        만경강 하류 홍수위 예측을 위한 LISFLOOD-FP 모형의 적용성 검토

        홍수범람모의에 주로 활용되는 LISFLOOD-FP 모형은 하도에서 1차원 운동파 방정식을 이용하고, 상대적으로 평평하여 흐름이 확산되는 홍수터에서 단순화된 2차원 확산파 방정식을 이용하여 흐름을 해석한다. 본 연구에서는 분포형 수문모형인 LISFLOOD-FP 모형의 하천홍수위 예측 적용성을 검토하기 위하여 배수영향을 받는 만경강 하류구간에서 기 발생한 홍수사상을 대상으로 모형을 보정하고 검증하였다. 모형의 주요 매개변수인 Manning 조도계수와 하류단 경계조건의 민감도를 분석하였고, 초기조건 영향을 검토하기 위하여 warm-up 유무에 따른 해석결과를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 운동파 모형임에도 불구하고 배수영향을 받는 만경강 하류구간의 홍수위를 비교적 잘 재현하는 것을 확인하였고, 민감도 분석은 실제 홍수사상의 적용 시 여러 가지 매개변수와 경계 조건에 의해 홍수위 값이 상이한 결과를 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 운동파 수문모형의 적용시 홍수위 해석에 대한 충분한 검증 및 검토가 필요하다고 사료되며, 검증된 모형을 바탕으로 다양한 유역의 홍수범람모의에 적용이 된다면 향후 홍수피해 저감을 위한 정책적인 의사결정에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. LISFLOOD-FP model in which channel flows are resolved separately from the floodplain flows using either a kinematic or diffusive wave approximation has been used to analyze flooding behavior on the lower Mankyung River influenced by backwater. A calibration and validation process was applied using the previous flood events to assess the model performance. Sensitivity analysis was conducted for main calibrated parameters, such as Manning roughness coefficient and downstream boundary condition. Also, we examined the effect of warm-up for the initial conditions. The results show that the computed hydrograph is in good agreement with measured data on the study reach, even though it was a hydrologic kinematic wave model. The sensitive analysis show that the difference between the computed results may be greater depending on the used calibrated parameters and that the sufficient calibration/validation process against various flood events is necessary. If the flood inundation simulation is performed using the validated model, it is expected to be able to contribute about river planning and policy decision-making for flood damage reduction.

        비자(Torreya nucifera) 추출물의 생리활성

        식용 및 한방생약재로 사용되고 있는 비자나무(T. nucifera)종자인 비자(榧子)를 천연 항산화 소재로 활용하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 물 추출물(WE)과 에탄올 추출물(EE) 그리고 열수 추출물(HWE)에 함유된 플라보노이드와 폴리페놀 화합물의 함량과 tyrosinase 저해, 아질산염 소거, 전자공여, xanthine oxidase 저해활성 등 항산화적 생리활성을 측정하였다. 추출방법과 용매를 달리한 비자의 수율은 100oC 이상의 고온과 압력이 가해진 HWE가 7.08 g/100 g으로 가장 높은 수율을 나타내었다. 또한 비자의 HWE는 35.47㎎/g의 플라보노이드와 112.95 ㎎/g의 폴리페놀 화합물을 함유하였다. 비자의 각 추출물에 대한 tyrosinase 저해율은 2.0 ㎎/mL의 농도에서 5.62∼28.71%로 WE에서 가장 높은 저해효과를 나타내었다. 아질산염의 소거능을 측정한 결과에서는 pH 1.2의 2.0 ㎎/mL의 조건에서 HWE가 94.30 %로 가장 높은 소거효과를 보였으며, pH 1.2와 3.0에서 비자의 세 가지 추출물 모두 약 90% 이상의 아질산염 소거능을 나타내었다. SOD 유사활성능은 HWE에서 33.58%로 WE(17.70%)와 EE(24.16%)보다 약 1.4~2배 높은 활성을 보였다. 전자공여능은 0.1 ㎎/mL의 농도에서 66.46∼89.72%로 WE에서 높았으며, 추출물의 농도가 증가함에 따라 유의적으로 전자공여능이 감소하였다(p<0.05). Xanthine oxidase 저해는 HWE에서 89.29%로 가장 높은 저해효과를 나타내었으며, 0.5 ㎎/mL의 농도에서도 WE와 HWE는 75% 이상의 저해율을 나타내었다. 이상의 실험 결과 비자는 물을 용매로 추출하는 것이 다량의 플라보노이드와 폴리페놀 화합물 추출에 효과적인 것으로 판단되며 또한 우수한 생리활성 효과를 나타내므로 이를 이용하여 기능성식품이나 제품의 첨가물 또는 의약품 재료로 개발, 활용할 수 있는 유용한 한방생약자원인 것으로 판단된다. This study was investigated to analyze the contents of flavonoid and polyphenol compounds, and inhibitory activities of tyrosinase and antioxidation to measure physiological effect of reflux water extraction (WE), reflux ethanol extraction (EE) and hot water extract under high pressure (HWE) of Torreya nucifera seed. HWE yields the highest contents of flavonoid compounds (176.34 ㎎/g) and polyphenol compounds (112.95 ㎎/g). The tyrosinase inhibitory rates were 5.62~28.71% at 2.0 ㎎/mL and HWE showed the highest inhibition rate. The nitrite scavenging abilities of all extracts were over 90% at pH 1.2 and 3.0 at the concentration of 2.0 ㎎/mL. The superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activities of HWE was the highest value of 33.58%. The electron donating abilities (EDA) were 66.46~89.72% and HWE was the highest when the extracts were tested at 0.1 ㎎/mL. The EDA of all extracts were decreased with an increment of the extracts concentrations. The xanthine oxidase inhibitory rate of HWE was the highest value of 89.29% at the concentration of 2.0 ㎎/mL and the WE and HWE were over 75% rate of xanthine oxidase inhibition at 0.5 ㎎/mL.

        입체 구조적으로 안정화된 리포좀의 동결건조에 따른 물리적 특성

        N/A Sterically stabilized liposomes (SSL) have been introduced for longer circulation in blood than conventional liposomes (CL). However, there are a couple of problems in SSL preparation due to the instability of phospholipid and the degradation of drug in aqueous conditions. To solve these problems, it is necessary to go through lyophilization process. Therefore, in this study, effects of lyophilization on SSL were evaluated for physical characteristics changes upon rehydration of lyophilized SSL such as the partcle size, efficiency of drug entrapment, turbidity and drug release. SSL containing streptozocin, a water-soluble anticancer drug as a model compound, were prepared with DSPC and DSPE-PEG 2000. The size was controlled to 100 ㎚ by extrusion with polycarbonate membrane, and sucrose was used as a cryoprotectant for lyophilization at the 1:3 (lipid:sucrose) ratio. Upon rehydration of lyophilized SSL, the average size was in the range of 50∼200 ㎚ which is adequate for longer circulation in blood, and the encapsulation efficiency was kept as its initial state. Rehydrated SSL were not adsorbed to rat plasma protein and revealed a similar drug release profile to that of fresh SSL before lyophilization. Therefore, lyophilization could be introduced efficiently to overcome aqueous instability problems of SSL.

      • 기상 데이터를 활용한 LSTM 기반 일사량 예측모델 개발

        To stably operate EMS(Energy Management System) that systematically manages energy in the building, there is a need for predicting energy consumption and production in advance. In this study, we used hourly observed meteorological data from January, 2018 to December, 2020 provided by the Seoul branch of the Korea Meteorological Administration. The solar altitude data are calculated through the solar angle calculator provided by One Energy. The collected data are converted into available data set by data processing strategy. The correlation analysis between each meteorological data type and solar radiation after one hour proceeded to select the input parameters on the developed model. Selected meteorological data sets are used in the learning stage of the developed LSTM structure prediction model. The predictive performance of each model were analyzed through MAE(Mean Average Error), NMBE(Normalized Mean Bias Error), CV(RMSE)(Coefficient of Variation of Root Mean Square Error), R²(Coefficient of Determination) and computational time. The model with a window size of 24 was selected by performance evaluation criteria. Valid predictive performance of solar radiation after one hour in Busan was derived also from the selected model.

        메꽃(Calystegia japonica) 잎 추출물의 함유성분과 생리활성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 야생 식·약용식물들을 새로운 기능성 소재로 개발하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 메꽃 잎의 물(WE)과 에탄올(EE) 그리고 열수 추출물(HWE)에 대한 xanthine oxidase 저해, SOD유사활성, 아질산염 소거, 전자공여능 그리고 총 폴리페놀과 플라보노이드 함량을 측정하였다. 메꽃 잎의 세가지 추출물은 0.5㎎/㎖에서 90% 이상의 xanthine oxidase 저해율을 나타내었으며, 고농도에서는 항산화제로 사용되는 BHA나 아스코르브산과 유사한 xanthine oxidase 저해효과를 나타내었다. SOD 유사활성은 HWE 추출물이 1.0 ㎎/㎖에서 18%의 활성을 나타내었다. 아질산염에 대한 소거능을 측정한 결과에서는 1.0 ㎎/㎖의 pH 1.2에서 세가지 추출물 모두 약 65% 이상, pH 3.0의 조건에서는 50%이상의 소거능을 보였으며, WE가 가장 높은 아질산염 소거율을 나타내었다. 전자공여능은 0.1 ㎎/㎖에서 EE가 84.80%로 가장 높았으며, 세가지 추출물 모두 저농도에서 가장 우수한 활성을 나타내었고, 추출물의 농도가 증가할수록 전자공여능이 감소하였다. 그리고 EE는 179.89 ㎎/g의 폴리페놀과 40.68 ㎎/g의 플라보노이드 화합물을 함유하였다. 이상의 결과 메꽃 잎은 우수한 생리활성과 다량의 폴리페놀과 플라보노이드를 함유하므로 이를 이용한 식음료나 기능성 가공식품, 식품 보존제 개발에 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 기능성 소재인 것으로 생각된다. This study examined the physiological activities as well as the total polyphenol and flavonoid content of water extract (WE), ethanol extract (EE) and hot water extract of Calystegia japonica leaves under high pressure (HWE). The xanthine oxidase inhibitory rate of EE was the highest with a value of 98.89% at a concentration of 1.0 ㎎/㎖, whereas the rate of WE and HWE was over 90% at a concentration of 0.3 ㎎/㎖. The superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activity of HWE was the highest at 18.88%. The nitrite scavenging abilities were 64.59-66.46% at conditions of pH 1.2 and 1.0 ㎎/㎖, and 52.78-55.89% at pH 3.0. The electron donating ability of EE was the highest with a value of 84.80% at a concentration of 0.1 ㎎/㎖. All extracts showed the highest degree of electron donating at the concentration of 0.1 ㎎/㎖, and this effect decreased as the extract concentration increased. The EE had the highest content of total polyphenol compound (173.89 ㎎/g) and flavonoid compounds (40.68 ㎎/g).

        보문 : 비자(Torreya nucifera) 잎 추출물의 항산화 미용소재 개발

        This study was performed to evaluate the antioxidant activities from water and ethanol extracts of Torreya nucifera needles. The polyphenol and flavonoid compound contents from water extract (WE) were 86.46 mg/g and 4.64 mg/g,respectively. The tyrosinase inhibitory activity of the EE was 18.98% at 2.0 mg/mL, but WE did not activate it at all testconcentration. The SOD-like activity of WE was 14.37% at a concentration of 2.0 mg/mL. The DPPH free radical scavenging activity of WE and EE were 77.25% and 75.62% at 0.1 mg/mL, respectively and those were higher than the ascorbic acid (65.57%). The nitrite scavenging abilities of EE were 97.96% (pH 1.2) and 92.43% (pH 3.0) at the concentration of 2.0 mg/mL. The xanthine oxidase inhibition of the EE, with 93.93% at 1.0 mg/mL, was higher than that of WE (79.52%) and ascorbic acid (90.78%). The nitrite scavenging ability and xanthine oxidase inhibition of EE were not significantly different, compared with the ascorbic acid at 2.0 mg/mL. These results suggest that T. nucifera needle extract is a potentially useful antioxidant source for the development of functional natural cosmetics, nutraceuticals and medicines.

        It studies into viewpoints of 7 doctors of Wenbing studies on macula. The results concerning characteristics, remedy and prevention of macula are as follows; Macule does not protrude on the surface of skin and does not have any color change for external stimulus, but rash out on the surface and becomes white when pushed. It becomes macule when the blood leaks beneath skin as stomach-heat of yangming enters into blood system and damages it. On the other hand, when heat enters lung meridian, penetrates beneath the skin and congeals inside the vessel, it becomes rash. When you combine symptoms of body and pulse with numbers, color, shape and distribution status of macula, you can diagnose the depth of rash, seriousness, the possibility of treatment and prognosis of macula. The remedy for macule consists of cooling heat of yaming, removing heat from the blood and relieving feverish rash, and the one for rash consists of facilitating meridian with aroma, expelling pathogenic factors from muscles with drugs of pungent flavor and cool nature and clearing away heat from the blood systems. It relieves the inhibited functional activities of lung-Ki, and helps extermination of rash as well as clearing heat of the vessel. Also, it is the most important to preserve resin of stomach for every treatment. It is good to avoid expelling pathogenic factors with drugs of pungent flavor and warm nature, raising drugs and invigorating drugs during treating macula. Moreover, the patients should not over dose cold-natured drugs and purgative therapy. There are common clinical symptoms of macula in advance, so right recognition of symptoms can contribute to prevention of macula

        입체구조적으로 안정화된 리포좀의 특성 및 혈장내 안정성

        Sterically stabilized liposomes (SSL) composed of distearoylphosphatidylcholine, cholesterol, dicetylphosphate and distearoylphosphatidylethanolamine-N-poly (ethyleneglycol) 2000 (DSPE-PEG 2000) were made by reverse phase evaporation method to prolong biological half-life and decrease toxic side effect of drug. Streptozocin (STZ), a water-soluble antitumor agent with short half-life, was selected as a model drug. The size of SSL was controlled by polycarbonate extrusion to 100nm which is adequate size for long circulation in plasma. The release rate of drugs from SSL in PBS was evaluated. And the stability of STZ-containing liposomes against drug leakage into rat plasma was evaluated in order to investigate the interaction of liposome and plasma protein. Incorporation of DSPE-PEG 2000 into conventional liposomes significantly decreased the drug leakage into rat plasma.
