        영산 조용기 목사의 설교 신학 연구

        설교 신학이란 설교의 3요소라고 할 수 있는 성경, 설교자, 청중과 관련한 제반 요소들에 대한 신학적 이해이다. 영산 조용기 목사는 오중복음·삼중축복이라는 신학적 틀을 통해 자신의 설교 전반에 대한 신학적 이해를 가져왔다. 영산의 설교 신학은 다음과 같은 특징을 갖는다. 첫째, 영산에게 설교란 지금 이곳에서 역사하시는 성삼위 하나님의 사역이며, 복음은 지금 이곳에서 드러나는 하나님의 능력이며, 성경은 지금 이곳에서 역사하시는 하나님의 말씀이다. 그런 의미에서 영산의 설교 신학에서 ‘현재성’이라는 개념은 매우 중요하다. 둘째, 영산은 설교자란 하나님으로부터 부르심을 받은 소명자여야 하며 굳건한 믿음의 소유자이다. 셋째, 영산은 설교를 듣는 청중들을 타락했지만 복음을 통해 구원받은 자이며 구원 이후에 하나님의 축복을 받아 누리는 자들로 이해한다. 넷째, 영산에게 설교의 현장은 언제나 하나님의 신유가 일어나는 기적의 장소이다. A theology of preaching is a theological understanding of three homiletical components such as the Bible, preacher, and audience and things that are related to those three. Youngsan Yonggi Cho has his own theology of preaching based on his theological frame, Fivefold Gospel and Threefold Blessing. His theology of preaching has some characteristics: First, for Youngsan, preaching is a ministry of God who works here and now, the gospel is the power of God that is manifested here and now, and the Bible is the Word of God that does miracles here and now. In that sense, ‘nowness’ is quite significant concept for Youngsan’s theology of preaching. Second, Youngsan thinks a preacher is one who has been called by God and should have steadfast faith. Third, Youngsan considers his audience not only as the fallen but also as the saved and the blessed. Fourth, Youngsan underlines the power of words so that preachers should use positive words and gospel words. Finally, for Youngsan, the place preaching occurs is the place where God’s healing miracles take place.

      • 딥러닝을 이용한 한반도 주변 파랑예측

        본 연구는 한반도 주변의 기상정보로 파랑을 예측하고 CCTV 영상에서 월파를 감지하는 기술을 개발하였다. 성능의 우수성이 널리 알려진 인공신경망(Artificial Neural Network, ANN)의 한 종류인 합성곱신경망(Convolutional Neural Network, CNN)을 사용하여 파랑예측과 월파감지 모델을 구축하였다. 파랑예측에 사용된 CNN모델은 U-net을 기반으로 구축하였으며 월파감지에 사용된 CNN모델은 객체 검출 모델을 사용하였다. 파랑예측 모델의 입력 자료는 일본 기상청(Japan Meteorological Agency, JMA)의 대기 예측정보인 MSM(Meso Scale Model)을 사용하였다. 합성곱신경망 파랑예측 모델의 학습데이터는 ADSWAN(ADCIRC + SWAN) 파랑모의 결과의 위도 30˚ ∼42.75˚, 경도 122.5˚∼135.25˚영역을 사용하였으며 격자 간격은 0.05˚로 설정하였다. 파랑 예측 모델의 정확도 향상을 위해 기존 U-net 구조의 인코더와 디코더 레이어의 깊이를 7층으로 확장하여 사용하였다. 상관성 분석 결과, 파고와 주기는 각각 풍속과 파고에 상관성이 높게 나타나 바람장 정보로부터 유의파고를 예측하고 예측된 유의파고로부터 주기를 예측하는 두 단계의 예측 모델을 구성하였다. 예측 결과에서 ADSWAN 파랑모의와의 상관성은 0.93, 관측치와의 상관성은 0.83으로 분석되었고 1시간 예측에 약 0.024초가 소요되었다. 월파감지 모델의 학습데이터는 삼척과 주문진의 CCTV 1년 1개월 분량의 영상(2018.10.01. ∼ 2019.10.31.)에서 월파가 발생한 프레임을 수동으로 추출하여 약 2만장의 데이터를 구축하였다. 월파의 기준은 탐지된 파도 영역이 난간을 넘는 것으로 설정하였으며, 난간을 넘지 않는 파도를 구분하기 위해 배경과 파도를 분리하고 난간 구역과 비교하여 여과하는 알고리즘을 구축하였다. 또한, 해수면과 분리된 파도 영역을 비교하여 실제 처오름높이를 산정하였으며, 월파감지의 정확도 분석 결과 mAP<sub>50</sub>은 0.60, 속도는 80.5fps로 나타났다. In this study, we developed a technology to predict wave using atmospheric modeling data around the Korean Peninsula and to detect wave overtopping using CCTV images. For the development, we adopted Convolutional Neural Network(CNN), a kind of Artificial Neural Network(ANN) known for its high performance. Wave prediction model is based on U-net, whereas overtopping detection model makes use of object detection models. Input data for the wave prediction model is MSM (Mesoscale Model) atmospheric forecasting data from the Japan Meteorological Agency(JMA). The training data for wave prediction model is ADSWAN(ADCIRC+SWAN) wave simulation results, whose spatial extension is 122.50°E 135.25°E, 30.00°N∼42.75°N with resolution of 0.05°. In order to improve the accuracy of wave prediction model, we extend the depth of the encoder and decoder layers from the U-net structure to the seventh layers. Correlation analysis shows that wave heights are highly correlated with wind speeds while wave periods are with wave heights. Thus, we constructed a two-step model that predicts wave heights from the former and wave periods from the latter. In our prediction results, correlations with ADSWAN wave simulation results and observation were found to be 0.93 and 0.83 respectively. The 1-hour prediction took about 0.024 seconds. The training data for overtopping detection model is around 20,000 frames manually extracted from one year-long CCTV video images (2018.10.01. ∼ 2019.10.31.) from Samcheok and Jumunjin. We defined wave over the fence as a overtopping event, and developed a filtering algorithm to separate the background from the wave by comparing regions. Furthermore, we estimated wave run-up height from the separated wave regions and preformed the accuracy analysis, mAP<sub>50</sub> being 0.60 and the processing speed being 80.5fps.

The Anti-cancer Effect of Oriental Medicine Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang in the Mouse with Metastatic Lung Cancer. Proceedings of International Symposium on East-West Medicine, Seoul. 231-243, 1999.-The oriental medicine Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang is an herbal medicine which has been used for pulmonary diseases and known as having immune stimulatory effects. It has been known effective in lung cancer. So we studied the effects and the mechanisms of this herbal medicine it the mouse with metastatic lung cancer. The metastatic lung cancer of the mouse was produced with melnoma cell line(B16BL/6).5×10□/mouse tumor cells were injected intravenously to the CDF1 mouse via tail vein. The mice were divided 4 groups. The first group was treated with 50mg/kg extract of Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang per oral for 10 days after cancer cell injection, second group treated with saline after cancer cell injection, the third group with medicine without cancer cell, and the last group with saline only. After 10 days treatments some of the mice were scarificed and the lung and spleen was removed. The survival duration, weight change, the number of metastatic cancer nodule of the lung, the NK cell activity, the capacity of cytokines(INF-γ,INF-α,IL-2) production and the proliferation activities of mouse lymphocytes were measured. The surival times of the group 1 mice were longer and the weight loss was less than the group 2 significantly. The number of the metastatic nodule of the lung were decresed in the group 1 than the group 2. The production of INF-γ,was increase in group 2 than group 3 and 4, IL-2 production was increased in group 1 than group 2,3,4 significantly. There was no difference in TNF- α production and proliferation activity of lymphocyte in each group. The NK cell activity was significantly increased in group 1 than group 2,3,4. We conclude that the Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang has the effect of increasing the NK cell activity of the CDF1 mouse with metastatic lung cancer(B16BL/6). And it is suggested that the increased production of the IL-2 is the mechanisms of enhanced NK cell activity.

        마우스 EAE, GVHD 질환에서 CTLA4Ig 융합단백의 면역치료 효과

        Background: CTLA4 (CD152), which is expressed on the surface of T cells following activation, has a much higher affinity for B7 molecules comparing to CD28, and is a negative regulator of T cell activation. In contrast to stimulating and agonistic capabilities of monoclonal antibodies specific to CTLA-4, CTLA4Ig fusion protein appears to act as CD28 antagonist and inhibits in vitro and in vivo T cell priming in variety of immunological conditions. We've set out to confirm whether inhibition of the CD28-B7 costimulatory response using a soluble form of human CTLA4Ig fusion protein would lead to persistent inhibition of alloreactive T cell activation. Methods: We have used CHO-$dhfr^-$ cell-line to produce CTLA4Ig fusion protein. After serum free culture of transfected cell line we purified this recombinant molecule by using protein A column. To confirm characterization of fusion protein, we carried out a series of Western blot, SDS-PAGE and silver staining analyses. We have also investigated the efficacy of CTLA4Ig in vitro such as mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) & cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) response and in vivo such as experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), graft versus host disease (GVHD) and skin-graft whether this fusion protein could inhibit alloreactive T cell activation and lead to immunosuppression of activated T cell. Results: In vitro assay, CTLA4Ig fusion protein inhibited immune response in T cell-specific manner: 1) Human CTLA4Ig inhibited allogeneic stimulation in murine MLR; 2) CTLA4Ig prevented the specific killing activity of CTL. In vivo assay, human CTLA4Ig revealed the capacities to induce alloantigen-specific hyporesponsiveness in mouse model: 1) GVHD was efficiently blocked by dose-dependent manner; 2) Clinical score of EAE was significantly decreased compared to nomal control; 3) The time of skin-graft rejection was not different between CTLA4Ig treated and control group. Conclusion: Human CTLA4Ig suppress the T cell-mediated immune response and efficiently inhibit the EAE, GVHD in mouse model. The mechanism of T cell suppression by human CTLA4Ig fusion protein may be originated from the suppression of activity of cytotoxic T cell. Human CTLA4Ig could not suppress the rejection in mouse skin-graft, this finding suggests that other mechanism except the suppression of cytotoxic T cell may exist on the suppression of graft rejection.

        The author present a modified multi-loop algorithm including feedforward for controlling a 55kW step down chopper in the power supply of Maglev. The control law for the duty cycle consists of three terms. The first is the feedforward term which compensates for variations in the input voltage. The second term consists of the difference between the slowly moving inductor current and output current. The third term consists of proportional and integral terms involving the perturbation in the output voltage. This perturvation is derived by subtracting the desired output voltage from the actual output voltage. The proportional and integral action stabilizes the system and minimizes output voltage error. In order to verify the validity of the proposed multi-loop controller, simulation study was tried using Matlab simulink.

      • 전단력 하에서 유도된 광민감군이 첨가된 HDPE 필름의 광분해

        융용 혼합기를 이용하여 공기 분위기 하에서 강한 전단력을 혼합물에 가하여 광분해성 M/B(Master Batch)를 제조하였다. 제조된 M/B가 45 중량 % 첨가된 광분해성 HEPE 얇은 필름과 분해성 M/B가 첨가되지 않은 일반 HDPE 필름을 인플레이션 법으로 제조하였다. 두 필름의 광분해성을 시험하기 위하여 필름을 자외선 조사기와 옥외에 노출시켜 기계적 물성 및 필름의 표면 변화를 살펴보았다. 자외선 조사 시험에서 분해성 필름은 120시간 이내에 처음 신도의 95%를 잃고 매우 취약한 상태로 되었으나, 비분해성 필름은 150시간 조사에도 처음 신도의 80%를 유지하고 있었다. 옥외 노출 시험에서는 분해성 필름의 경우 옥외 노출 21일 후 처음 신도의 약 98%를 상실하였으나, 비분해 필름은 같은 노출 시간에 원래 신도의 98%를 유지하고 있었다. SEM을 이용하여 필름 표면을 관찰한 결과, 특이한 표면 변화를 보여주었다. Photodegradable master batch was prepared by using mechanical oxidation during melt mixing process with high shear and in the presence of air. High density polyethylene (HDPE) thin film containing 45 wt % photodegradable M/B (Master Batch) and common high density polyethylene (HDPE) thin film were prepared by inflation film processing. The films were exposed under both mercury-vapor lamp light and sunlight. The photodegradable film lost about 95 % of its original elongation for 120 hours irradiation and was very brittle. The common film without photodegadability retained 80 % of its original elongation for 150 hours irradiation. Under sunlight, photodegradable HDPE film lost about 98 % of its original elongation at break after 21 days exposure and was very brittle. The common film still retained 88 % of its original elongation at the same period. Surface morphology of the films was examined by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). SEM micrographs revealed the interesting change of the surface morphology of photodegradable thin film during outdoor exposure.

        The purpose of this study was intended to derive the plan to popularise Korean creative dance. Especially, to identify the preference and development plan of college women on Korean creative dance, a total of 600 college women composed of 290 general college women and 310 college women majoring in dance were sampled using the convenient sampling method for college women resident in Seoul as of 2003. This study used the questionnaire for the consciousness survey of college students on the popularization of Korean creative dance, modified and supplemented based on the existing questionnaire re search. To analyse collected data, frequency analysis and chi-square test were conducted to suit the study questions and college women's consciousness of the popularization of Korean creative dance was analysed. As a result, the following findings were obtained: 1. College women were conscious of both the need for popular cultures and the need for dance arts as part of their value consciousness of popular cultures and dance. But they evaluated their property value highly, whereas they evaluated their commercial added value lowly. In addition, college women was conscious that direct participation in dance arts contributed to the development of creativity. 2. In college women's consciousness of Korean creative dance, they were aware that its value was heightened compared to that in the part, They understood Korean creative dance as similar to other types of dance, And they showed a positive response to dance profession, attractiveness and effect. 3. As to the question on the popularization of Korean creative dance, college women was conscious that Korean creative dance arts would spread to the general public, General college women and college women majoring in dance were conscious that Korean creative dance would contribute to the development of Korean cultures and presented an speciality aptitude program other than classes as the method of participating in Korean creative dance learning. And they presented the cultural classroom program within the local community as the he method of participating in Korean creative dance learning and understood that it would be desirable to make Korean creative dance known through such media as TV and radio. As the Korean creative dance popularization policy, they were conscious that PR for performance of Korean creative dance should be preceded and that financial support be preceded as the central matter in policy.

      • 중년층 여성의 하체 균형을 위한 스커트원형 연구 : 비만체형의 경우

        The purpose of this study was to develop a basic skirt pattern for the somatotype standardization of the Korean middle-aged women. Eight women were selected as subjects who were more than 1.8 Rohrer's index on the basis of their physical characteristics in Kwangju area and Chonnam area, ranging in their age from 40 through 60. The measuring methods used for a total of 30 item were direct measurement and in-direct measurement. The statistical methods used for the analysis of the data were mean, standard deviation in order to get data to make new pattern. The measure of dart was calculated by the analysis of the horizontal section polymerized picture. Emphasis of the try-on test was placed on the comparision of anthropometric data before and after trying on the basic skirt. The sensory evaluation was applied to evaluate the new pattern by comparing it with the most accepted conventional pattern. The results were as follows : 1) According to the composite reliability coeffcient, all the items showed significant differences(p〈0.001) between the conventional pattern and the new pattern, with the new pattern having higher scores. 2) Drafting method of the new pattern proved to be superior to the conventional one especially in the fitness at waist marginal part, hip marginal part, the position and the amount of darts and lateral line.

        Some authors suggest that certain types of surfaces are the origin of such injuries. A few years after the first medical concerns about surfaces were voiced, publications of biomechanical measurements apperared, describing accleration, force, and impact measurement on different types of surfaces. In many sport activities, surfaces can be under very high dynamic load. This was the reason for the development of various methods for impact simulation, like the development of various methods for impact simulation, like the artificial athlete. Furthermore, it is important to collect information about the hardness of new and already existing surfaces in sport arenas. The idea on which this measuring system is based Is as follows: The stiffness of the material can be computed from the kinematics measurd at touch down of a rigid body onto a material sample. The results show the following The result for the artifical surfaces(Synpave ace) is surprising. It is known that these surfaces are much harder than synpave rebound classic, synpave spring. This finding suggests that it may be possible that the subjective impression is used as one criterion in the selection of landing(or style) strategies. The number of subjects in this experiment is too small to make statistically significant conclusions. It is shown analytically that when an object a deformable surface, the acceleration it experiences is inversely propotional to its mass. In future, it need to stress that the interaction between shoe and surface is important, and this aspect has now become well accepted. Considering biomechanical aspect in player's injury, it request Korean Standards for synthetic playing surfaces in sport like ASTM(America Society for Testing & Materials) standards of America, DIN 18035 standards of Germany, BSI standards of U.K.

      • 유압제어계의 관로 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 방법

        In this paper the simulation methods for fluid transmission lines are studied and realized which is necessary in design and analysis of hydraulic control systems. Bond graph concept which is based on causality between components and lumped parameter models are utilized for simulation. Various types of transmission lines are suggested and used for simulation to compare with experimental results. The simulation results obtained through making partition of transmission line show a similar tendency with experimentals.
