들민달팽이(Deroveras varians)의 배자발육과 난황단백질

들민달팽이의 배자발육은 해부현미경으로 관찰하였다. 산란 후 4일이 경과면서 발육이 급격하게 진전되어, 10일이 지나면서 난 내에서 들민달팽이 유충의 형태를 갖추고, 12일째 부화하였다. 들민달팽이의 배자발육에 따른 난황단백질의 변화는 산란 1일째, 3일째 및 6일째 알의 난황단백질을 전기영동방법으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 배자발육과 함께 급격히 감소되는 난황단백질 관련 밴드를 관찰할 수 있었다. We characterized embryogenesis and egg proteins of Variable field Slug, Deroceras varians. The embryogenesis was observed by light microscopy. The eggs were hatched at the twelfth day after oviposition. The egg proteins of the first day, third day and sixth day after oviposition were analyzed by native-and SDS-PAGE analyses. The results showed that yolk proteins are gradually decreased during embryogenesis.

본 논문에서는 이동 무선채널을 레일레이(Rayleigy) 분포된 다중경로 페이딩 채널(multipath fading channel)로 가정한 IS-95 셀룰라 시스템의 역방향 링크에 대하여 활률식(blocking probability formula)을 유도한다. 얼랑용량은 음영효과(shadowing)만을 고려한 경우와 음영효과와 다중경로 페이딩을 모두 고려한 경우에 대하여 비교 분석된다. 2%의 블러킹 확률을 가정하면 데이터를 R?=9.6kbps에서는 19.97 얼랑, R?=14.4 kbps에서는 11.67얼랑으로 음영효과만을 고려한 경우보다 각각 16%와 19%의 용량이 감소하였다. IS-95 셀룰라 시스템에 대한 얼랑용량에서 다중경로 페이딩의 영향을 무시해서는 안되고 IS-95 셀룰라 시스템이 지원할 수 있는 정확한 얼랑용량과 등가채널수를 제공한다. In this paper, for the reverse link of a IS-95 cellular system assuming that a mobile radio channel is a Rayeigy distributed multipath fading channel, the blocking probability formula is derived. Erlang capacity in the case of considering shadowing is compared with that of considering both shadowing and multipath fading. Assuming that the blocking probability set 2%, the Erlang capacity is 19.97 Erlang at the data rate of R?=9.6 kbps and 11.67 Erlang at the data rate of R?=14.4 kbps and is less 16% and 19% than the Erlang capacity considering shadowing only, respectively. It is showed that the effect of multipath fading must not be ignored in Erlang capacity of the IS-95 cellular system and exact Erlang capacity and equivalent channel numbers that the IS-95 cellular system can support are provided.

From the organization to the dissolution, the Il Jin Hoe was directed and governed by the Japanese nationalists, including Sase Kumades(佐瀨熊鐵), Komuzi Demesne(神鞭知常), Kamiya Dakuo(神谷卓男), Moziski Rhutaro(望月龍太郞), Woozida Rhohei(內田良平), Minegisi Sigetaro(峰岸繁太郞), Dageda Hansi(武田範之), and Sgiyama Sigemaru(杉山茂丸). They were dispatched from Japan to intervene in the Il Jin Hoe and to support and direct behind the scenes its unpatriotic behavior and abetment of Japanese invasion into Korea, The Il Jin Hoe was just preoccupied with carrying out what was ordered by the Japanese, rashly and blindly. At the time of its organization, the Il Jin Hoe had neither financial funds nor regular income sources in any form of membership fees. Song Byung Joon(宋秉畯), however, set out the association with the Japanes grant from their military secret funds, and as the association began to show its pro-Japanese tendency more clearly, the Japanese government to take advantage of it, secretly granted 50,000 yen to develop further the organization, After the cease-fire of the Russo-Japanese war, the Japanese Residency-General supported the Il Jin Hoe with 12,700 yen per month as secret sponsorship from January, 1907, for one wear and a half. On May 15, 1977, the Japanese Department of war, and, in August of the same year, Resident-General Ito Hirobumi(伊藤博文) allowed 100,000 yen and 260,000 won, respectively. Consequently, the Il Jin Hoe came to be more closely related to the Japanese military authority and the Japanese Residency-General, with its acceptance their financial support.

Broiler에 있어 Cassava 粕의 飼料的 價値에 관한 硏究

These studies were performed to determine the maximum levels at which Cassava-cake, alcohol fermentation-sludge of cassava starch, may be contained in broiler rations without adversely affecting the growth and feed utilization of broiler chicks. Two trials with 240 Cobb-color-sex broiler chicks were made one with starter chicks (0∼5weeks) and the other with finisher chicks (6 8 weeks) Replacing same levels of wheat bran, Cassava-cake was contained in rations at levels of 0%, 3%, 5% and 7% in each of all 4-groups. On the basis of body weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion and the economics, the expenmental results were as follows. 1) Starting period (0 ∼ 5 weeks) 7% group gained less body weight than 0%, 3% and 5% groups (p < 0.01) The groups of 3% and 7% consumed less feeds than 0% and 5% groups (p < 0.05). The feed conversions were not significantly different over all experimental groups. 2) Finishing period (6-8 weeks) No significant differences were found in body weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion over all experimental groups. 3) The maximum levels tolerated. On the body weight gain and feed conversion, the groups of 3% and 5% were similar to 0%, control group during the starting period, and the groups of3%,5% and 7% similar to control group during the finishing period. Therefore, Cassava-cake can be contained up to 5% level in the starter ration and 7% level in the finisher ration without any adverse effect the performance of broiler chicks. 4) It was not found that Cassava-cake contained in ration had a nutritional disturbance depressing the growth broiler chicks. 5) By containing Cassava-cake in rations, the chicks did not improve their feed intakes. 6) Assuming that Cassava-cake equalled to wheat bran in prices, the feed costs required for kg gain were similar to each other over all groups during the starting period, or finishing period.

The Korean Independence Army expanded common anti-Japanese war with allied army for the obtaining of positions of allied army after war. Therefore K.I.A declared proclamation of anti-Japanese war in 1941. In these circumstances, Korean provisional government dispatched a group of K.I.A to Burma at the demand of the United Kingdom. This operation troops made marked military achievements in fields of propaganda, collection of information, and handbills. K.I.A helped the British forces to break through a siege from Japanese net. We can find the meaning of K.I.A's activities to take part in the allied farces against Japan with Britain. At last Korean provisional government made a secret plan to launch for motherland's release with U.S.A after the liberation of Korea. In this plat part of K.I.A under the command of Lee, Bom-Suk prepared attack to Korean peninsula until 20th August. But following the liberation of Korea, K.I.A's plan was cancelled. The attempt of launching was flitted, but it showed the Korean's spirits for independence and liberation of motherland. On the other hand, the Korean provisional government dispatched K.I.A to several cities in China for protection of overseas Koreans. The activities and roles of K.I.A were the embodiment of progress and independent spirit, also the position of K.I.A was the symbol of legitimate independence forces. But military autority of U.S. disapproved the Korean provisional government and K.I.A. Therefore the members of K.I.A admitted entry into Korea respectively. The legitimacy of K.I.A. should be continued to army of R.O.K.

From the textbook of Japanese history edited in 1991, the recorded history of the Korea-Japan relationship before and after the Russo-Japanese war is analyzed in items, and hereby, the thought of Korean history is reviewed. Fundamentally, most textbooks have unfolded the contents with such an attitude in the past, although the description has been improved through a few opportunities since 1982-the year that Japan distorted the history in its history textbook. It is a matter of grave concern that distorted description of Korean history, with a colonialist view of history would transmit such a view of history to Japanese students. This Japanese history textbook is for correcting the people's understanding of Japan, well as in the educational local of "highschool". Textbooks play a great roles in forming people's thought. With only this, the writer of a textbook takes an important reponsibility for the people. The description of Korean history is no more than just a part of the whole content of the Japanese history textbook. However, the contents will influence Japanese image-making of Korea. A prudent care is needed in the description of Korean history as we especially think of the inveterately distorted view of Korea and Korean history by Japanese derived from their invasion of Korea.

Bicycle Ergometer 運動前, 後 血液成分 變化에 關한 硏究

This study is meant to calculate the change of circulational ability (Heart rate, Blood pressure) and blood components (RBC, WBC, Hb, Hct, Glucose, Total cholesterol, Total protein) at rest (30 minute of rest before exercise), after exercise and at recovery (30 minutes of rest after exercise) by using bicycle ergometer. The boys (5 athletes group, 5 non-athletes group) were chosen form "K" middle school in "K" city and were examined to raise the expectations about exercise. The method of exercise load was decided with a pre-test at 80% of maximum heart rate with bicycle ergometer (Monark : Sweden). 2 minutes of warming up at 50 in 0 kp was done, and soon without rest, main exercise was done for 5 minutes at 50 in 30 kp. Blood circulational ability and blood components were examined three times respectively at rest, after exercise and at recovery. Blood circulational test was taken at sitting position using finger for heart rate and a Sphygmemanometer (Tycos type, Auto) 5cc of blood was collected using one time injector through the antecubital vein and soon 1cc of blood (anticoagulated, EDTA-2k) was examined for blood components change with Auto Cell Counter (ABX : France). The rest of the blood was placed in a plane tube. Later a biochemistrical test was took with Hand Chemistry Analyzer (Gylford : U.S.A) and Auto chemistry Analyzer (Gylford : U.S.A). Experimental items were physique examination (Height, Weight, Chest), circulational ability test (Heart rate , Blood Pressure), hematological test(RBC, WBC, Hb, Hct) and biochemistrical test (Glucose, Total cholesterol, Total protein). The results were compared and analyzed according to experimental items, Standard deviation and mean were made by SAS package program at rest Exercise, and at recovery, The T-test about the difference in average between athletes and non-athletes was made at level of α=0.05, α=0.01 The results are as follows. 1. At rest , the heart rate of the athletes and non-athletes did not have statistical differences, but after exercise, both groups showed rapid increase with concerning difference (p<0.01). 2. At rest, the maximum blood pressure (at systolic) was lower for the athletes group with no statistical significance for both of the groups. After exercise, both groups showed high increase, and at recovery both groups showed quick recover rate. There were no concerning difference both at after exercise and at recovery. 3. At rest the blood components showed less RBC's and WBC's than the normal adults and an average rate of Hb's and Hct's. Only WBC's and Hb's showed statistical difference (p<0.05, p<0.01). 4. After exercise, both groups showed low increase of RBC's Hb's, and Hct's but WBC's showed high increase WBC's Hb's and Hct's showed concerning increase (p<0.05) 5. At recovery, both groups showed approximately 95% recovery rate of RBC's Hb's and Hct's of the blood components, but WBC's showed a high recovery rate of 106%. Only WBC's and Hb's showed statistical difference (p<0.05) 6. At rest, Glucose and Total cholesterol was lower in athletes group but there were no statistical difference in both groups. After exercise both groups showed low increase in them. Glucose showed concerning difference (p<0.01) At recovery, both groups showed rapid recovery rare, but no concerning difference. 7. At rest, Total protein was low in athletes group with no statistical significance. After exercise, both groups showed low increase with no concerning differences. At recovery, both groups recovered quickly, but were no concerning differences. Concluding the above, compared to the non-athletes group, the athlete group showed low numeric value in blood circulating ability and change in blood components at rest, after exercise and of recovery. The low numeric value in blood circulating ability and quick recovery seems to reason form everyday planed and regular exercise in which physical and biochemical changes occur which gives the ability to adjust to the moving parts. The future subject is to understand the effect to the students of early growth which happen by the influence of developing society and to do continuous research of age, sex distinction, and areas to judge the details and intensity of physical strength training, and need to research with long and planned physical strength examination.

소프트 핸드오프 기법이 CDMA 셀룰러 시스템의 셀 커버리지에 미치는 영향

기존의 CDMA 셀 커버리지에 대한 분석은 주로 핸드오프 기법에 의한 셀 커버리지 확장에 초점을 맞추어 정량적으로 분석되었다. 본 논문은 소프트 핸드오프 기법이 IS-95 CDMA 셀룰러 시스템의 셀 커버리지 및 용량에 미치는 영향을 도심지역의 경로 손실을 모델링한 Hata 모델을 사용하여 분석하였다. 또한 하드 핸드오프 기법에 비해 소프트 핸드오프 기법을 사용하게 되면 상대적으로 셀 커버리지가 확장됨을 확인할 수 있었고, 링크의 신뢰도를 높이기위해 소프트 핸드오프 마진만큼 전력을 높이게 되면 최대 수용가능 통화 사용자 수와 셀 커버리지는 더해준 마진만큼 감소하게 된다. 따라서 CDMA 셀룰러 시스템의 셀 커버리지는 기지국 수신기의 감도보다는 역방향 링크 다중접속 사용자 간섭에 의해 영향을 받게 됨을 알 수 있다. Previous analysis of CDMA cell coverage have mainly focused on the extension of cell coverage that is envolved from soft and hard handoff. In this paper, the effect of soft handoff technique on cell coverage and capacity for IS-95 CDMA cellular system are analyzed using the Hata propagationmodel, which is based on extensive empirical measurement taken in urban density. It is shown that soft handoff increases cell coverage relative to conventional hard handoff. For the purpose of increasing link reliability, we adds the soft handoff margin, and then the maximum number of users and cell coverage are decreased by about soft handoff margin. It is observed that the CDMA cellular system is affected by the reverse link interference more than the base-station sensitivity.
