가정폭력 피해여성들은 자신의 문제를 스스로 해결할 능력을 잃고 무기력에 빠져있으므로 학대받는 상황에서 벗어나기 힘든 경우가 많다. 이런 경우, 상담자는 내담자의 문제 해결능력에 대한 확고한 신념을 지니고 피해자가 자신의 상황을 객관적으로 바라보며 문제해결책을 스스로 찾아낼 힘을 갖도록 돕는 것에 치료의 역점을 두어야 한다. 치료목표 또한 내담자가 찾아내고 설정하도록 도와야하는데 이를 위해서는 내담자의 지각을 수용, 인정하고 따라감을 통해, 그들의 강점을 찾아내고, 예외상황을 기반으로 해결구축을 위한 질문들을 마련·적응하며 이 과정에서 내담자 스스로가 미래의 가능성을 확장하도록 돕는 해결 중심적 가족치료 접근이 매우 유용한 것으로 본다. 그러나, 가정폭력 피해자의 경우, 법적 대응 외에는 피해자의 안전이 확보되기 힘든 특수한 상황하에서는 이러한 접근 방법의 적용에 실패하는 경우가 있는데, 이때 상담자는 해결중심 가족치료접근을 중도에 포기하고 내담자가 원하는 것과 상관없이 혹은 내담자의 결정보다 앞서서 그를 유도해 나가게 되는 것이다. 본 고에서는 이런 경우에도 어떻게 내담자가 원하는 것에 충실하게 초점을 맞추어 따라가고, 그 스스로가 문제해결책을 결정하도록 힘을 부여할 수 있는지에 관한 해결중심 접근방법의 적용 요령을 사례를 통하여 모색해보고자 한다. In helping battered wives, we often witness cases where, due to their helplessness cultured under their seemingly inescapable situation, the battered wives end up going back to their battering husband. In such cases, it is important for the therapist to be able to empower their clients to acquire enough self-reliance to make decisions on their own, overcoming their helplessness. To this end, it is important to ensure that the primary objective of the therapy should be set not by the therapists but by the clients. The solution-focused family therapy approaches is certainly one of the better alternative for such situation. Unfortunately, however, many therapists using solution-focused approach, often gives up their not-knowing posture and resort to imposing quick solutions due to the pressing situation such as when the clients face serious threat to their safety. In this paper, through a careful examination of a counseling case, we seek to find ways to keep up the solution-focused approach even under such serious pressure.

In Classified Vector Quantization(CVQ) for image coding, the block classification pondering the block characteristics will be the most important procedure if we consider system performance. But it does not take effect because classification of conventional CVQ followed act on a heuristic and statistics method. In order to solve the problem of conventional methods, i.e, for block classification effectively we propose a fuzzy inferencing algorithm to improve its performance. To do this, fuzzy rules must be generated in the first. Our rules are based on energy distribution in transform domain with respect to spatial variation. Ultimately fuzzy inferencing of this paper apply these fuzzy rules for efficient block classification on a input image. As a result of efficient classification, our proposed method shows that blocking effect is decreased and PSNR(peak to peak signal to noise ratio) is increased by about 1 ∼ 2 dB for 0.2 ∼ 0.6 bpp range, when the performance is compared with Aizawa's scheme^[9].
Streptomyces diastatochromogenes로부터 분리된 SdiⅠ의 특성에 관한 연구

토양분리 방선균 Streptomyces diastatochromogenes로부터 분리된 제한효소 SdiI은 넓은 범위의 pH(7.0~1.5)와 온도(-60℃)에서 활성을 보였으며, 고농도(-500mM) NaCI이 있어도 작용하였다. 또한, 20~60℃ 온도에서 안정하며, 활성을 갖기 위해서는 MgCI_2를 필요로 하였다. Lambda DNA에 대한 지도 작성으로부터 XhoI의 isoschizomer로 추정되었으며, DNA 염기서열 분석 결과, 인식, 절단 서열은 다음과 같이 결정되었다. In catalytic propeties of the restriction endonuclease. SdiI, which was purified from Streptomyces diastatochromogenes, this enzyme was active at wide range between pH 7.0 and 12.5, and up to 60℃ and 500mM of NaCl concentration. It was stable between 20℃ and 60℃, and essentially requires MgCl_2 for endonuclease activity. The restriction map of lambda DNA which was obtained by double digestion with various enzymes suggested SdiI to be an isoschizomer of XhoI. The yeast L-A virus(4.6 Kb dsRNA genome) encodes the major coat protein and a "gag-pol" fusion minor coat protein that separately encapsidate itself and M₁, RNA satellite virus a 1.8 kb dsRNA encode a secreted protein toxin(the killer toxin). The yest chromosomal SKI genes, so named for the superkiller phenotype of mutants, prevent viral cytopathology by lowering the virus copy number. Thus, ski^-mutants are either temperature sensitivity(ts) or cold sensitivity(cs) for growth. Under electron microscope virus-infested ski^- mutants showed abonormal budding pattern. We transformed a ski2 virus infested mutant with a yeast bank in a high copy cloning vector and selected the rare healthy transformants for analysis. One type of transformant recovered from typical ski^- cold sensitivity though it remained superkiller. Elimination of the DNA clone from the ski2 strain eliminated this phenotype and introduction of the VPMs(Viral Pathology masking gene in Ski^- strain) DNA recovered from such transformants into the parent ski 2 strain or into ski3 or ski6 mutants gave the same phenotype. These transformants recovered from abnormal budding pattern. Compare of dsRNA contents in VPMs transfomed cell with control cell transformed only YEp13 vector, dsRNA transformed cells were not changed. Thus VPMs is a noe chromosomal gene which maskes dsRNA virus cytopathology in ski^- background. The 10 kb insert showed this activity in ski^- virus infested cells.
