E-commerce has become an irreplaceable sales channel for businesses of any size all around the globe. It is a major source of revenue and sales through this channel continue to gain momentum with an annual growth rate of 20%3). The ubiquity, flexibility, and convenience associated with e-commerce has undoubtedly changed the consumption patterns. However, consumers’ preferences and considerations when making purchasing decisions are not static either. In a global competition, businesses have to adopt quickly to respond emerging trends in retail. An important and persistent trend in this regard is ethical consumption, a development which has been widely researched in an offline context. The present experiment demonstrated that online shop-related ethical labeling positively influences consumers’ willingness to pay and purchase intention across a broad range of products. While any type of ethical labeling showed a positive effect in these regards as compared to no ethical labeling, there was no pronounced difference between the various types of labels used. Accordingly, we assume that consumers make inferences from a specific ethical label about the higher–level ethical “trait”.
Introduction Article : ALATA Project-The Making of Christian Angels in Late Antique Mediterranean
( Delphine Lauritzen ) 한국서양고대역사문화학회(구 한국서양고대사학회) 2020 서양고대사연구 Vol.59 No.-
Implemented at Sorbonne University in Paris, the ALATA Project The Making of Angels in Late Antiquity. Theology and Aesthetics was awarded a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions research fellowship from the European Union. The aim of the present article is to provide an overview of it in order to reach an audience of international scholars who would not necessarily have heard of it otherwise. Three aspects are underlined here: the approach to the topic of angels which is specific to the ALATA Project, the collective dimension of this individual enterprise, and the methodological challenges in managing research data. Angels exist under one form or another in most religions. They represent the concept of intermediary, which connects the divine and the human level. Christian angels are the product of a complex elaboration. The ALATA Project focuses on the fifth-sixth centuries CE. A significant turning-point for the making of the notion happens in this last period of Late Antiquity, which can also be seen as Early Byzantium. We concentrate our study on the Eastern regions of the Roman Empire. It is in Ancient Egypt, Ancient Palestine, and Ancient Syria of that time that one finds the relevant textual and archaeological evidence. These two lines draw a strong chronological and geographical definition of the topic. Such a framework is necessary to tackle the decisive change of perspective in the characterisation of angels. Our approach is innovative in that it crosses the interdisciplinary methodologies of Theology and of Aesthetics. We set up working concepts to examine the whole range of relevant issues. We created a database of textual and iconographic documents. It was designed to evolve according to further expansion of the research. The scope of the ALATA Project is to achieve scientific excellence and to render it accessible to various audiences through a number of actions concerned with the dissemination of results; and so it is developing, in its aftermaths and forthcoming achievements and collaborations.

The Molten Salt Fast Reactor (MSFR) with its liquid circulating fuel and its fast neutron spectrum calls fora new safety approach including technological neutral methodologies and analysis tools adapted to earlydesign phases. In the frame of the Horizon2020 program SAMOFAR (Safety Assessment of the Molten SaltFast Reactor) a safety approach suitable for Molten Salt Reactors is being developed and applied to theMSFR. After a description of the MSFR reference design, this paper focuses on the identification of thePostulated Initiating Events (PIEs), which is a core part of the global assessment methodology. To fulfilthis task, the Functional Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FFMEA) and the Master Logic Diagram (MLD)are selected and employed separately in order to be as exhaustive as possible in the identification of theinitiating events of the system. Finally, an extract of the list of PIEs, selected as the most representativeevents resulting from the implementation of both methods, is presented to illustrate the methodologyand some of the outcomes of the methods are compared in order to highlight symbioses and differencesbetween the MLD and the FFMEA.
UNIVERSITIES GOING DIGITAL – A WAY TO IMPROVE THEIR REPUTATION AMONG STUDENTS?
Delphine Leila Colin,Sarah Isabel Mahr 글로벌지식마케팅경영학회 2016 Global Marketing Conference Vol.2016 No.7
This paper aims to narrow the gap in research on the impact of universities’ digitalization on reputational assessments by students. A measurement for perception of universities digital advancement (PDA) is developed and integrated in a model to explain university reputation and students’ WoM behavior. Results highlight the importance of the PDA.

The growth of architecture has been influenced by many factors including building evaluation system. Every evaluation system has its own focus field, criteria, and rating system that make them unique. In this paper, we will focus on the Nordic Swan also known as Nordic Ecolabel and EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) by comparing the scope of certification, certified product types and environmental strategies on residential building. Both certification systems present some similarities. However, generally, differences outweigh the similarities. Indoor and outdoor environment, certification standards and occupants’ preferences are the representatives. By reviewing on the two building certification systems, this paper shows the potentials and limitations of building certifications on sustainable environment.

The Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) evaluation has greatly contributed on comfort, productivity, wellbeing and health of building occupants. Each country or organization has its own IEQ evaluation standards, some have fully developed guidelines and policies while others are still developing. The purpose of this research is to analyze IEQ Standards in Australia and South Korea. In this paper, we focus on Green Star and NABERS in Australian and G-SEED and IEQ related laws in South Korea on IEQ assessment tools. We analyze and compare both criteria and extract similarities and differences based on indoor air, thermal, lighting and acoustic quality. The results shows that Green Star’s IEQ emphasize lighting and IAQ equally where G-SEED’s IEQ emphasize more on indoor air quality resulting in an unbalanced distribution of IEQ qualities aspects in comparison to Green Star. Also, Green Star is more detailed in each quality where G-SEED gives an overview of the evaluation.
