        한국 재래종 콩 유전자원의 이소플라본 함량과 수량관련형질에 대한 연차간 비교

        In this study, composition and agronomic traits, including yield-related traits, were investigated and compared among 35 Korean landracegermplasm for two years (2019 and 2020). The contents of 12 isoflavones were measured using high-performance liquid chromatography, and agronomictrait data were collected according to the Rural Development Administration criteria. Comparing isoflavone composition between the two years,all isoflavones, except glycitein, were generally higher in 2019. The values of yield-related and major agronomic traits decreased in most accessionsin 2020. ANOVA showed highly significant differences (p<0.001) in genotypes, years, and genotype-by-year interaction for all isoflavones, the numberof pods per plant, and 100-seed weight. The number of seeds per pod, days to flowering, and days to maturity also showed significant differencesamong genotypes, as well as between the two years. Correlation analysis revealed that daidzin and genistin were positively correlated with theirmalonylated form. Malonyl daidzin was also positively correlated with malonyl genistin levels. The accessions with the least variation in the totalisoflavone content were IT 153844 (907.5 μg/g, 898.6 μg/g) and IT 252252 (663.2 μg/g, 636.4 μg/g). Some of the evaluated landraces will bea promising genetic source for developing soybean varieties with high levels of environmental stability in isoflavone content and agronomic traits.

        일시적 가격인하와 부당공동행위의 종기에 관한 분석

        독점규제법 제19조 소정의 부당한 공동행위의 요건 가운데 행위의 공동성 중 의사의 합치 부분과 관련해 사업자들 간에 장기간에 걸쳐 여러 종류의 합의가 수회 반복 계속될 경우 이를 개별적 합의로 볼 것인지, 전체를 하나의 행위로 볼 것인지 여부와 관련한 판례의 일반적인 동향은 부당한 공동행위의 종기와 관련되는바, 부당한 공동행위의 종기는 처분시효 및 관련 매출액 산정과 과징금 부과와 관련해 매우 중요한 의미를 지니게 된다. 이에 대한 대법원 2015. 2. 12. 2013두6169 판결은 경쟁입찰로 인한 일시적 가격인하가 있었을 경우 여러 차례 이루어진 입찰 담합 행위들을 하나의 행위로 볼 것인지, 별개의 행위로 볼 것인지 여부 및 부당한 공동행위의 종기에 있어 경쟁제한적 효과 발생 시점에 관한 쟁점을 다루고 있다. 대상판결의 원심과 대법원의 차이점을 분석하는 과정에서 도출되는 논의들은 부당한 공동행위의 종기에 관한 기존 논의에 유의미한 시사점을 지닐 것이기에 대상 판결은 그 분석의 필요성을 지닌다고 하겠다. In relation to the meeting of minds in cartel base on Article 19(prohibition of unfair collaborative acts clause) of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act(Korean antitrust law), if there are several types of agreements that are repeated several times over a long period, the general trend of judicial precedents on whether it is an individual consensus or whether the whole is an act is related to the termination of cartel. The termination of cartel has a very important meaning in relation to the prescription of disposition. Supreme Court Decision 2013Du6169 Delivered on February 12, 2015 deals with the issues in relation to the effect of price reductions on competitive bidding on the number of agreements and the point generating the restriction on competition in related to the termination of cartel. This case has a need for analysis, because the discussions in the process of analyzing the differences between the Supreme Court Decision and the original court Decision in this case has significant implication for the existing discussion in relation to the termination of cartel.

        도신(道信)의 선사상(禪思想)에 관한 고찰 - 천태(天台)와의 관련성을 중심으로 -

        중국선(中國禪)의 역사에 있어서 중요한 역할을 한 선사들이 많다. 그 가운데 4조 도신선사(道信禪師)는 동산법문(東山法門)을 만들어 내는데 중추적인 활약을 하고 많은 대중들이 함께 집단생활을 하는 총림(叢林)을 만들어 내고 있다. 그리고 불법(佛法)과 왕법(王法)과의 관계에 있어서 권력에 초연한 수행자의 모습을 당나라 태종의 네 차례에 걸친 면담요청을 거부한 것에서도 볼 수 있다. 이러한 도신의 사상은 『능가사자기』를 통하여 살펴볼 수 있는데, 그는 달마 이래로 전승되어 온 철저한 『능가경』의 전승자였다고 볼 수 있다. 그리고 천태사상과의 관련에 대하여 도신은 자기의 마음이 여래의 법성신(法性身)으로 본래 망념없이 청정하고 원만하여 거울처럼 무심하다는 것을 아는 것을 안심이라고 하고 있는데 이것은 천태의 지관에 의해 마음을 법성(法性)에 편안히 머무른다는 것과 일맥상통하고 있다. 아울러 천태의 저술 의도나 도신의 가르침은 초학자나 초심자를 위한다는 것에서도 공통점을 가지고 있다. 그리고 도신은 쌍봉산에서 법을 설함에 이르러서 이러한 『능가경』의 ‘제불심제일(諸佛心第一)’과 『문수설반야경』의 일행삼매를 융합시켜 『입도안심요방편법문』을 짓고 선에 있어서 『능가경』과 『반야경』을 종합하고 있다. 『능가경』의 ‘제불심제일’은 달마선의 옛날부터의 전통이지만, 그것에 『문수설반야경』의 일행삼매를 거두어 들인 것은 시대에 적응하기 위한 새로운 종합이었다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 주장들은 기존의 『능가경』이 단순히 『능가사자기』에 이름만 언급된 것이 아니라 그 핵심이라고 설명하고 있고 더 나아가 『문수설반야경』과의 융합을 주장한 것이다. 이러한 주장에 동의하면서 조금 더 보완하면 도신은 천태의 사상에 많은 영향을 받게 된다. 그것은 넓게 보면 천태와 선과 반야의 융합이라고도 할 수 있다. 즉 도신선사는 이 세 가지를 융회하여 찬란한 동산법문을 꽃피우는 초석을 놓았다고 생각된다. 그것은 천태라는 사상이 없었다면 이루기 어려웠을 것이다. 아울러 일행삼매의 좌선에 대하여 자세를 잡는 법과 호흡법 등이 천태의 전적을 답습하고 있고 염불에 있어서는 그 목적이 서방정토 극락세계에 왕생하는 것이 아님을 알 수 있다. 이러한 좌선과 염불을 통해서도 도신은 철저히 천태의 영향을 받고 있다고 할 수 있을 것이다. There are many Seon masters who played significant roles in the history of Chinese Seon. The 4<sup>th</sup> patriarch, Doshin played a pivotal role in making the Dongsan dharma school and the compiled monastery where assembled monks lived together. We can also find out that he was a superb practitioner against power, when it comes to the relationship between the buddhist dharma and the national law, with an example of his refusal on four times of asking to meet by the King Taejong, Dang China. It is likely to look into the book, 『Neung’gasajagi(楞伽師資記)』, for the thought of Doshin. Based on it, we are able to assume that he was an excellent transmitter of 『 Lankavatarasutra(楞伽經)』 which had been transmitted since the great master Dharma. With the thought of Tientai, Doshin explains that our mind is originally pure and clear without any defilements like a mirror. To know that we don’t have any worries is called “Peaceful mind”. This is a thread of connection with Tientai, “Letting our mind peacefully stay on the dharma nature.” And also, the purpose of writing books by Tientai and the teaching of Doshin have a common for people who started to learn Buddhism. When Doshin made a preach for buddhist dharma at Mt. Ssangbong as compiling with 『Lankavatarasutra(楞伽經)』 and 『Prajnaparamita Sutra』. 『Lankavatarasutra(楞伽經)』 was the old tradition of the Dharma Seon, but the argument of Samadhi with one action from the 『Wenshushuobanrujing』 was a new trial to adapt to the time. Furthermore, he insisted the integration with 『Wenshushuobanrujing』. I agree with his suggestion and for more reference, Doshin received lots of influences from the thought of Tientai. In a wide perspective, it can be said as the integration of Tientai, Seon, and Prajna. In other words, the Seon master Doshin accumulated all these three ideologies to set up a cornerstone for developing Dongsan dharma school. He followed Tientai's ways of how to sit in Seon meditation of One action Samadhi and breathe. When it comes to reciting buddha's names, I could find out that its purpose was not to be born in the pure land. Based on sitting in Seon meditation and recitation, it is likely to see that Doshin was under the big influence of Tientai.

        Identification of Adaptive Traits Facilitating the Mechanized Harvesting of Adzuki Bean (Vigna angularis)

        Traditional germplasms are unsuitable for mechanized production, limiting adzuki bean production. The creation of cultivars that can be harvested by mechanized means is an urgent task for breeders. The bottom pod height (BPH), lodging resistance, and synchronous maturing of adzuki beans are critical factors for the reduction of losses due to mechanized harvesting. In this study, 14 traits of 806 adzuki bean accessions were analyzed. All growth stages and the yield, lodging score, and synchronous maturing correlated negatively with the BPH. These negative correlations reflect the increased difficulty of breeding to simultaneously satisfy the needs for no lodging, high synchronous maturing rates, BPHs > 10 ㎝, and high yield. We screened three germplasms with no lodging, high synchronous maturing rates, and BPHs > 10 ㎝ that were used as mechanization-adapted breeding material for crossing with high-yield cultivars. Agronomic trait diversity in adzuki beans was also examined in this study. Principal component and cluster analyses were conducted for 806 germplasms resulting in three clusters with the yield and three growth stage traits serving as the main discriminating factors. Cluster 1 included high-yield germplasms with the number of pods per plant and the number of seeds per pod being the major discriminant factors. Cluster 2 included germplasms with long growth periods and large 100-seed weights while cluster 3 contained germplasms with high BPHs. In general, the characteristics that make mechanical harvesting feasible and those assessed in this study could be utilized to choose and enhance adzuki beans production.

        Characterization of Agro-morphological Traits of Tartary Buckwheat Germplasm Under Spring Cultivation and Analysis of Health-Related Primary Bioactive Components in Seeds by HPLC Method

        The primary bioactive components of buckwheat seeds, rutin, and quercetin, have health-related benefits such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-diabetic, and anti-cancerous. In the current study, we characterized the agro-morphological traits of diverse tartary buckwheat germplasm accessions under the spring cultivation and estimated the major flavonoid contents of seeds. The content of rutin and quercetin ranged from 4354.1 to 17,196.01 and 8.9 to 611.7 µg g−1 DW, respectively. The highest content of rutin was found in ‘C9714’ collected from China. The highest and lowest content of quercetin was found in Indian accessions ‘I8345’ and ‘I8622’, respectively. Moreover, we found that accessions with dark-brown seed coat color had a significantly higher mean rutin content than that of accessions with other seed coat color. In the principal component analysis, the first three components (PC1, PC2, and PC3) accounted for 77.14% of the total variation. The number of nodes and branches, number of days to flower, and maturity were the main contributors of variability to PC1. The 1000-seed weight was the main contributor of variability to PC2; whereas, the rutin and quercetin were the main contributors of variation to PC3. We identified nine accessions with the rutin content above 10,000 µg g−1 DW and three accessions with quercetin content above 40 µg g−1 DW. The selected accessions could be used as a nutritional source of health-related bioactive metabolites.

        Differences in Cotyledon Color and Harvest Period Affect the Contents of Major Isoflavones and Anthocyanins in Black Soybeans

        Several environmental and genetic factors affect the isoflavone and anthocyanin contents in soybeans. This study aimed to assess the influences of cotyledon color and harvest period on the contents of five major isoflavones and three major anthocyanins in 323 black soybean landraces grown in Korea. In all the soybeans, malonylgenistin, malonyldaidzin and cyanidin-3-O-glucoside were the foremost components. The total isoflavone (TIC) and total anthocyanin (TAC) contents were in the ranges of 491.29-1998.39 μg/g and 452.60-2789.37 mg/100 g on dry weight basis, respectively. Both the average TIC and TAC were higher in green cotyledon soybeans (1493.93 μg/g and 1656.05 mg/100 g, respectively) than in yellow cotyledon soybeans (1423.09 μg/g and 1489.30 mg/100 g, respectively). With respect to the harvest period, the average TIC was in the order of Late-October (1517.31 μg/g) > Mid-October (1454.54 μg/g) > Early-October (1340.95 μg/g). Moreover, the average TAC decreased in the order of Late-October (1765.76 mg/100 g) > Mid-October (1503.93 mg/100 g) > Early-October (1350.91 mg/100 g). In general, cotyledon color appeared to cause a significant variation on TAC (P < 0.05) but not on TIC, whereas the harvest period appeared to cause significant variations on both the TAC and TIC. Among the 323 landraces, 20 were identified to contain high TIC ( > 1800 μg/g) and TAC (> 2000 mg/100 g) in their seeds and hence, could be considered as important sources of dietary isoflavones and anthocyanins. Besides, they possibly provide a wide spectrum of options if considered during the development of improved soybean genotypes.

        Assessment of Phenolic Content, Saponin Content, and Antioxidant Activities in Gray, Red, and White Adzuki Bean Germplasm: A Multivariate Analysis

        Seed color is controlled by several genes and is a key trait in determining the metabolite content and biological activities of legume genotypes. In this study, 296 adzuki bean accessions, including 159 grey, 99 red, and 38 white adzuki beans, were grown in Korea. Variations in total phenolic content (TPC), total saponin content (TSC), DPPH• scavenging activity, ABTS•+ scavenging activity, and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) were assessed and were reported to be in the ranges of 1.52- 8.24 mg GAE/g, 14.36-114.22 mg DE/g, 0.23-12.84 mg AAE/g, 1.05-17.66 mg TE/g, and 0.59-13.14 mg AAE/g, respectively, with a wide variation across adzuki beans. Except for DPPH• scavenging activity, the average values declined in the order gray > red > white adzuki beans, each demonstrating a significant variation (p < 0.05). White adzuki beans, which showed low metabolite content and antioxidant activity, were clearly separated from the gray and red genotypes using principal component and hierarchical cluster analyses. Moreover, TPC, TSC, and antioxidant activities were strongly correlated, regardless of seed color. Overall, the diversity of the TPC, TSC, and antioxidant activity in a broad population of adzuki bean genotypes was determined. Furthermore, this study found that seed color variation in adzuki beans had a significant effect on the metabolite content and antioxidant activity. Superior accessions with high levels of TPC, TSC, and antioxidant activity were also discovered and could be used for functional plant breeding and human consumption. The findings of this study may be useful for understanding the relationship between seed coat color and metabolite concentration in adzuki beans, paving the way for molecular-level analyses.
