2016년 3월 31일부터 7월 31일까지 서울특별시 서초구 서초동에 위치한 서울고등학교 교정 일대를 서울고등학교 환경생물부 부원들이 채집 조사한 결과 20과 43속 53종의 거미가 조사 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. From March 31st to July 31st in 2016, members of an environmental biology club at Seoul High School located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Dae-Hee Kim, Dong-Woo Park, Jae-Woong Seo and Hyun-woo Lee, collected 20 families 43 genera 53 species of spiders and report the result of the study here.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dentin bonding agents on the bond strength of composite resin restorations in case of applying the dentin bonding agents to acid etched enamel surfaces. Freshly extracted 364 bovine anterior teeth were selected as a adherents. 320 enamel specimens were divided into two groups(unetched group (D and etched group ?for testing the shear bond strength, 40 specimens were used for the hardness testing, and 4 specimens of rest were to observe the resin-tag forma- tion into etched enamel surfaces.All surfaces of enamel specimens were polished with 320~1500 SiC paper under conti- nuous running water. In Group (D, 100 enamel specimens were polished and unetched. 220 polished enamel specimens in Group ?were etched with 37% phosphoric acid solution for 60 seconds, washed with water for 20 seconds, and dried with a light air pressure for 60 seconds.Three kinds of dentin bonding agents( Gluma, Prisma, Scotchbond 2) were evaluated the effect on the bond strength to conditioned enamel surfaces. Shear bond strengths were measured on the three cases such as a coating of primer only, a coating of sealer only, and a sequential coating of primer and sealer to acid etched enamel surfaces were compared with the bond strengths measured by the coating of enamel bonding agent followed by the bonding of composite resin (Photo clearfil bright, Kuraray, Japan) to unetched and acid etched enamel surfaces.In addition, the hardness tested on the adhesive fractured surface between composite resin enamel as a mean of evaluation of a factor whether the mechanical bond strengths were affected and the penetration of dentin bonding agents into etched enamel surfaces was also observed. Bond strengths were measured using the method of shear bond strength by a universal testing machine (Instron-4467, USA), statistical test were applied to the results using a one way analysis variance (ANOVA), and hardness was measured by the Vicker's Hardness Tester(MHT-i, Matsuzawa, Japan) and the penetration of the resins were observed by the SEM (Hitachi, S-2300, Japan).The following conclusions were drawn ; 1. Enamel bonding agent showed to affect the improvement of bond strength of composite resin to enamel surface both unetched and etched. 2. Dentin bonding agents could be resulted in increase of bond strength to unetched enamel surface, but there were no statistical significances. 3. Bond strengths to etched enamel surface were significantly decreased with a coating of dentin primer only. 4. Coating of sealer only and coating of primer and sealer noticed the similar bond strengths of composite resin to etched enamel using the enamel bonding agents. 5. The applying method proved to be more effective than the kinds of dentin bonding agents on the bond strength of composite resin to etched enamel than the kind of dentin. 6. Vicker's hardness numbers of dentin bonding agents were lower than that of composite resin, but the degree of penetration of dentin bonding agents into etched enamel surfaces was excellent.

The continuous extraction of cadmium ion from aqueous solution in a hollow fiber module was conducted using extractants of D2EHPA, Lix84, TOA and TBP, and the variation of extraction efficiency from mixed ion solution and mixed extractants was experimentally investigated. Comparison of the experimental outcome with a conventional solvent extraction and menbrane extraction leads to the following results. The continuous extraction improves the extraction efficiency and reduces solvent consumption and processing time. The mixed extractant systems is no significant effect. The menbrane extraction is more convenient than the conventional solvent extraction process, but the extraction efficiency is close. Other heavy metal ions do not affect the extraction of cadmium in quaternary mixed solution.

Recently in Korea, the importance of regional administrative problems has been emphasized. Construction of industrial development area, housing development area and water service protection area are typical examples. These regional problems are difficult or impossible for an individual local government to execute them effectively. For that reason, a municipal government can not manage these things without cooperating with neighboring local governments. Accordingly, this study presents the improvements of administrative conference by analyzing its real situation and restrictions. Main contents of each chapter are as follows : Chapter Ⅰ deals with the purpose, scope and method of this research. Chapter Ⅱ describes the need and treatments of regional administration. Chapter Ⅲ analyses the actual operating conditions and the raised problems in detail. Chapter Ⅳ suggests the improvements of administrative conference of local governments. In conclusion, in order to activate the function of administrative conference of local governments it is necessary to secure finance, professionals and first of all to establish the cooperative culture among the chiefs of local governments, local councils, public servants and residents.

美國文學과 黑人問題 : 歷史的 考察 A Historical Survey

Racial problems have been crucial in American history. Most of American writers have consciously or unconsciously expressed their attitudes toward the Negro in their works. American literature has mirrored, as well as any other medium, the pernicious streotypes and prejudices of white society and the self-rejection and hostility of blacks. American authors have created verious characters of the Negro such as a holy servage, a loyal old slave, a contented slave, a vicious brute, an exotic primitive, a comic show-off, rebellious youth, a marginal-man. My major subiects is to offer the comprehensive view of black characters over the while range of American literature and examine major works by both black and white writers, for the light they shed on the history and developmtet of attitudes toward the black man in American society. I believe the literary approach to American Negro problems may offer us ways of knowing that are unavailable to any other objective studies of social problems. Early writers were concerned primarily with polemical controversies about slavery: and in late eighteenth-century letters appeared few blacks, who did not for the most part influenced the plot development of fiction. It was however in the early nineteenth-century that black characters began to take important roles in American literature. Ante-bellum writers created the image of the contented slave and the beneficient master in almost all the fiction, while some proposed its counter images. Toward the middle part of the century, the question of slavery dominated American life and letters. After emancipation the main issue as to blacks was caste. The Negro as outcast did offer vast possibilities to late nineteenth-century authors, though few of them-Mark Twain is a notable exception-took full advantage of the new fictional character. The most of the authors saw the Negro too narrowly, and it was not until the twentieth-century that authors were able to describe the Negro as essentially non-political, as someone not always being manipulated for political purpoces. The national aspects of the Renaissance literature of the twenties-the fierce race pride, the constant sense of ethnic identity, and the lure of Africa--remained a strong factor in the writings of later Negro authors. Short-lived as it was, the Renaissance bore fruits in other ways as well. The emphasis on the lives of the "little people" gave way to more realistic accounts of city life. The somewhat romanticized versions of Southern folk communities gave way to starker portrayals of Negro peasant life. And the hand-me-down, devil-may-care attitudes of Negro characters in Renaissance novels way to existential psychology in works of the fifties and sixties. The fiction of Faulkner, Wright, Ellison, Baldwin has interpreted the Negro and his situation as archetypal, as an image of man's fate. The image of the Negro in American literature can, finally, be said to have undergone an exquisite reversal in the last one hundred years if we consider the fact that white younger generation has been recently conterminated with the white-negro mevement.
