<P>This article proposes nonparametric Bayesian approaches to monotone function estimation. This approach uses a hierarchical Bayes framework and a characterization of stick-breaking process that allows unconstrained estimation of the monotone function. In order to avoid the limitation of parametric modeling, a general class of prior distributions, called stick-breaking priors, is considered. It accommodates much more flexible forms and can easily deal with skewness, multimodality, etc., of the dependent variable response. The proposed approach is incorporated to model the catch ratio based on automatic weather station (AWS) data.</P>

The Truck chassis frame is one of the most important part to decide the durability performance of the vehicle. Fullvehicle proving ground test will be spent a lot of time and cost. So, Rig test method should be developed for the efficient development of new chassis Frame and the reduction of cost. In this paper, Multi-axial durability test was carried out, and test objective was the 6m3 Mixer Truck Frame&Sub-Frame. Road load data was measured under proving ground, and durability target was calculated using this data. Durability target is consist of 3 alternating loading which includes Vertical bending, Horizontal bending, Frame Torsion. And the correlation was performed by results of full-vehicle test.

Time series data sometimes show violation of normal assumptions. For cases where the assumption of normality is untenable, moreexible models can be adopted to accommodate heavy tails. The exponential power distribution (EPD) is considered as possible candidate for errors of time series model that may show violation of normal assumption. Besides, the use ofexible models for errors like EPD might be able to conduct the robust analysis. In this paper, we especially consider EPD as the flexible distribution for errors of autoregressive models. Also, we represent this distribution as scale mixture of uniform and this form enables efficient Bayesian estimation via Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) methods.

A Spectropolarimetric Investigation of the Photospheric and Chromospheric Layers of Sunspots

Spectro-polarimetry is the most powerful technique for deducing the magnetic structure of the Sun. Stokes vector allow us to infer the physical conditions in the solar atmosphere prevailing during the line formation. Inversion codes are the main tool to extract this information from the Stokes spectra. This study will focus on measurements of the chromospheric He I 1083.0 nm triplet and the photospheric Si I 1082.7 nm line. A spectropolarimetric data set of sunspots, obtained with the German Vacuum Tower Telescope (VTT) at the Teide observatory on Tenerife, is analyzed using an inversion technique. We will introduce the German Vacuum Tower Telescope and the inversion code HeLix, and will show data sets that are analyzed by HeLix. Finally I made variety plots and maps for understanding photospheric and chromospheric layers of sunspots.

모바일 커머스 서비스에서 사용자가 인지하는 UX 만족도는 구매하는 상품과 사용자의 특성에 따라 다를 것으로 예측된다. 이 연구에서는 모바일 커머스 서비스에서 판매하는 상품 유형에 따라 한국과 북미 사용자의 UX 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 각 서비스 유형에 필요한 UX 요소를 도출하는 것이다. 또한, UX 만족도 지표(INDEX)를 구성하는 4개의 차원(UI 편의성, 유용성, 신뢰도, 네트워크 효과)과 세부 UX 디자인 요소 간의 상관관계를 분석하여 실제 모바일 서비스 개발에 적용할 수 있는 UX 디자인 요소를 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 판매하는 상품에 따른 비교에서는 신뢰도에서 차이가 나타났지만 한국과 북미 사용자에 따른 비교에서는 유용성과 신뢰도 모두에서 차이가 나타났다. UX 만족도 지표를 구성하는 4개의 차원과 세부 UX 디자인 요소간의 상관관계 분석에서는 서비스 구조를 이해하기 위한 요소가 전반적으로 높은 관계성을 보였고 문제해결, 도움말과 같은 고객 지원 요소는 한국 사용자보다 북미 사용자에게서 더 높은 관계성을 보였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 디지털 콘텐츠를 구매할 때보다 실물 상품을 구매할 때 사용자는 신뢰도 요소를 더 필요로 하며, 한국 사용자는 콘텐츠의 유용성에 높은 가치를 두고 북미 사용자는 신뢰도에 높은 가치를 둔다는 것을 알 수 있었다. The objectives of this research is to compare UX elements influencing the satisfaction of users in Korea and North America according to product types of mobile commerce services, to determine UX INDEX suitable for each type of service, and to derive positively influencing UI factors through analyzing the relationship between UX INDEX and UX design detail factors. This research showed that there was difference in perceived reliability according to selling product types and there was difference in both perceived usefulness and reliability according to users in Korea and North America. Also, this research found out that, in analysis of relationship between UX INDEX and UX design detail factors, UI factors to understand a service structure generally showed close relationship but factors such as troubleshooting and help showed difference between users in Korea and users in North America.
