하기 위해 실시 되었다. 본 연구의 결과 외식업체의 VMD의 하위속성 중 기능성을 제외한 심미성, 통일성, 편리성, 유행성은 매력에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. VMD의 하위속성 중기능성과 심미성을 제외한 통일성, 편리성, 유행성은 소비자의 태도변화에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 외식업체의 매력은 소비자들의 태도 변화에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 최근 선택의 폭이 다양해진 외식소비시장에서 외식업체들은 다양한 마케팅전략을 통하여 소비자의 니즈를 충족시키려 하고 있다. 경쟁이 과열되고 있는 외식시장에서 생존하기 위해 외식업체들은 다양한 마케팅 전략을 활용하여 경쟁력을 갖추려 하고 있다. 외식업체의 VMD 활용은 외식 소비자들에게 매력을 느끼게 하는 요소 중 하나이며 태도변화에 유의한 (+)정의 영향을 줄 수 있는 마케팅전략 수립과 학문적 기초토대를 구축하는 목적에서 시도 되었다. The purpose of this study was to look at the impact of Visual Merchaishing from restaurant vendors on the change in attitudes of restaurant consumers. It was set as a low-professional aesthetics, functionality, uniformity, convenience, and fashion to demonstrate variable factors that affect consumers ' changing attitudes when they visit restaurant businesses. The results of this study show that among the lower attributes of VMD by restaurant companies, aesthetic, uniformity, convenience, and fashion have a significant impact on attractiveness. Consistency, convenience, and fashion other than functionality and aesthetic qualities of VMD have a significant impact on consumers' attitudes, and restaurant companies' attractiveness has a significant impact on consumers' attitudes. In the recently diversified food consumption market, restaurant companies are trying to meet consumers ' needs through various marketing strategies. To survive in the over-the-competitive restaurant market, restaurant companies are trying to use various marketing strategies to gain competitiveness. The use of VMD by restaurant companies is one of the factors that appeal to restaurant consumers, and the establishment of a marketing strategy and an academic foundation that can influence changing attitude.

        외식소비트렌드 속성요인이 HMR제품의 신뢰 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 꾸준히 다변화하는 외식시장의 현상에 맞추어 소비자들의 내재적인 소비트렌드를 분석하고 향후 국내·외 외식소비자의 HMR 제품에 대한 신뢰와 구매의도를 예측하여 제품 판매 전략 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 소비자들의 외식소비트렌드 속성요인 중 미식추구형 요인과 편의추구형 요인이 신뢰와 구매의도에 유의한 것으로 나타났고, 건강추구형 요인과 경험추구형 요인은 신뢰와 구매의도에 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 소비자의 신뢰도가 높을수록 구매의도가 높아지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 본 연구는 HMR식품의 발전을 도모할 수 있고, 제품의 신뢰와 구매의도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였으며, 이는 제품개발 및 마케팅 전략방안에 대한 기초자료로 외식업체의 발전에 기여하고자 한다. This study aims to analyzes the consumer s intrinsic consumption trend in line with the continuously diversifying Dining-Out market phenomenon and to seek product sales strategy by predicting the trust and purchase intention of HMR products of domestic and foreign Dining-Out consumers in the future. The results of this study that Among the attributes of consumer s Dining-Out consumption trend, the factors of gourmet seeking and convenience seeking showed significant difference in trust and purchase intention, and the factors of health seeking and experience seeking showed no significant difference in trust and purchase intention. In addition, it was confirmed that the higher the reliability of consumers, the higher the purchase intention. As a result, this study suggests ways to promote the development of HMR foods and to improve the trust and purchase intention of products, which are to contribute to the development of food service companies as a basic data for product development and marketing strategies.

        음식관련 MCN 개인방송 이용동기, 소비자태도, 구매의도와의 영향관계 연구 : 대학생을 중심으로

        본 연구는 최근 급속도로 성장한 다중채널네트워크(MCN: Multi Channel Network) 개인방송 서비스를 이용하는 시청자들이 개인방송에서 소개되는 음식관련 상품들에 대한 소비자 태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석했다. 조사 대상자 200명 중 자주 시청하는 개인방송 장르는 게임 28%, 먹방 25.5%, 뷰티 15.5%, 유머 12%, 스포츠 7.5%, 쿡방 6.5%, 기타 5% 순으로 음식과 관련된 먹방과 쿡방을 합하면 32%으로 가장 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 하루 평균 개인방송을 시청하는 시간은 1시간-2시간이 33%로 가장 많았다. 음식관련 MCN 개인방송 이용 동기중 정보적동기, 상호작용적동기, 습관적동기는 소비자태도와 구매의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통하여 음식관련 MCN 개인방송 콘텐츠 이용동기는 상품에 대해서 우호적인 태도를 보이며 구매의사도 가지는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. This study analyzed that the factors that influence consumer attitude and purchase intention toward food-related products introduced in MCN: Multi Channel Network personal broadcasting service which has recently grown rapidly. Among the 200 surveyed, the personal broadcasting genre that they watched frequently was game 23%, mukbang 25.5%, beauty 15.5%, humor 12%, sports 7.5%, cookbang 6.5%, and others 5%. It was found that 32% were the highest when combining mukbang and cookbang which were related to food. And the average time of watching personal broadcasts per day was the most in 1 hour-2 hours (33%). Among the use motivations for food-related MCN personal broadcasting、informative motivation, Interactive motivation, and Habitual motivation had a positive (+) effect on consumer attitudes amd purchase intention. Through this, the use motivations for food-related MCN personal broadcasting contents demonstrated a friendly attitude toward the product and also having a purchase intention.

        조리사 유니폼의 구성요소가 직무만족과 생산성 향상에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 그동안 외식산업의 폭팔적 증가세에도 불과하고 산업의 한 축인 인적자원인 조리사들의 유니폼이 생산성 향상에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구가 부족하여 이에 외식업체의 전문조리사를 대상으로 유니폼의 구성요소가 직무만족과 생산성 향상에 미치는 요인에 대해 연구하였다. 또한 연구의 궁극적 목적은 외식업체 조리종사원들의 유니폼의 개선을 통해 생산성 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 시사점과 학문적 기초 토대를 구축하고자 하는 목적에서 있다. 위의 연구내용을 분석하기 위하여 서울지역 특 1급 호텔 및 외식업체에 종사하는 조리사를 대상으로 2017년 4월 1일부터 2017년 4월 30일 까지 312명을 유효 표본으로 수집된 자료는 연구의 목적에 맞추어 SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) v. 21.0 통계 패키지 프로그램과 PLS-SEM의 한 종류인 SmartPLS 3.4를 활용하여 분석하였으며 실증분석을 통해본 연구에서 제시한 연구문제를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유니폼의 착용에 대해서 상징성, 심미성, 기능성의 구송요소 중 상징성 같은 경우 로고나 이니셜에 대한 신뢰가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조리사 유니폼의 구성요소 요인이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 유니폼의 하위요소인 기능성, 심미성, 상징성 등 모두 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조리사의 직무만족은 생산성 향상에 유의한 정((+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 것은 유니폼을 통한 직무만족이 결과적으로 생산성 향상으로까지 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 외식기업의 조리종사원 유니폼의 개선과 개발에 향후 유용한 자료를 제공하고자 한다. This study, however, found that the explosive growth of the restaurant industry and the human resources of the restaurant industry, was not enough to study the impact of the uniforms on productivity improvement. Also, the study s ultimate goal is to establish academic fundamentals and implications that can positively impact productivity gains by improving the uniforms of cooking staff at restaurants. To analyze the above research findings, 312 persons are collected from 1 April 2017 to 30 April 2017 for Social Studies by chefs working in a major hotel and restaurant business in Seoul.The analysis was conducted using martPLS 3.4 and the results of the verification of the research problems presented in this study are as follows. First, if symbolic elements of wearing uniforms are symbolic, aesthetic, and functional elements, they show great trust in the logo or initials. Second, verification of the impact of component factors on job satisfaction of a cook s uniform shows that the sub-component of the uniforms, such as functionality, aesthetics, and symbolism, all have significant influence on job satisfaction. Third, it can be said that a cook s job satisfaction has an impact on productivity gains (+), which is reflected in job satisfaction through a uniform, resulting in productivity gains. Based on the results of this research, we will provide useful data for improving and developing the cooking staff uniforms of food companies.

        PIV Measurement of Violent Sloshing Flows and Comparison with CFD Computations

        <P>In this study, a sloshing model test was conducted using particle image velocimetry (PIV) equipment, and the sloshing impact characteristics were compared to those found using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). A 2-D rectangular tank filled with water and air was used, with the specified excitations inducing impact without an air pocket at the top corner of the tank. In the model test, a high-speed camera and pressure measurement system were triggered at the same time using a synchronizer system in order to obtain the velocity of the fluid and pressure simultaneously. In numerical computations, two different codes, an in-house code and commercial software, were applied. The present in-house code was based on a finite difference discretization and constraint-interpolation-profile method using an interface-capturing method to treat the interface between the air and water. In the commercial software, a volume-of-fluid approach and Eulerian multiphase model were applied for simulating the violent flows, and an adaptive mesh model was used to reduce the computation time. The sensitivity of numerical parameters such as type of mesh model, grid spacing, and time segment to the impact pressure was observed. In addition, the calculated results of the pressure at the center of the sensor and the spatially averaged pressure over the sensor were compared. Based on the sensitivity studies of computational parameters and repeatability tests in the sloshing model test, a comparison of the impact pressure, pressure impulse, and velocity fields of the numerical computations and experiment was made. Finally, the relationship between the fluid velocity and impact pressure was investigated.</P>
