애니메이션콘텐츠는 매년 꾸준히 성장하며 발전되고 있지만 아직까지 하나의 애니메이션 콘텐츠를 제작하기 위한 제작 기간 및 예산은 부족한 실정이다. 특히 TV 시리즈 애니메이션의 경우 짧은 제작 기간 안에 많은 편수의 영상을 제작해야 하다보니 풀 3차원 애니메이션을 제작 방식을 택하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 풀 3차원 애니메이션 또한 고품질의 배경을 제작하고, 렌더링 하는 데에 많은 시간을 필요로 한다는 점에서 또 다른 문제가 발생한다. 그래서 이를 보완하고자 하는 제작 방법이 합성 애니메이션이다. 컴퓨터 그래픽(CG) 캐릭터와 실사 배경을 합성하여 애니메이션을 제작하는 방법으로, 풀 3차원 애니메이션 방식에 비해 필요한 인력이 상대적으로 적어 효율적인 구조에서 자연스러운 영상 제작이 가능하며 렌더링 시간을 줄일 수 있다는 장점을 가진다. 본 논문은 미니어처 세트와 3차원 컴퓨터 그래픽을 이용한 효율적인 합성 애니메이션 제작 공정을 제시하고자 한다. Animation contents are gradually growing every year, but production period and budget for making one animation contents is insufficient as of now. In particular, in case of animation series that are broadcasted on television, many episodes should be made within a short period of production term. Hence, production pipeline of full three-dimensional animation is frequently chosen in this case. However, another problem emerges as the full three-dimensional animation also requires a lot of time for making high-quality background and for rendering. Composed animation is a production pipeline that attempts to solve such problem. It is a pipeline of producing animation by composing computer graphic (CG) character and real background. It requires relatively small number of human resources compared to the full three-dimensional animation pipeline. Hence, it has an advantage in that natural-looking image can be produced under efficient structure and time for rendering can also be reduced. This paper proposes an efficient process of producing composed animation by using miniature set and three-dimensional computer graphic.

<P>Current studies of the antioxidant activity of fungal resources are mainly focused on the fruiting bodies of edible mushrooms. To access the potential of basidiomycetes in culture-state applications, extracts of solid cultures of 83 basidiomycetous fungi newly isolated from woody materials were prepared at the same concentration (10 mg/ml), and their antioxidant activities were measured using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) and DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical-scavenging assays. Among the basidiomycetes tested, Cryptoporus volvatus, Daedalea dickinsii, Gloeophyllum abietinum, G. trabeum, Pseudomerulius curtisii and Stereum hirsutum exhibited good antioxidant activities. The EC50 value for the removal of free radicals was lowest (i.e., most effective) in the crude extract of S. sanguinolentum (19.61 g/ml), and reduced DNA damage based on a DNA nicking assay was observed for the extracts from the six basidiomycetous species above.</P>

<P>A new class of cyclometalated ruthenium sensitizers incorporating a ĈN̂N ligand and conjugated 2,2′-bipyridine in the ancillary ligand have been designed and synthesized. The photovoltaic performance of <B>JK-206</B> using an electrolyte containing 0.6 M 1,2-dimethyl-3-propylimidazolium iodide, 0.05 M I<SUB>2</SUB>, 0.1 M LiI, and 0.5 M <I>tert</I>-butylpyridine in CH<SUB>3</SUB>CN gave a short-circuit photocurrent density of 19.63 mA cm<SUP>–2</SUP>, an open-circuit voltage of 0.74 V, and a fill factor of 0.72, affording an overall conversion efficiency of 10.39%. The efficiency is the highest one reported for dye-sensitized solar cells based on the cyclometalated ruthenium sensitizer of the type ĈN̂N. Moreover, the same device using a polymer gel electrolyte exhibited a remarkable stability under 1000 h of light soaking at 60 °C, retaining 91% of the initial efficiency of 7.14%.</P><P>A new class of cyclometalated ruthenium sensitizers incorporating a ĈN̂N ligand and conjugated 2,2′-bipyridine in the ancillary ligand have been designed and synthesized.
