      • AC PDP 네 투명 유전층의 절연내력과 투과율에 관한 연구

        AC PDP(plasma display panel)는 40인치 이상의 대화면 디스플레이 장치로서, AC PDP내 투명 유전층은 방전플라즈마중의 양이온 충격에 의해서 금속전극이 스파터되는 것을 보호하고, 유전층 표면에 벽전하를 형성하여 대화면 구동에 필요한 메모리기능을 부가하므로 방전 cell구조에서 필수적인 부분이다. 이러한 유전층은 우수한 절연내력을 가져야할 뿐 아니라 가시광을 투과시키기 위한 높은 투과율이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 여러 조건들 하에서 유전층의 절연내력과 투과율에 관하여 논하였다. 그 결과 15μm 두께를 가지고 570℃에서 소성을 행한 유전층의 경우 최소 29V/μm의 절연 내력을 가졌고, 80%정도의 투과율을 나타내었다. 그러므로 AC PDP에서 적정유전층의 두께는 최고인 가전압에 대해서 약 80V 정도의 마진을 가지는 15μm정도가 적당하다고 생각된다. AC PDP(plasma display panel) is large display panel over 40 inch. The transparent dielectric layers in AC PDP are essential to the discharge cell structure, because they protect metal electrodes from sputtering by positive ion bombarding in discharge plasma and form a sheath of wall charges which are essential to memory function necessary to drive large panel. This layer should have high dielectric strength, and also be transparent because visiable light must pass through this layer. Therefore in this paper, we discussed the dielectric strength and transmittance coefficient of the dielectric layer under various conditions. As a result, on the 15μm thickness, the minimum dielectric strength was 29V/μm and the transmittance coefficient was about 80% after 570℃ firing process. It is considered that the resonable dielectric thickness in AC PDP is 15μm because it has about 80V margin on the maximum applied voltage.

        Cavo-caval intervention stent insertion after deceased-donor liver transplantation using side-to-side piggyback technique

        Liver transplantation with preservation of the recipient vena cava (piggyback technique) has been performed as an alternative to the conventional method. Outflow disturbance or obstruction of the vena cava in the early period after liver transplantation is associated with high morbidity and mortality. We used side-to-side cavo-caval anastomosis (modified piggyback technique) in a deceased-donor liver transplantation (DDLT) for venous outflow reconstruction. On postoperative day 9, the patient developed abdominal discomfort, and abnormal liver function showing serum total bilirubin of 6.2 mg/dl and serum AST/ALT of 297/597 IU/L. Doppler ultrasound showed mono-phasic wave forms of the hepatic vein. Computed tomography showed focal narrowing of 9.5 mm±2 mm in diameter at the cavo-caval anastomosis site. Liver biopsy was showed that there was no evidence of acute allograft rejection. Direct venogram showed stenosis of the cavo-caval anastomosis with a pressure gradient of 12 mmHg. An interventional stent was inserted in the stenotic site of the inferior vena cava, and the pressure gradient decreased to 2 mmHg. He was discharged from hospital on postoperative day 23 without any other complications. Herein we report a case of deceased-donor liver transplantation using the modified piggyback technique, who received an inferior vena cava stent due to stricture of the reconstructed orifice of the vena cava.         Management of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography-related perforations

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the treatment strategies of patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)-related perforations. This is a retrospective study. Methods: We experienced 13 perforations associated with ERCP. We reviewed the medical recordsand classified ERCP-related perforations according to mechanism of injury in terms of perforating device. Injury by endoscopic tip or insertion tube was classified as type I, injury by cannulation catheter or sphincterotomy knife as type II, and injury by guidewire as type III. Results: Of four type I injuries, one case was managed by conservative management after primary closure with a hemoclip during ERCP. The other three patients underwent surgical treatments such as primary closure orpancreatico-duodenectomy. Of five type II injuries, two patients underwent conservative management and the other three cases were managed by surgical treatment such as duodenojejunostomy, duodenal diverticulization and pancreatico-duodenectomy. Of four type III injuries, three patients were managed conservatively and the remaining patient was managed by T-tube choledochostomy. Conclusion: Type I injuries require immediate surgical management after EPCP or immediate endoscopic closure during ERCP whenever possible. Type II injuries require surgical or conservative treatment according to intra- and retro-peritoneal dirty fluid collection findings following radiologic evaluation. Type III injuries almost always improve after conservative treatment with endoscopic nasobilliary drainage.

        Isolated Celiac Artery Dissection and Splenic Infarction in a Patient with Protein S Deficiency

        Protein S (PS) deficiency is a rare blood disorder associated with thrombosis. Only a small number of cases of isolated celiac artery dissection can be found in the literature. We now report a case of isolated celiac artery dissection and splenic infarction in a 44-year old male with PS deficiency. Abdominal computed tomography revealed celiac artery dissection and splenic infarction. The patient’s PS activity was 64% (nl : 70∼140%) upon admission and 52% four weeks later. He was started on a regimen of NPO, antibiotics, and analgesics. He resumed oral intake of food and drugs on hospital day 3 and was discharged to his home on hospital day 8. We report a case of isolated celiac artery dissection with splenic infarction in a patient with PS deficiency that improved with conservative treatment. The patient’s management did not include anti-platelet/thrombotic agents or endovascular/operational procedures.

        복강경 수술로 치료한 좌측 십이지장주위탈장

        Internal abdominal hernia is an unusual cause of intestinal obstruction. Paraduodenal hernia is relatively rare congenital malformations resulting from incomplete rotation of the midgut with entrapment of the small intestine beneath the developing colon. We report a case of paraduodenal hernia treated by laparoscopic approach. The patient was a 45-year-old man presenting with severe abdominal pain for 5 hours. Left paraduodenal hernia with jejunum hernia containing jejunal loops showed in abdominal CT. At operation, herniation of the small intestine into a retroperitoneal space through a defect on the left mesocolon was noted. After the herniated bowel was fully reduced, the hernia orifice was closed intra-corporeally in the manner of interrupted sutures with absorbable suture materials. The patient was discharged home without any serious complications on postoperative day 9. Conclusively, we think laparoscopic surgery in left paraduodenal hernia is feasible.

        yLRC 합성기둥의 압축강도에 관한 실험 연구

        이 연구에서는 y형강판과 L형강으로 기둥의 외부를 구성하고 내부에 콘크리트를 타설하여 완성하는 yLRC (Reinforced Concrete with y-shape steel sheets and L-shape steel angles) 합성기둥에 대한 기초적인 실험을 수행하였다. yLRC 합성기둥은 철골과 콘크리트의 합성작용으로 단면성능이 우수하고, 거푸집 공사와 배근 공사를 생략할 수 있으므로 공기단축과 시공성 향상에도 상당한 효과를 나타낼 것으로 예상된다. L형강의 폭-두께비가 압축강도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해서 L형강의 폭-두께비를 실험변수로 하는 6개의 실험체 (축소실험체 3개 및 실대실험체 3개)를 제작하고, 이 실험체에 대하여 중심축하중 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과를 바탕으로 yLRC 합성기둥의 압축거동 및 압축강도에 대한 역학적인 특성을 분석하였다. An experimental study was performed on the yLRC composite column. Its external surface was manufactured with y-shape steel sheets and L-shape steel angles, and concrete was poured inside in the field. This composite column has improved the section capacity due to the composite action of steel and concrete, and provides good efficiency in reducing the terms of construction works because of its abridged formworks. The stub column specimens (three small and three large specimens) were tested through concentrical axial loading, and the effect of the width-to-thickness ratio of the steel angle on the column axial strength was examined. The axial strength and behavior of the composite columns were analyzed, and a formula for predicting the axial load capacity was proposed.

        The optimal method is used to get optimal solution in engineering design including scheduling problems. This study is to get rid of the inconvenience and produce initial solution as insertion method in order to promote effectiveness of search and describe the way that mixes genetic algorithm which has been studying to improve this initial solution. Heuristics based on hybrid genetic algorithm can be expanded easily to solve flow shop problems in proving NP-hard problems using a different criterion like total flow time, maximum tardiness and total tardiness and moreover, applied to job shop scheduling problems which are more general and complex than flow shop.

        실물대 실험을 통한 H형강 기둥의 신형상 약축접합부 성능평가에 관한 연구

        The bracket-type connection is often used for the weak axis steel connection of H-shape beam-to-column. However it leads to weakness of competitiveness in steel structure due to difficulty in production and installation of connection. Consequently, new shape weak-axis was developed. It has a simple shape with the less spot of welding points, and has advantage about showing the obvious power flow in connection points. In this study, monotonic and cyclic loading test in full-scale was performed to evaluate structural behavior and examine on-site application. Therefore, 12 specimens(9 specimens for monotonic loading test and 3 specimens for cyclic loading test) were built for the variables which are overlap length of beam-end and column flange. As the result, new shape of weak-axis connection appeared special Moment Frame(SMF) and had excellent structural performance and constructablility when the parameter is over 50㎜.
