        골프 퍼팅 수행력에 따른 운동학적 변화

        The purpose of this study was to examine if performance changes were associated with concomitant changes in left and right shoulder kinematic movements. Twenty college students were randomly assigned to either a structured or random practice schedule. Three targets (1.22 m, 2.44 m, and 3.66 m) were used and all participants putted a total of 138 trials. To obtain a kinematic description of left and right shoulder movement, an Optotrack 3020 camera system was used. Random practice individuals showed poorer putting performance during practice period compared to their structured counterparts but exhibited superior performance in retention phase. While the structured practice participants has significantly lower variability in the amplitude in the z-dimension for downswing of left and right shoulders during the practice, the random practice participants showed significantly lower variability in the amplitude of the z-dimension for both backswing and downswing of left and right shoulders during the retention test. This study noted that minimizing instruction for the participants ensured an environment that maximized opportunities for learning regulation. This study also resulted that though initial success is difficult, learning is enhanced because of having to reconstruct appropriate response patterns with each repetition.

      • The Effect of Seniority and Security Covenants on Bond Price Reactions to Credit News

        We examine the daily abnormal returns of corporate bonds with different seniority and security covenants following Moody`s Watchlist and rating change events. We find that bond returns react significantly positive (negative) following upgrade (downgrade) Watchlist events but not necessarily following rating change events. Because Watchlist news precede rating changes, we infer that the Watchlist contains more unexpected information and, hence, the short-run bond price effects are stronger. Especially, we find that subordinated bond prices react more than secured bonds to Watchlist news. However, this finding does not hold when we compare investment and non-investment grade bonds, suggesting that seniority/security can explain the cross sectional bond returns. Our regression results confirm this finding even after controlling for issue- and issuer-specific characteristics such as time to maturity, coupon rate, bond rating, and firm size.

      • Development of Human cDNA Microarray Chip

        생화학 및 분자생물학의 발전을 통하여 새로운 유전자 발현 분석 기술이 개발되었다. 이것은 고밀도로 집적된 microscopic array를 말하는 것으로서 유리판 위에 인간의 cDNA를 고밀도로 부착시켜 놓은 것이라고 할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 1953개의 인간 cDNA가 포함된 high density microarray chip의 제작과정을 설명하고자 한다. 유리판 위에 spot된 cDNA는 경북대학교 의과대학 기질세포 유전자은행으로부터 제공받았으며 유전자는 5‘ 말단부위가 amine으로 변형을 시킨 primer(T3, T7)를 이용하여 PCR을 통하여 얻었다. 유전자는 DNA microarrayer(Cartesian Tech)를 사용하여 유리판 위에 spotting 하였다. 3.24cm^(2)의 공간 위에 부착된 유전자는 두 가지 색깔의 형광색으로 만들어진 sample과 hybridization 시킬 것이며 두 가지 조건에서 나타나는 유전자의 발현 양상을 비교하게 될 것이다. Advances in biochemistry and molecular biology have enabled the development of a new gene expression assay. This 'chip-based' approach utilizes microscopic arrays of cDNAs printed on a glass as high-density hybridization targets. We have made high-density microarray chip containing 1953 human cDNAs. The human cDNA clones that spotted on a glass were acquired from a medical college of Kyungpook Univ. The inserts were amplified by PCR using primers(T3, T7) containing an amino modification on the 5' ends. The PCR products were array products were arrayed using a high-density DNA microarrayer(Cartesian Tech). These 3.24 cm^(2) chips can be used to quantitatively monitor differential expression of the cognate human genes using a highly sensitive two-color hybridization assay. The hybridization of fluorescently labeled samples to the array were detected and quantitated with a laser confocal scanning microscope. Parallel gene analysis with microarrays provides a rapid and efficient method for large scale human gene discovery. Mass produced microarrays provide a new tool for genome expression analysis that may revolutionize genetic dissection, drug discovery and human disease diagnostics.

        압력측정을 위한 튜브시스템에서 튜브탭관의 특성

        Wind pressure experiments are conducted using a pressure transducer in order to examine the change of wind pressure in tall buildings, but the equipment is expensive and difficult to fix directly on the model. Thus, wind pressure experiments are often performed using pipes and tube taps. In many cases, however, because of the reduced scale in wind tunnel experiments and other reasons, the pipe for measuring wind pressure at a specific position of a tall building cannot be maintained constant. Thus, the present study obtained a pressure transfer function according to the length and thickness of tube tap and the shape of tube in the model, and conducted a calibration experiment using a restrictor . The results of the experiment are as follows. 1) The effect of the length of the tube tab installed in the model was insignificant that it was negligible in the tube pressure measuring system using a tube. 2) In case the tube tab was bent when a model was built, the length of the bent part did not have a significant effect on pressure. 3) When the tube installed inside the model was twisted, it did not have a significant effect on the result of wind pressure measurement.

        전염성 연속종 환아 1례 보고

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report Molluscum Contagiosum in an infant. Methods : We reported 5-year-old male patient who suffered from Molluscum Contagiosum. We treated him with Gami-Okbyungpung-tang. Results : After this treatment, the symptoms(papule on both thigh and gluteal sulcus region, itching) were improved. Conclusion : We had goal effects in oriental medical treatment on Molluscum Contagiosum. The further study is needed.

        증발산량 관측 대표위치 선정에 관한 연구: 춘천댐 유역을 중심으로

        In hydrological surveys, observation through representative location is essential due to temporal and spatial limitations and constraints. Regarding the use of hydrological data and the accuracy of the data, there are still insufficient observatories to be used in a specific watershed. In addition, since there is virtually no standard for the location of the current evapotranspiration, this study proposes a method for determining the location of the evapotranspiration. To determining the location of evapotranspiration, a grid is selected in consideration of the operating range of the Flux Tower using the eddy covariance measurement method, which is mainly used to measure evapotranspiration. The grid of representative location was calculated using the factors affecting evapotranspiration and satellite data of evapotranspiration. The grid of representative location was classified as good, fair, and poor. As a result, the number of good grids calculated was 54. It is judged that the classification of the grid has been achieved regarding topography and land use as a characteristic that appeared in the classification of the grid. In particular, in the case of elevation or city area, there was a large deviation, and the calculated good grid was judged to be a group between the two distributions.

        In the previous deep learning train Network with a dataset on the subject, Therefore, it took a lot of time and money not only to create this data, but also to label the existing data in order to learn. In this study, We intend to proceed with the study by using Self—supervised learning as the subject of deriving the result of force measurement on a large amount of image data without Haptic sensor. We trained it by VGG—3D CNN with Self—supervised learning. The result of this study, we get the method which have 3D CNN with self—supervised is more less error than the method which have just Using 3D CNN.
