        수정벌 및 식물생장조절제 처리가 가지의 수량 및 품질에 미치는 영향

        본 시험은 유기농업 농가에서 이용하는 수정벌 방사와 일반 농가에서 이용하는 식물생장조절제 처리에 대한 기초연구로서 수정벌 방사 및 식물생장조절제 처리가 가지의 수량 및 품질에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 실시한 시험의 결과는 다음과 같다. 가지의 수량은 수정벌 방사와 Tomatotone을 개화당일 화방살포한 처리구에서 수량이 가장 높았고, Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 엽면살포한 것이, Tomatotone 처리와 화방살포한 것이 좋았다. 상품과율은 수정벌 방사와 Tomatotone을 개화당일 화방살포한 처리구에서 가장 높았으며, 수량과 마찬가지로 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$ 처리는 엽면살포한 처리구에서, Tomatotone 처리는 화방살포한 처리구에서 대체적으로 높았다. 잎내의 무기성분 중 전질소함량은 Tomatotone을 6일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서, 인산은 Tomatotone을 개화당일 화방살포한 처리구에서, 칼륨은 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 6일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서, 칼슘은 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 개화 2~3일전에 화방살포한 처리구에서, 마그네슘은 수정벌 방사와 Tomatotone을 개화당일 화방살포한 처리구에서, 회분은 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 3일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서 가장 많았다. 줄기내의 무기성분 중 전질소함량은 Tomatotone을 개화당일에 화방살포한 처리구에서, 인산, 칼륨 및 마그네슘은 Tomatotone을 3일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서, 칼슘은 Tomatotone을 개화 2~3일전에 화방살포한 처리구에서, 회분은 Tomatotone을 개화당일에 화방살포한 처리구와 3일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서 많았다. 과실내의 무기성분 중 전질소함량은 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 6일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서, 인산은 Tomatotone을 3일 간격으로 엽면살포한 처리구에서, 칼륨과 회분은 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 개화당일에 화방살포한 처리구에서, 칼슘과 마그네슘은 Tomatotone과 $GA_3$을 개화 2~3일전에 화방살포한 처리구에서 가장 많았다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합하면 유기농업 농가에서 이용하는 수정벌 방사가 식물생장조절제 처리를 대용할 만큼 효과가 인정되었으며, 가지의 착과와 상품과의 수량을 증대시키기 위해서는 수정벌 방사와 Tomatotone을 혼용해서 사용하면 수분노력이 절감되고 수량도 식물생장조절제를 처리한 것보다 높았으나 재배시기 및 작형에 따른 연구가 뒤따라야 할 것으로 생각된다. These grafting seeding "Torobambica", rootstock "Chuk Yang" were tested to investigate the growth, yield, and quality of eggplants which can be influenced by the bumblebee pollination and plant growth regulators. The results were as follows: According to the treatment of bumblebee pollination and plant growth regulators, the yield of eggplant was good at bumblebee pollination with tomatotone flower spray at blooming time, and was good at foliage spray on the treatment of tomatotone and $GA_3$, and was good at flower clusters spray on the treatment of tomatotone. According to the treatment of bumblebee pollination and plant growth regulators, the ratio of marketable fruit was good at pollination bumblebee with tomatotone spray on the day they flowered, was good at foliage spray on the treatment of tomatotone and $GA_3$, and was good at flower clusters spray on the treatment of tomatotone. On the mineral element contents of eggplant stems, the contents of total nitrogen were good at tomatotone flower spray at blooming time, the ones of phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium were good at tomatotone foliage spray the rate of three days, the ones of calcium were good at tomatotone flower spray in two or three days before flowering, and ones of ash were good at tomatotone flower spray at blooming time, foliage spray the rate of three days. On the mineral element contents of eggplant fruits, the contents of total nitrogen were good at tomatotone and $GA_3$ foliage spray the rate of six days, the ones of phosphorus were good at tomatotone foliage spray the rate of three days, the ones of potassium, ash were good at tomatotone and $GA_3$ flower spray at blooming time, and the ones of calcium, magnesium were good at tomatotone an $GA_3$ flower spray in two or three days before flowering.

        This study focuses on Comparative of conventional Agriculture and Organic Farming Among various kinds of environmentally sound farming practices the organic and Conventional Agriculture practices are chosen for this study. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the technological systems of organic farming practice in order to find the possibility of extending such technological system to the general farmers. Compared with the general farming practices, the organic farming requires many special technologies. Among them, technologies relating to compost making, pest, insect and weed control are different from those fo general farming practices. New technologies for the improvement of organic farming practices are developed or and imported from abroad by the organic farming association. As far as technology development for the organic farming, many research organizations between the goals of technology development of the conventional and organic farming system. In other words, land productivity of the organic farming technological system is lower than that of the conventional farming technological system.

        These grafting seeding "Torobambica" , rootstock "Chuk Yang" were tested to investigate the growth, yield, and quality of eggplants which can be influenced by the bumblebee pollination and plant growth regulators. The results were as follows ; 1.According to the treatment of pollination bumblebee and plat growth regulators, the growth of eggplant was good at tomatotone+GA3 foliage spray the rate of six days.         These grafting seeding "Torobambica", rootstock "Jang Ja" and "Chuk Yang" were tested to investigate the differences between the growth of eggplants and the number of eggplants which can be influenced by the growth retardant aerosol. For the test of the growth retardant aerosol, the flower clusters were sprayed with one hundred units of Tomatotone liquid and with three hundred units of GA3 on the day they flowered and sprayed two or three days before flowering. The results were as follows: 1.According to the growth retardant aerosol of Tomatotone, the plant height was the tallest at 226.21 cm with foliar spray and the high Marketable fruit was good at the percent of 77.38 with a flowering spray and Tomatotone on the day they flowered. 2.According to the growth retardant aerosol of GA3, the plant's height was the tallest at 229.27cm with foliage which was sprayed every week. The high quality fruit was good at the percent of 69.11 with a flowering spray and GA3 on the day they flowered. 3.According to Tomatotone and GA3 treatments of the plant growth regulators, the plant's height was the tallest sprayed every week and the high Marketable fruit was good at the flowering spray and Tomatotone on the day they flowered. and Yield per 10a was good at the flowering spray and Tomatotone on the day they flowered.

        This study was carried out to investigate effect of the planting distance of Eggplant(Solanum melongena. L). These grafting seeding "Torobambica", rootstock "Jang Ja" and "Chuk Yang" were tested to investigate the differences between the growth of eggplants and the numbers of eggplants which can be influenced by the planting distance such as 100×50cm, 100×60cm and 100×70cm. The results are summarized as follows: 1.The plant height, leaf length, leaf, width, leaf area and the number were good for the growth change of each cultivar from planting distance such as 100×70cm. 2.The grafting seedlings "Chuk YanglTorobambica" grew and developed better than "Jang Ja" and "Jang Ja/Torobambica" 3.Effects of scion on the rootstock for planting distance "Chuk Yang" grew and developed better than "Jang Ja"

        In short is as follows to research the present situation and mooted point, to get ready development direction of horticulture equipment in Busan. 1.Area of culture equipment in Busan is that vegetables was formed 1.7% for 435ha of nationwide 82,465ha, florist crops was formed 6.7% for 220ha of nationwide 3,299.2ha in standard of 1998. 2.In the present situation of equipment of vegetable culture, fruit vegetables are a lot more in culture area and productive quantity. There is mainly cultivated tomato, cucumber and unripe red pepper. 3.In the present position of equipment of florist crops area, cut flower is formed 76.8% as 169ha in nationwide florist crops area. There is mainly cultivated carnation, rose, gladiolus. 4.In the usual present position of frame materials in equipment, vegetables equipment is built at 82.5% with iron frames. But iron frames is far the lower rate as 22.6% than 87.1% of nation rate in florist crops. It should be converted to iron frames for the durability and efficiency management of environment. 5.In the usual present situation of covering material in equipment, it is in use soft film as 97.8% and have the lots use of PE, EVA film. 6.In the present position of environment management of equipment, as 88% used soft film which is habitual means, Heat culture is used warm-air heater around 95%. In overhead non-woven fabric. Heat culture is used warm-air heater around 95%. In overhead flooding of equipment, the overhead flooding used hose is a lot most as 50.1%, it its increased the farmhouse which use sprinkler or dripping flooding materials, also. 7.The system of equipment is movable style is 55%, fixed style is 45%. the type is the single span is many more as 73.5% than 26.5% of multi span. The direction is, in case of single span is east and west, in case of multi span is mainly south and north. 8.The nutriculture area is took vegetables were 4.7ha and florist crops were 3ha. In the case of florist crops, rose was 4.3ha and eggplant was 0.3ha. In the case of florist crops, rose was 3ha by crops. In has to consider a special countermeasure in application and supply of farmhouse used the equipment in Busan because Busan was fell behind than other city in nutriculture area and culture technique. 9.In the export of horticulture equipment crops, vegetables are tomato, cucumber, florist crops are rose, chrysanthemum and europeans orchid but the work has not yet born fruit. It must be solve mooted point of low grade article, lack information. etc. So it is brought up the export horticulture.
