The art psychotherapy expert system is a computer system which helps to analyse one's psychology through pictures. However we need a standard criterion because the psychology, the targetof the artps ychotherapy, does notonly have a ambiguous criterion butalso a vast range. We're going to suggest a criterion in the field of the art psychotherapy by constructing systematic database through knowledge acquirement of the art psychotherapy expert system. In this study we introduce a system which enables systematic classification and confirmation of symptoms according to mental analyses. The suggested system enables confirmation of a classical structure and systematic classification of knowledges through conversation by extracting nouns through sentence analysis from the knowledge of descriptive form based on the clinical purpose of sentence analysis.
Exploiting Unused Spare Columns and Replaced Columns to Enhance Memory ECC

<P>Due to the emergence of extremely high density memory along with the growing number of embedded memories, memory yield is an important issue. Memory self-repair using redundancies to increase the yield of memories is widely used. Because high density memories are vulnerable to soft errors, memory error correction code (ECC) plays an important role in memory design. In this paper, methods to exploit spare columns including replaced defective columns are proposed to improve memory ECC. To utilize replaced defective columns, the defect information needs to be stored. Two approaches to store defect information are proposed-one is to use a spare column and the other is to use a content-addressable-memory. Experimental results show that the proposed method can significantly enhance the ECC performance.</P>

The purpose of this study is to compare the heart activity signal sensing performance by textile electrodes (based on size and configuration method) in order to obtain the structural requirements of motion artifact-minimizing textile electrodes suitable for heart activity signal acquisition. Computer embroidery was used to create six types of contact textile electrodes for measuring heart activity by manipulating the electrode size and method of configuration. These electrodes were attached to separate chest belts worn sequentially by eight males in good physical health. Heart activity signals were detected while the subjects stood in a static posture for 60 seconds and while they walked in place at a rate of 80 beats per minute for 60 seconds. The measurements were repeated four times. To collect the heart activity signals, a BIOPAC Systems, Inc. ECG100 electrocardiogram amplifier was used at a sampling rate of 1 ㎑, and the detected raw signals were fed through a bandpass filter. The signal power ratio of the heart activity signal detected by each type of electrode was calculated, and statistical analysis was applied to determine the heart activity signal-acquisition performance of the six electrode configurations. The results of this study indicate that, with regard to the textile electrodes’ configuration method, convex electrodes detected higher-quality signals than flat electrodes; however, no significant performance difference was found in detecting heart activity signals among the three electrode sizes. Among the structural requirements of textile electrodes for heart activity signal acquisition, the electrode configuration method was found to be an important factor that affects heart activity signal sensing in static and dynamic states. Plans for implementing a wearable platform integrating the convex textile electrodes based on this study will be investigated in future studies, along with performance improvements to develop smart clothing technology that can detect high-quality heart activity signals without time or space limitations.

<P>3D-memory is one of promising applications in 3D-IC technology. With a 3D integration technology, the effective density of memories can increase and the interconnect distance from processor to memory can be shortened. Due to its stacked structure, the upper dies behave as shields blocking outer particles from reaching lower dies, and it makes error rate of the top layer largest among all layers. From a heat perspective, the lower dies would suffer from reliability problems since the lower dies are placed on top of logic die. The heat dissipation can more influence lower dies than upper dies. This creates unequal a reliability distribution for each layer in 3D-memories. A novel ECC organization scheme for 3D-memory to secure reliable operations under soft error rate (SER) profiles is introduced in this paper. The proposed scheme does not require additional redundant arrays. Instead, it utilizes unused spare columns of relatively reliable layer memories to store additional check-bits of less reliable layer memories. It forms a heterogeneous ECC organization across different layers which enhances ECC capabilities in less reliable layers. In addition, redundancy sharing scheme for yield enhancement can be implemented with the proposed scheme. Experimental results show that a memory with the proposed method can tolerate more than three times of a bit-error rate compared to the conventional memory.</P>

클라이언트/서버 시스템은 클라이언트가 수행할 수 없거나 곤란한 프로그램을 서버에서 수행하여 클라이언트의 부하를 줄여준다. 하지만 서버의 리소스를 요청하는 클라이언트의 수가 많아지면 이미 많은 리소스를 사용하고 있는 서버에게 리소스를 요청하거나 리소스를 사용하지 않는 서비스에게는 요청하지 않는 경우가 발생하여 서버에게 너무 많은 부하를 주거나 전혀 부하가 생기지 않을 수 있다. 이에 본 논문 에서는 Jini 기반의 Agent Manager를 이용하여 서버와 클라이언트의 정보를 수집한 다음 MAUT와 Maximum-Weight Matching을 이용하여 클라이언트와 서버 간 연결의 전체적인 만족도를 높이는 Jini 기반의 최적의 컴퓨팅 리소스 제안 시스템을 연구하였다.
