<P>Well dispersed uniform sub-4 nm Y2O3:Eu colloidal nanocrystals have been synthesized through the non-hydrolytic high-temperature thermal decomposition technique. The as-synthesized nanocrystals can be stably dispersed in nonpolar solvents due to the capping organic ligands on their surface. Compared with bulk materials, the nanocrystals exhibited different luminescence features, including the intensity enhancement of the 5D0 --> 7F4 transition observed in the emission spectrum.</P>
한국어 이중모음 활음과 핵모음의 공조음 상황에서의 음향 특성

한국어 이중모음의 활음과 후행 핵모음에서 측정한 제1 포먼트(F1), 제2 포먼트(F2) 값과 모음 공간(vowel space)에서의 활음과 핵모음 간 유클리드 거리를 음향변수로 설정하여 이와 대응되는 두 개 단모음에서의 결과와 대조하였다. 이를 통해 대전 지역 20대 여성들의 한국어 이중모음의 음향음성학적 특성과 이중모음 내 활음과 핵모음 간의 모음 공간 내 위치와 거리의 특성을 살펴보았다. 이중모음의 활음과 관련하여 활음 /j/는 단모음 /이/보다 후설 쪽에서, 활음 /w/는 단모음 /오/, /우/보다 전설 쪽에서 조음되었다. 활음 /j/와 /w/ 모두 후행하는 핵모음의 입열림 정도(개구도)가 클수록 제1 포먼트 값이 높아지는 경향이 관찰되었다. 핵모음의 경우 선행 활음이 /j/일 때 후행 핵모음의 제2 포먼트 값이 이에 대응하는 단모음보다 높게 측정되어 전설성이 두드러졌다. 선행 활음이 /w/일 때는 후행 핵모음들이 대응하는 단모음보다 후설성이 더 강하게 나타났다. 이중모음의 활음과 핵모음 간 유클리드 거리는 그 활음과 핵모음에 대응되는 두 개 단모음 간의 유클리드 거리보다 짧았으며 모음 공간의 중앙부를 점유하는 경향을 보였다.
School mapping restructure in rural China: achievements, problems and implications

This study considers the experience of school mapping restructure (SMR) in areas of rural China. It aims to understand what happened after SMR implementation. Through a combination of instruments such as questionnaires, interviews and document analysis, the study finds that SMR has impacted positively on the development of education in terms of generating scaling benefits, improved school conditions and educational quality, and more equitable distribution of educational resources. However, there remain several associated problems including longer schooling commute, household financial restrictions and student pressures, and increased teacher work-loads. The study recommends that more structured plans should be developed. Increased stakeholder participation should be enabled, and by providing increased teaching resources to rural schools, implementation should be improved.
Constructing Evaluation Model Based on AHP

First we analyzed the ways of evaluating practice teaching quality and the problems existing. Second based on AHP cleared the steps of constructing evaluating model. Then we analyzed the factors of effecting and restricting the quality and efficiency of the system for practice teaching. Evaluation index were selected abiding by operability、rationality、comprehensive and quantitative. Then according to questionnaire and statistical analysis of the relevant data we obtained the weight values of every factor based on AHP and set up scientific、quantitative evaluation model. Last it passed consistency test and showed that the model was scientific and rational.
Role of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in the Management of Advanced Ovarian Cancer

Objective: To analyze efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for advanced ovarian cancer. Materials and Methods: A total of 107 patients with advanced ovarian cancer undergoing cytoreductive surgery were divided into a neoadjuvant chemotherapy group (n=61) and a primary debulking group (n=46) and retrospectively analyzed. Platinum-based adjuvant chemotherapy was applied to both groups after cytoreductive surgery ande overall and progression-free survival times were calculated. Results: No significant difference was observed in duration of hospitalization ($20.8{\pm}6.1$ vs. $20.2{\pm}5.4$ days, p>0.05). The operation time of neoadjuvant chemotherapy group was shorter than the initial surgery group ($3.1{\pm}0.7$ vs. $3.4{\pm}0.8$ h, p<0.05). There were no significant differences in median overall survival time between neoadjuvant chemotherapy group and surgery group (42 vs. 55 months, p>0.05). Similarly, there was no difference in median progression-free survival between neoadjuvant chemotherapy group and surgery group (16 vs. 17 months, p>0.05). The surgical residual tumor size demonstrated no significant difference between initial surgery and neoadjuvant chemotherapy groups (p>0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that more than 3 cycles of regimen with neoadjuvant chemotherapy was associated with more resistance to chemotherapy compared with patients without receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy (OR: 5.962, 95%CI: 1.184-30.030, p<0.05). Conclusions:Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can shorten the operation time. However, it does not improve survival rates of advanced ovarian cancer patients.
Research and Design of the Modular Robot Fuzzy Control Based on ZigBee

Design a modular robot teaching device, combine with wireless communication technology, and robot control technology. Introduce ZigBee nodes into the robot’s every module, transmit the current motion parameters through the wireless communication, adjust the robot motion state and realize the fuzzy control of the robot motion. This device has good openness, does not involve the establishment of the robot kinematics and dynamics model, and avoid a large number of algorithms in the same time. Its operation is simple, convenient, and more suitable for the teaching.

Unsupervised learning has shown good performance on image, video and audio classification tasks, and much progress has been made so far. It studies how systems can learn to represent particular input patterns in a way that reflects the statistical structure of the overall collection of input patterns. Many promising deep learning systems are commonly trained by the greedy layerwise unsupervised learning manner. The performance of these deep learning architectures benefits from the unsupervised learning ability to disentangling the abstractions and picking out the useful features. However, the existing unsupervised learning algorithms are often difficult to train partly because of the requirement of extensive hyperparameters. The tuning of these hyperparameters is a laborious task that requires expert knowledge, rules of thumb or extensive search. In this paper, we propose a simple and effective unsupervised feature learning algorithm for image classification, which exploits an explicit optimizing way for population and lifetime sparsity. Firstly, a sparse target matrix is built by the competitive rules. Then, the sparse features are optimized by means of minimizing the Euclidean norm (L<sub>2</sub>) error between the sparse target and the competitive layer outputs. Finally, a classifier is trained using the obtained sparse features. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves good performance for image classification, and provides discriminative features that generalize well.
