교양 교육에서의 비판적 문식성 교육 연구 -김애란의 「물 속 골리앗」을 활용하여-

이 연구는 대학 교양 교육으로서 소설을 활용한 비판적 문식성 교육 내용이 제시될 필요가 있다는 문제의식에서 출발했다. 교양 교육의 제재로 소설을 활용하는 것은 일반적이나, 오늘날 교양 교육이 표방하는 ‘인간과 세계에 대한 총체적 안목을 갖게 하는 심도 깊은 교육’을 실행하기 위하여 소설을 어떻게 활용할지에 대해 초점화된 논의는 적었다. 하나의 텍스트로서 소설을 활용한 교양 교육은 ‘분별 있는 관찰자’를 길러냄으로써 지금 우리가 살아가는 세계에서 발생하는 다양한 사회 문화적 쟁점에 대한 판단력을 갖추는 데 기여한다. 이에 이 연구는 소설을 활용한 비판적 문식성 교육의 특성을 밝히고, 이를 교양 교육에 도입할 때 어떤 내용을 중심으로 교육해야 하는지 김애란의 「물 속 골리앗」을 중심으로 구체적으로 제시할 것이다. 이는 소설이 특정 영역을 뛰어넘는 인문학적 통찰을 제공하는 장르라는 점에서 글쓰기, 토론 강좌뿐만 아니라 인문 사회 분야 등과 관련한 대학 교양 강좌에 두루 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study starts from the idea that it is necessary to present the contents of critical literacy education using novels as university elective courses. Fiction is commonly being used for elective courses education, but there is little focus on how fiction could be used to implement the ‘higher education that provides a holistic view of human nature and the world’ that elective courses represent today. Elective courses, using novels as a text, helps to cultivate a ‘judicious spectator’ and contribute to build judgement on the various sociocultural issues in the world. In this regard, this study will clarify the characteristics of critical literacy education using novels and suggest the contents of what should be educated when introducing it into general education, using the book “Goliath under water” as an example. Because fiction provides insights on humanities that goes beyond a specific area, it can be used not only for writing and debating classes but also for university elective courses related to humanities and social fields.
액체급랭응고법으로 제조된 리튬 이차전지 음극활물질용 Si<sub>50</sub>Al<sub>30</sub>Fe<sub>20</sub> 비정질 합금의 결정화 거동 및 전기화학적 특성

This paper reports the microstructure and electrochemical properties of Si-Al-Fe ternary amorphous alloys prepared by rapid solidification as an anode for lithium secondary batteries. The microstructure was analyzed using XRD and HR-TEM with EDS mapping. In accordance with DSC analysis, annealing was performed to crystallize the active nano-Si in the amorphous alloy. Thus, nano-Si forms (~80 nm) embedded in the matrix alloy, such as $Fe_2Al_3Si_3$, $FeSi_2$, and $Fe_{0.42}Si_{2.67}$, were successfully synthesized. The electrode based on the Si-Al-Fe ternary alloy delivered an initial discharge capacity of approximately $700mAh^{g-1}$, and exhibited a high Coulombic efficiency of 99.0~99.6% from the $2^{nd}$ to $70^{th}$ cycles.

Hydrofluoric acid와 반응시켜 Si70Ni20Fe10 합금의 다공성을 조절하고, 물리적, 전기화학적 특성을 측정하였다. XRD와 단면 TEM으로 Pristine SNF가 Fe0.3Ni0.7Si20 매트릭스상에 내장된 활성 Si임을 확인하였으며, HF Etching을 통해 Silicide Matrix에서 Ni과 Fe를 침출시켜 활성 Silicon을 조절할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 표면형상과 조절된 기공은 SEM과 BET를 통해 관찰하였다. 기공 조절된 SNF합금음극의 방전 용량은 증가하였고, 100회까지의 수명유지율을 감안한 적절한 HF함량은 1 mol/mL인 것을 확인하였다. The porosity of Si70Ni20Fe10 alloy was controlled by reacting with Hydrofluoric acid, and physical and electrochemical characterizations as anode for Li battery were carried out. It was confirmed that active Si is embedded on Fe0.3Ni0.7Si20 matrix phase in pristine Si70Ni20Fe10 through XRD and FIB-TEM and activity of Si can be controlled through leaching Ni and Fe by Hydrofluoric acid reaction. The surface morphology and controlled porosity was observed by SEM and BET. The discharge capacity of the porosity controlled alloys were increased, and it was confirmed that the appropriate HF content was 1 mol/mL, considering the cycle retention up to 100 cycles.
리튬이온배터리를 위한 음극재의 전기화학적 특성에 따른 평형 전위와 부피 변화에 대한 연구

실리콘과 상용화 흑연 전극의 전기화학적 평가를 통하여 수명 특성을 확인하였다. 사이클 후에 전압 거동과 준 평형 전위(Quasi-Open circuit voltage) 측정을 진행하여, 용량 열화와 평형 전위의 상관성을 분석하였다. 실리콘과 흑연의 연속 충전(Trickle charge)으로 평형 전위(Open circuit voltage)와 부피 변화(In-situ dilation)가 일어나는 것으로 흑연 대비 실리콘의 팽창이 물질 상태 변화 및 입자 파괴로 인하여 전극 성능의 저하로 이어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Commercial graphite and silicon-based anode materials were comparatively analyzed to understand their degradation mechanism by means of quasi open-circuit voltage (quasi-OCV) tracking upon cycling. Moreover, we introduce a novel electrode degradation tracking technique by trickle charge of electrodes and measure of OCV and in-situ dilation. Hence, commercial graphite possesses stable trickle charge OCV suggesting same material state at charged states. Unlike, continuous change of trickle charge OCV and dilation of silicon-based anode indicate ever-changing material state, fracture of particles, advent of new active phases, leading to irreversible electrode degradation.

In this study, we have investigated the frequency and annealing temperature dependent magnetic properties of melt-spun Fe<SUB>64.5</SUB>Co₇Si₅B<SUB>15.5</SUB>Nb<SUB>3.5</SUB>Al<SUB>4.5</SUB> amorphous ribbon. We have measured B-H magnetic hysteresis loops in the frequency range of 50 ㎐~100 ㎑ using single-strip method and magnetic permeabilities in the frequency range of 1㎒~100 ㎒ using impedance analyzer. We observed the increase of coercivity as a function of measurement frequency and annealing temperature due to Eddy current effect and crystallization, respectively.

만성 편도염 환자의 구개 편도에서 human beta defensin(hBD)-1, 2의 발현 양상

Background and Objectives : Human beta defensins (hBDs) are broad spectrum cationic antimicrobial peptides that also act as chemokines for adaptive immune cells. hBDs protect the mucosal surfaces from adverse environmental influences and may serve as an important bridge between the innate and adaptive immune system. The aim of this study is to determine whether hBDs mRNA is expressed at human tonsil, and an expression level of hBDs mRNA is changed according to grade of tonsil in chronic tonsillitis patients. Materials and Methods : We analyzed the expression of hBDs in tonsils by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Total RNA was isolated from tonsils that obtained by tonsillectomy in 33 chronic tonsillitis adult patients. Each tonsil was graded 1 to 3 according to size of tonsils. RT-PCR products were semiUquantified with densitometry. Results : hBD-l, 2 mRNA in the tonsil of the chronic tonsillitis patients is expressed. The relative expression level for hBD-2 mRNAs in tonsils of grade 3 is significantly increased compared to that in tonsils of grade 1 and grade 2. However, the relative expression level for hBD-l was maintain a regular level. Conclusions : These results suggest that hBD-l, 2 may cooperate to defense in tonsil, and the up-regulation of hBD-2 in tonsils of grade 3 than in tonsils of grade 1 and grade 2 may be related to the sevehty of inflammation in the chronic tonsillitis patients.
