<P>Echinoid-like TiO<SUB>2</SUB> particles were prepared via modified sol–gel process using PVA as a surface-directing agent in acetic acid solution. The surface of echinoid-like TiO<SUB>2</SUB> particle is significantly rough, and the size of the particles is 800–1100 nm. The specific surface area and average pore size of echinoid-like TiO<SUB>2</SUB> particles are 82.81 m<SUP>2</SUP> g<SUP>−1</SUP> and 11.79 nm, respectively. The photocatalytic activity of echinoid-like TiO<SUB>2</SUB> particles was very high compared with P25 due to larger surface area.</P>
경기도 보육교사의 이직의도와 직무스트레스의 관계에서 심리적 안녕감의 위치 검증 : 확인적 요인분석을 활용한 위치적 특성에 대한 가설적 타당성 검증

보육교사에게 심리적 안녕감은 이직의도와 직무스트레스의 관계에서 어떤 역할을 하는지를 이론적 차원에서 규명하고자 연구를 시작하였다. 무엇보다 보육교사 연구에서 중요성이 높아지고 있는 심리적 안녕감 변인이 이론적으로 체계화되어 있지 않아 이직의도와 직무스트레스의 관계에서 임의적으로 사용되고 있는 것이 문제라고 판단하였다. 이에 개념적으로 체계화된 Ryff(1989)의 심리적 안녕감을 기초로 독립변인, 매개변인, 종속변인 등의 다양한 위치에 대해 실증적으로 검증한 후 가장 적실성 있는 이론적 위치를 확인하고자 하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 독립변인, 매개변인, 종속변인으로써 각각 위치시킨 후 모형 적합도를 통해 가장 최적의 위치를 가늠하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 우선 독립변인, 매개변인, 종속변인으로 구조화한 관계 모두 통계적 유의성을 확보하고 있었다. 이는 비록 통계를 통한 확인일지라도 심리적 안녕감이 보육교사의 역할에서 다양한 기능을 수행할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다는 점이다. 둘째로, 최적화된 역할은 매개변인이었다. 모형적합도를 기초로 판단하건데, 직무스트레스라는 외부환경 요인의 자극은 낮출 수 없으나, 심리적 안녕감이 강화되었다면 이직의도는 변화될 수 있다. 셋째로, 무분별하고, 임의적으로 사용되던 심리적 안녕감 변인의 이론적 위치를 탐색적으로 확인하였다는 점이다. 심리적 안녕감은 연구자의 관점과 논리에 따라서 지나치게 자의적으로 사용되어왔다. 이 연구 결과는 다양한 선행연구들의 쟁점을 판단할 수 있는 연구결과이다. 향후 연구를 통해 이론적 논의가 더 강화될 필요는 있지만, 직무스트레스라는 외적요인과 이직의도라는 행태요인의 사이에서 심리적 안녕감은 ‘매개요인’이라는 것이다. This study was started to investigate the role of psychological well-being for childcare teachers in the relationship between turnover intention and job stress from a theoretical level. Above all, it was judged that the problem was that the psychological well-being variable, which is increasing in importance in the study of childcare teachers, was not theoretically systematized and was used arbitrarily in the relationship between turnover intention and job stress. Therefore, based on Ryff s (1989) psychological well-being that was conceptually systematized, we tried to verify the most appropriate theoretical position after empirically verifying various positions such as independent, mediating, and dependent variables. Using the structural equation model, each position was placed as an independent variable, a parameter variable, and a dependent variable. As a result of the analysis, all of the relationships structured into independent, mediating, and dependent variables had statistical significance. This is the fact that, even if it is confirmed through statistics, it can be confirmed that psychological well-being can perform various functions in the role of childcare teachers. Second, the optimized role was a parameter. Judging on the basis of model fit, the stimulus of external environmental factors such as job stress cannot be lowered, but if psychological well-being is strengthened, turnover intention can be changed. Third, the theoretical position of the psychological well-being variable that was used indiscriminately and arbitrarily was verified exploratoryly. Psychological well-being has been used too arbitrarily according to the researcher s point of view and logic. The results of this study are research results that can judge the issues of various previous studies. Although the theoretical discussion needs to be further strengthened through future research, psychological well-being is a mediating factor between an external factor such as job stress and a behavioral factor such as turnover intention.

<P>The long-term stability of standard platinum resistance thermometers (SPRTs) in a temperature range between 0.01 °C and 419.527 °C was investigated from 352 samples of data accumulated from fixed-point calibration conducted during a period of eleven years. The rates of change of resistance R<SUB>TPW</SUB> at the triple point of water and the resistance ratio at the freezing point of Sn (W<SUB>Sn</SUB>) and Zn (W<SUB>Zn</SUB>) were analysed. For 75% of the samples investigated, the rate of change of R<SUB>TPW</SUB> was within 5.17 mK/year in magnitude. For the same portion of SPRTs, the rates of change in W<SUB>Sn</SUB> and W<SUB>Zn</SUB> were within 0.82 mK/year and 1.69 mK/year, respectively. Further statistical investigation showed that measurement at the triple point of water only was not a sufficient test to identify the change in W<SUB>Sn</SUB> or W<SUB>Zn</SUB>. However, due to the strong correlation between the changes in W<SUB>Sn</SUB> and W<SUB>Zn</SUB>, measurement of the resistance ratio at one of the fixed points in the range of usage is adequate to identify possible change in the entire range of usage.</P>
