Vol.16 No.2

(Background and purpose) Human visual perception is transmitted to the brain and reinterpreted under the action of surrounding stimuli, rather than actually seeing visible entities, it is an experience. The existing forms and colors are different from things and arouse people's surprise. In the process of understanding, the interest and illusion of these spaces form a close connection between people and space, which is the so-called space experience. Illusion can increase the meaning of space in various forms, and provide a new experience for those from the perspective of space experience through differentiated experience. This study describes the basic types of illusion and space. By analyzing different types of optical illusions, and applying examples of these types of illusions and spaces, the applicability and application direction of various spaces are presented. (Method) As a research method, understand the difference between illusion and illusion through theoretical investigation, and understand the basic types of illusion. Before conducting case analysis, it is necessary to understand the characteristics of space illusion and attach 8 cases. When adjusting distance, optical illusion, viewpoint and medium, the characteristics and characteristics of optical elements in the relevant space will be analyzed. (Result) It can be seen from the example that the basic types of optical illusions change according to the external and internal factors of the space, various shapes, materials and light in the space, and have different interpretations. Hallucinations, point of view attachment and media attachment, especially proximity, similarity, continuity, and media attachment are important, but these do not include the enclosed characteristics. (Conclusion) The process of forming an optical illusion occurs through a person's perceptual experience, and the basic elements of the optical illusion and the type of optical illusion are applied in the areas of objects, spaces, and media, providing a playful and differentiated experience to people. In general spatial composition, the mirror, which is an element of optical illusion, creates a symmetrical visual scene by the external environment, and the color body that influences the emotions of people provides the richness of the space. Today, optical illusions have the potential to implement optical illusions in online spaces, such as transcending time and expanding into the realm of digital media. After Corona 19, the space where people need to take a break from working at home is turning into fatigue. The application of optical illusions applied in culture, art, and public fields to digital media transcends limited spaces and allows the use of optical illusions in infinite spaces freely.

ZERO-EMISSION MATERIALS CYCLE IN PRODUCTION PROCESS AND REGIONAL SCALE

FUJIE, Koichi The Korean Society of Clean Technology 1997 청정기술 Vol.3 No.2

The present paper aims to give basic information to establish zero emission material cycle including the minimization of emissions from industrial production processes and the area in regional scale. Strategies and methodologies to analyze emissions from the production processes and our human activities and to reduce those emissions by refining and/or replacing the unit process with the alternatives are introduced as well. Quantitative evaluation and management systems of any raw materials and the production process are from vie points of treatment are essential. Estabiishment of a process networking for the recycle of discharged non-products materials by the intra-process, trans-process and the trans-industries are proposed. Procedures and priorities to formulate industrial and regional zero emission system are proposed as well.

Vol.10 No.-

Saigyo is an exceptional poet and a monk who lived in 12th century of Japan. Saigyo is generally regarded as a monk of the Shingon(眞言)-sect, because he wrote the several poems about Shingon thought and training. Nevertheless, he also wrote poems which implied his deep faith in the pure Land of Amida Buddha. Therefore it is possible to conclude that he was not only a Shingon monk, but also a believer in Pure land thought. There is Kikigaki-shu(聞書集), a collection of poems, which helps to illustrate this from the 35th to the 44th poem it has themes which are written with Chinese characters. These themes and poems are called "Ten themes and ten poems". Some of these themes and poems show Saigyo's deep faith for the Pure Land. It may be construed that these ten themes were guotated from the Sutras or its annotated editions. After attempting to search through various authoritative sources, Koyo-shu was found to be the most informative. Koyo-shu was supporsedly written by a Shingon monk of the 12th century, but it was greatly effected by Tendai(天台) doctrine. This can be determined by noticing many quotations from Ojoyo-shu (往生要集), the book of typical pure Land thought in the Tendai-sect. However the thought of Koyo-shu is based on Shingon-doctrin, it encourages people to be born in the Pure Land by the way of Tendai theory. Therefore if Saigyo had read this book, we can conclude that he was a Shingon monk who believed Tendais's Pure Land thought. Undoubtedly Saigyo devoted himself to the teachings of this book. Thus we can conclude that Saigyo had believed Tendai's pure Land thought, though he was a monk of the Shingon.

      • APPROPRIATE SELECTION AND OPTIMIZATION OF BIOLOGICAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PROCESSES

Vol.14 No.1

Characteristics of aerobic biological wastewater treatment processes, such as activated sludge process, trickling filter process, rotating biological contactor, land application and so on, was studied from view points of the power economy, which is defined as the amount of BOD removed per unit power consumption, and the rate of BOD removal per unit floor area of each process. Effects of the operating conditions and the configurations of the process on their performance were clarified for the appropriate selections and their operating conditions to give a high power economy and to maintain a high quality effluent as well.

      • ADVANCED TREATMENT OF DOMESTIC WASTWATER BY BIOLOGICAL PROCESSES FEATURED HOLLOW FIBER MICROFILTRATION

Vol.15 No.1

A hollow fiber microfiltration (HMF) membrane featured an unique air-backwashing and a high filtrate flux under a low pressure and a low cross flow rate was successfully incorporated with the aerobic submerged biofilters for the advanced treatment of domestic wastewater. HMF system A in which the wastewater filtrated directly by the HMF membrane was treated by the aerobic submerged biofilter and HMF system B in which the moving bed aerobic biofilter (MBF) was followed by the HMF were proposed and were investigated in terms of the filtrate fluxe, the organic removal, the power consumption and the running cost based on the experimental results. The running cost was comparable with the conventional activated sludge process, whereas the effluent quality was superior than that.

Korean variant dogs have red blood cells with high amino acid accumulation

        Fujise, Hiroshi,Lim, Yoon-kyu,Lee, Kyoung-kap,Kim, Seong-hee,Hahn, Woong,Kim, Gon-hyung,Kim, Ji-hyun,Ko, Young-su,Kim, Sung-sun,Youn, Hwa-young,Youn, Sin-keun,Lee, Yong-soon,Ochiai, Hideharu,Tanaka, Y The Korean Society of Veterinary Science 1999 大韓獸醫學會誌 Vol.39 No.4

Amino acids, Na, K and glutathione (GSH) in red blood cells (RBCs) and hematological indices were examined in Korean dogs. A total of seven dogs possessing RBCs with high K and high glutathione (GSH)(HK/HG) were found in 42 Korean dogs : three from Cheju dog, two from Jindo dog and two from Korean mongrel. The RBCs in Korean HK/HG dog contained abnormally high aspartate (Asp), Glu and glutamine (Gln) the same as in HK/HG RBCs from Japanese Shiba dog. Two dogs possessing RBCs with HK and low GSH (HK/LG) were found in Cheju dog, and they accumulated Asp and Gln. Thus, not only the existence of HK dog was confirmed in Korean dogs, but HK/LG dog was also found. The Asp concentration in RBCs from seven of 33 LK dogs was more than $1000{\mu}mol/lc$, the same as in variant LK RBCs with defective Glu/Asp transport (LK/GAT), while it was less than $800{\mu}mol/lc$ in normal LK RBCs. Thus, there were variant dogs having RBCs with abnormally high amino acids accumulation among HK and LK Korean dogs.
