        교정환자의 장치 순응도와 관련된 요인들의 조사연구

        In orthodontic field, although lots of new materials have been developed and many mechanics introduced, we can face the case patient cooperation still remain a problem to solve. So, factors related to the compliance of 254 adolescent orthodontic patients using intraoral elastic or extraoral orthopedic appliances were under investigation. The study subjects were 11 to 18 years old and from 5 exclusive orthodontic clinics in Seoul. The subjects were asked to fill a questionnaire and compliances were evaluated by their assigned orthodontists. The questionnaire was consisted of 63 questions, and they represent 13 factors―7 psychological & 6 nonpsychological fators. The collected data were analyzed using ANOVA test between the compliance group and the factors. 1. The compliances were evenly distributed in both sex and age groups. 2. As a whole, it was found that the Attitude towards appliances ffactor affected the degree of compliance. 3. Besides that, in younger(11-12) age group, Pain and discomfort associated with treatment factor was also found to be related to the degree of compliance. 4. On the contrary, in older(16-18) age group, the degree of compliance was influenced by the factor of Achievement motivation, Role expectation, parental relationship.

      • 생물반응기와 양액재배 시스템을 이용한 무병 씨감자의 대량생산

        씨감자를 사용할 때 발생하는 수량감소는 씨감자의 퇴화에 그 원인이 있는데 이는 PLRV, PVY와 같은 virus 감염에 의한 병리적 원인, 비정상적인 물질대사에 의해 강엽 내 성분량의 변화가 씨감자의 생산력을 저하시키는 생리적 원인 및 기상조건과 같은 환경요인이 주로 관여한다. 이에 따라 생장점 배양에 의해 무병주를 획득하고 이를 기내에서 대량으로 증식시킨 후 격리 온실에서 씨감자를 생산하는 방법이 널리 이용되고 있고 기내 괴경형성에 대한 실험도 많이 이루어지고 있다. 기내에서의 shoot 증식에는 여러 가지 생장조절물질, 특히 kinetin, BAP, zeatin등이 효과적으로 이용되며 shoot로 부터의 기내 소괴경의 유도는 배지 내 당 농도의 증가, ancimidol과 같은 생장억제제, 암 배양이나 단일조건의 부여에 의해 쉽게 이루어진다. 기내 줄기의 삽목 증식 후 이를 노지에 이식하여 소괴경을 형성시키는 방법의 경우, 현재까지는 주로 배지조건에 치중하여 왔으며 광 조건, 온도, 배양용기의 환기 등에 관한 연구는 많이 되어 있지 않은 상태이다. 따라서 노지에서의 순화율 및 이후의 생장 저하 등 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 또한 한정된 크기의 배양용기를 이용함에 따라 신초의 길이 생장이 억제되고 이에 따라 마디의 수도 감소하여 증식 효율이 낮아지게 된다. 따라서 포장에서의 원활한 순화와 식물체 생율을 위해서는 배양환경, 즉 광도, 광 주기, 배양용기의 환기방안, 기내 광합성 유도 등에 대한 연구와 함께 새로운 배양용기의 개발이 필요하다. 한편, 기내 괴경을 이용한 씨감자 생산은 시간, 노동력 및 생산비용이 많이 소요되는 것에 비해 생산 효율은 높지 않은 등 여러 문제점들이 지적되고 있다 .최근 많이 연구되고 있는 양액 재배에 의한 무병 종서 생산은 기내 소 괴경 이용 방식에 비해 괴경 크기가 크고 식물체 당 괴경 수가 월등히 많아 직접 씨감자로 이용할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 실험에서는 생물 반응기에서의 배양 방식이 감자 shoot의 기내 생장에 미치는 영향과 양액 재배 시스템에 따른 식물체 생육 및 괴경 형성 정도를 비교하였다.

        대구지역 고등학생, 대학생의 칼슘 섭취 실태 및 기호도 조사 연구

        This study was performed by questionnaire to investigate the recognition, preference and intake of calcium and related food behaviors of high school and college students (males 200, females 200) in the Daegu area. The daily intake was determined by a 24-hr dietary recall method. The results were summarized as follows: The recognition score of calcium of the subjects was male 10.46, female 11.54, respectively. Also the preference score of calcium source foods of the subjects was male 3.40, female 3.51. The students preferred yoghurt, ice cream, sweet potatoes and milk, in the order, but they disliked beans boiled in soysauce, sesame seeds and cheese. The frequency of calcium source foods were remarkably low. Milk products were the most preferred and eated calcium source food. A day's calcium intake was 54.1~61.1% of RDA for Koreans. The meal skipping, diet and nutrition consideration ratio of the subjects were 66.5, 13.3, 20.0% respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between the recognition and preference scores of calcium.

      • 혼화재 종류별 온도 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 응결 및 강도발현 특성

        The objective the paper is to investigate the physical and mechanical properties of concrete incorporating mineral admixtures. For setting properties, at low curing temperature, setting time of concrete with mineral admixture is delayed compared with that of plain concrete. But, use of cement kiln dust(CKD) has a desirable effect on reducing setting retard under low curing temperature. For compressive strength, concrete with FA and BS have low strength at early stage compared with that of plain concrete under low curing temperature. However, the use of CKD resulted in an enhancement of compressive strength at early stage under low curing temperature, and exhibited a similar level of compressive strength with plain concrete. For this reason, use of CKD in cold weather concreting has positive effect on strength development at low curing temperature under early age.

      • 실시간 영상 분석을 이용한 실용적 감시 장치 구현

        본 논문에서는 보안 감시를 위한 간편하고 실용적인 감시 장치 구현에 관하여 논한다. 본 장치는 실시간 영상 분석을 이용하여 움직이는 물체의 영역을 검출하고 움직임을 추적한다. 움직이는 물체검출은 에지추출, 움직임 추출, 최대이동영역결정으로 이루어진다. 여기서, 에지추출에서는 입력 영상의 정보를 유지하면서 처리할 데이터를 줄이기 위하여 영상의 그레이 변환과 소벨에지 적용으로 수행되고, 움직임추출은 에지영상에 대한 차영상, 이진화와, 미디언 필터링에 의하여 수행된다. 최대이동영역결정은 검출된 움직임 영역에 대한 이진변환 밀도 누적값에 의하여 수행된다. 이동 물체에 대한 움직임 추적은 결정된 최대이동물체영역의 무게중심 추적으로 수행된다. 실험 결과, 제안한 시스템은 일반 개인용 컴퓨터와 USB 카메라를 사용하여 실시간으로 물체를 검출하고 추적할 수 있었다. In this paper, we discuss the implementation of handy and practical monitoring system for security guard. This system detects and tracks moving object using real time image analysis. Detection of moving is performed by edge extraction, moving detection, and decision of maximum moving area. In edge extraction, we convert source image to gray scale, and extract edge using Sobel-edge method so that we can reduce the size of data and keep the information of image. And we use difference image, binarization and median-filtering to detect moving. Then decision of maximum moving area is specified by using accumulation of binary conversion density. And we track the moving object by tracking the centroid of decided maximum moving area. As experiment results, proposed system can detect and track moving object by real time in USB camera and usual PC.

        구리냄비의 구리용출에 미치는 산성조미료의 영향

        Effects of acetic acid, malic acid and citric acid on copper dissolution from new and used copper saucepans at different concentrations (0, 0.02, 0.04, 0,1, 0.2, 0.4, 1,0, 2,0, 4.0%), different boiling times (0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60mins.), and different temperatures (5, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100%)were investigated. As acetic acid concentration increases, copper content increases. Copper dissolution concentration from copper saucepans at boiling in malic acid increases more than in acetic acid or citric acid, At above 60℃, as the temperature increases, the concentration of copper dissolved from copper saucepans also increases. As boiling time increases, the concentration of copper dissolved from copper saucepans also increases. In addition, through repeated use, the concentration of copper increases as well. And copper concentration dissolves in large amounts from used saucepans rather than new saucepans. The dissolution of copper with distilled water by repeated use does not dissolve at all. 1% acetic acid dissolves in large quantities.

        관절염 환자의 삶의 의미와 영적고통과의 관계

        The arthritis patients suffer from psychological, social and spiritual problems as well as physical problems because the arthritis is not curable and has chronic pain, joint deformity, limitation of activity and physical dysfunction for all of his life. Especially if they do not fond the meaning in their lives, they will experience spiritual distress seriously. Therefore, it is important that nurses help the patients to find the meaning in their lives and to reduce spiritual distress. The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for nursing intervention strategies to minimize the arthritis patients' spiritual distress and understand the relationship between the meaning of life and the spiritual distress in arthritis patients. The samples were composed of 157 arthritis patients. Data collection was carried out from October 1, 1998 to February 28, 1999. Data were analyzed using a SAS Program for descriptive statistic, Pearson correlation, t-test, ANOVA, linear regression. The results were as follow, 1. The scores on the meaning of life scale ranged from 51 to 130 with a mean of 93. 2. The scores on the spiritual distress scale ranged from 26 to 91 with a mean of 60. 3. There were significant correlations between the meaning of life and the spiritual distress(r=.53, p=.00). 4. The linear regression analysis showed that the meaning of life explained 13% of the spiritual distress. 5. In the degree of the meaning of life and the spiritual distress according to the general characteristics, the level of the meaning of life in arthritis patients was different by the duration of incidence(F=2.71, p=.03). In conclusion, the nursing intervention strategies to reduce the spiritual distress in arthritis patients must take into account the meaning of life.

      • 혼화재 종류별 온도 변화에 따른 시멘트 모르터의 응결 및 강도발현 특성

        In this paper, setting and strength development of cement mortar are discussed under various mineral admixture content and curing temperature. Setting time exhibited an increasing tendency with an increase in curing temperature. Under low curing temperature, use of CKD resulted in a reduction in setting retarding, whereas FA and BS retarded the setting time of cement mortar. For compressive strength, high curing temperature and age leaded to an increase in compressive strength of concrete. Under low curing temperature, the use of CKD resulted in an enhancement of compressive strength at early stage, and exhibited a similar level of compressive strength with plain concrete. For this reason, use of CKD in cold weather concreting has positive effect on strength development at low curing temperature under early age.

        저장용기 및 저장온도에 따른 김치의 품질변화

        맛있는 김치의 저장기간을 연장시키기 위하여 여러가지 저장용기와 저장온도를 달리하여 각 군마다 5포기씩의 김치를 담그고 각각에 The effects of storage containers and storage temperatures on Kimchi quality were investigated. The results were summarized as follows : 1. Pabix, poly ethylene-back+plastic container, tupper-ware were much better than crock, stainless steel, and plastic container in keeping Kimchi. However, there was no significant differences between containers in the sensory test for Kimchi. 2. Kimchi stored at 18±2℃ was the most delicious, which revealed pH 4.30, acidity 0.45-0.50%, and salt concentration 3.10wt% in the 4th days after storage whereas sensory score for Kimchi quality was very low in the 12th days after storage. 3. PH in Kimchi stored at 5℃ after fermentation at 18±2℃ was slowly decreased as compared to the Kimchi stored at 18±2℃ after fermentation. 4. PH and acidity showed no significant changes after 90 days storage when Kimchi was stored at -5℃ or -80℃ were compared to that of the Kimchi stored at 18±2℃, but texture score of Kimchi stored at -5℃ or -80℃ after fermentation at 18±2℃, but texture score of Kimchi stored at -5℃ or -80℃ were compared to that of the Kimchi stored at 18±2℃ after fermentation. 5. In the group of Kimchi stored at 10℃, immediately after pickling it took 48days until the best conditions which were pH 4.30 and acidity 0.45-0.50% were matched. 6. The most promising method in keeping good taste and good quality of Kimchi was to store Kimchi at 5℃ after 4days fermentation at 18±2℃. And, for long period preservation of Kimchi, it took would be effective to store at -80℃ after fermentation at 18±2℃.

        This study aims to make it clear the mechanism on the behavior of pollutant in Suyeong Bay using the Alternating Direction Implicit method which was used for forecasting coastal water quality with good capability in stability and calculative velocity. And the flow fields for diffusion calculation were consisted of tidal current, tidal residual flow and constant flow(tidal residual flow+wind-induced flow) which are depth-averaged in total time, respectively.
