淸肝散이 急性 Ethanol 中毒에 흰쥐의 肝損傷에 미치는 影響

Chunggansan(淸肝散) was tested for the effects on detoxication mechanism of alcohol. Chunggansan was treated firstly into samples, and then ethanol intoxicated animal models were set with them. In vitro, the level of lipid peroxide in tissue of liver proportionally decreased with the level of concentration of extract prepared from Chunggansan. In vivo, after the extract was administered to the animal model for seven days, the level of lipid peroxide in liver dependently decreased in proportion of concentration. The glutathione percentage purposely induced acute ethanol intoxicated samples, followed by Chunggansan pre-medicating administration, increased in compare with the group treated with only ethanol. Also, the enzyme activities of ALT, AST, and r-GTP in liver decreased.

A Central question imposed with the Minimalist Program is this: how perfect is the computational component of human linguistic system(C_HL)? Perfection, in one sense, means that C_HL is the minimal structure imposed by the structure of external interface systems. This means that there are no -interpretable features in the output of C_HL because -interpretable features are not motivated by external interface system. So their existence is surprising if C_HL is perfect in the above sense. Still it is widely assumed that -interpretable features such as the Ø-features of TP, VP and PRT and EPP do exist and furthermore that they must be eliminated in the derivation. In this paper I try to show that a EPP feature is not motivated properly as one of the uninterpretable features and is reducible to the distinction of the full Ø-feature of finite TP and the partial Ø feature of non-finite TP. Adopting Chomsky(1998,1999)'s framework except an EPP feature, I show that the full- Ø feature of TP, which is composed of the person, number and gender, should be filled with an argument in its specifier due to its person feature in it because only the person feature is believed to be realized as a null morpheme in the computation. Hence the partial Ø-feature of TP, composed of the number, gender feature without the person feature, do not have any reason to be filled with an argument in that there is no person feature(null morpheme) in it. Based on this syntactic phenomena I show that much linguistic phenomena explained previously by an EPP feature can also be explained nicely in other way. Finally I would like to show that an EPP feature do not have any reason empirically necessary.

An der Schwelle des 21. Jahrhunders hat das deutsche Aktiengesetz wichtige Anderungen aufgrund von KonTraG, KapAEG und StuckAG erlebt. Das KonTraG hat effektive Kontrolle und Transparenz der Aktiengesellschaft und mehr Orientierung des Aktienrechts an die Forderung des Kapitalmarkts zum Ziel. Zum Erreichen des ersten Ziels gab es Auderungen des deutschen Aktiengesetzes im folgenden Punkt: Spezialisierung des Aufsichtsrats, Verstarkung der Kontrollfunktion der Hauptversammlung, Verbesserung der Qualitat der Abschlußprupfung, mehr Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Aufsichtsrat und dem Abschlußprupfer, Einschrankung der Macht der Kreditinstitute, Verstarkung der Rechte des Minderheitsaktionars. Das zweite Ziel wird dadurch erreicht; Differenzierung der Regulierung zwischen borsennotirten und nicht borsennotirten Gesellschaften, Aufhebung der Mehrstimmrechte und der Hochststimmrechte, Sanierungsprivileg des kapitalersetzenden Gesellschafterdarlehens, Erweiterung der Zulassigkeit des Erwerbs eigener Aktien, Einfuhrung des Stocksoptions. Zur Erleichterung der Kapitalaufnahme erlaubt das KapAEG entsprechend der Internationalisierung des Kapitalmarts deutsche Aktiengesellschaften, einen Jahresabschluß nach IAS oder US-GAAP aufzustellen. Ferner ist ein Tochterunternehmen von der Verpflichtung befreit, einen Jahresabschluß und einen Lagebericht nach den strengeren Vorschriften des HGB aufzustellen, wenn sein Mutterunternehmen zur Aufstellung eines Konzernabschlusses und eines Lageberichts verflichtet ist. Stattdessen darf das Unternehmen seinen Abschluß und seinen Lagebericht nach einfacheren Regelungen aufstellen, sie nicht prufen und offen lassen. Das StuckAG fuhrt Stuckatien(nenbetragslose Aktien) zur Vorbereitung auf die EURO-Umstellung in das deutsche Aktiengesetz ein. Stuckaktien sind nicht nennwertlose Aktien(Quotenaktien) im echten Sinne, sondern nennbertragslose Aktien, die ihren rechnerischen Wert(=Kapital÷Zahl der ausgegebenen Aktien) haben.

Wider unserer Erwartung bergen Kreditkartengescha¨fte Minderja¨iger viele unerkla¨rte Rechtsfragen in sich. Sie reichen beispielsweise von der Zahlungspflicht des Kartenherausgebers gegenu¨ber dem Vertragsuntemehmen bei Kreditkartenzahlung eines minderja¨hrigen Kunden u¨ber die Kondiktionsrichtung bei der Anfechtung des Kreditkartengescha¨fts bis zu dem Umfang der ungerechtfertigten Bereicherung bei dessen Anfechtung. Die Zahlungspflicht des Kartenherausgebers gegenu¨ber dem Vertragsuntemehmen beruht auf die Abtretung der Forderung des Vertragsuntemehmens gegen den Karteninhaber; diese Abtretung dient wiederum auch zur Sicherung des Regressanspruchs des Kartenherausgebers bei dem Karteninhaber. Zwischen dem Kartenherausgeber und dem Karteninhaber wird regelma¨βig der Ausschluβ der Einwendungen im Valutaverha¨ltnis in den AGB vereinbart. Das dient der reibungslosen und raschen Abwicklung des Regressanspruchs des Kartenherausgebers. Diese AusschlussMausel ha¨lt im Grunde der Inhaltskontrolle des Koreanischen Gesetzes zur Kontrolle der Allgemeinen Gescha¨ftsbedingungen stand. Zwischen den Parteien im Valutaverha¨ltnis erfolgt die Zahlung per Kreditkarte nur zur Leistung erfu¨llungshalber. Daher ist der Vertragsuntemehmen verpflichtet, zuna¨chst bei dem Kartenherausgeber die Zahlung (Kaufpreis) einzuholen. Die Kreditkartenzahlung hat damit einen Holschuldcharakter. Der Kartenherausgeber ist wegen des gesetzten Rechtsscheins der wirksamen Kartenzahlung gegenu¨ber dem Vertragsunternehmen zur Zahlung verpflichtet, auch wenn ein Minderja¨hriger per Kreditkarte, die ohne Zustimmung des gesetzlichen Vertreters vom Kartenherausgeber ausgegeben worden ist, bei dem Vertragsunternehmen bezahlt und spa¨ter den Vertrag mit dem Kartenherausgeber nach § 5 Abs. 2 des Koreanischen Burgerlichen Gesetzbuchs ani'icht . Nach § 141 des Koreanischen Bu¨rgerlichen Gesetzbuchs verpflichtet sich der Minderja¨hrige bei Anfechtung des Kreditbrtengescha¨fts allein das herauszugeben, was im Zeitpunkt der Anfechtung nach vorhanden ist, umbha¨ngig davon, ob er oder sein gesetzlicher Vertreter gutgla¨ubig ist oder nicht. Dies ist rechtspolitisch problematisch. Zumindest sollte der Minderja¨hrige bo¨gla¨ubiger Bereichmungsschuldr werden, der der verscha¨rften Haftung nach § 748 Abs. 2 des Koreanischen Bu¨gerlichen Gesetzbuchs unterworfen wird, wenn sein gesetzlicher Vertreter von der Anfechtbarkeit des Kreditkartengescha¨fts des Minderja¨higen weiβ, aber bei dern Bargeldsevice wegen seiner Rechtsnatur als Darlehens Kenntnis vom Empfang des Bageldkredits durch Abhebung des Minderja¨hrigen erlangt. Jeder Kreditnehmer weiβ beim Empfang des Kreditbetrages, dass &IS per Kredit erhaltene Geld nicht behalten werden darf. Bei einem minderja¨hrigen Kreditnehrner sol1 jedoch zu dessen Schutz die Kenntnis seines gesetzlichen Vertreters von dem Empfang das Gelds fu¨r die verscha¨rfte Bereicherungshaftung maβgeblich sein.

交通事故의 特性分析과 그 對策에 關한 硏究

The extension of living zone and the increase of production and consumption resulting from the economic growth and the industrial progress lead to rapid motorization. Though the plus effects on the modern society from the motorization are very great, the negative effects, such as the division of community by the street, traffic environmental pollution, traffic accident and such like become serious social problems. The motor vehicle cannot be excluded from daily life owing to the advantage of door to door transportation for all that negative effects. So, the method for minimizing the negative effects is demanded intensively. This paper deals the traffic accident out of negative effects as follows. The situation of traffic accident in the city of Daegu is checked up and analized statistically. And some countermeasures on the traffic accident from aboved results are studied on the branches, such as education, regulation and facility improvement.

老人 低血壓에 對한 文獻的 考察

This study was perfomed to investigate causes of the senile hypotension, pathogenic mechanism, symptoms, and therapies through medical literatures, recent chinese medical literatures and chinese medical journals. The results are as follows ; 1. The senile hypotension has major symptoms dizziness, weakness, syncope, palpitation, shortness of breath, and deficiency of Qi. Additionally, it has minor symtoms of letharhy, isomnia, tinnitus, amnesia etc... 2. The prodromal symptoms of Kwul and Kwul are relating to the symptoms of tachycardia, facial pallor, sweating, anxietas, ambiguous consciousness, and fainting. Weakness and dizziness due to deficiency make the symptoms of exhaustion, fatigue, vertigo, lethargy, and brachycardia. 3. The most principal cause of the senile hypotension is deficiency of Shen due to aging, congenital deficiency, and chronic illness. The rest of causes are deficiency of Qi and blood, phlegm of retention, stagnation of Qi, blood stasis, blood prostration etc..In the view of the occidental medicine, the causes of the senile hypotension came from the reduction of cardiac output, the decretion of cardiovascular syatem's extention due to aging, hereditary factor, secondary factor due to exsanguination, diabetes mellitus, C.V.A. etc‥, and factor of neurogenic system's degeneration. 4. The principal pathogenic mechanisms are the insufficiency of Xing-Yang the deficiency of Qi in middle jiao, and deficiency of Shen-Oi. The rest of mechanisms are the deficiency of both Qi and blood, stagnation of the Gan-Qi, and the deficiency of Gan and Shen. Zang-Fu Organs have something to do with Xing, Bi, and Shen. 5. As principal therapies, there are warming and recuperation the Xing-Yang, strengthing the middle-jiao and replenishing Qi, replenishing vital essence to tonify the Shen, and warming and recuperation the Shen-Yang. Additionally, the therapies of invigorating the Qi and relieving menta1 stress, strengthning the Bi and tonifing the Shen, invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin, soothing the Gan and regulating the circulation of Qi, and tonifing the Shen and nourishingthe San help the cure of the senile hypotension. In prescriptions there are Baohe Yuan Tang, Buzhong Yigi Tang, Zuoguei Yin, Yougui Yin, Guipi Tang, Zhu Fu Tang, Shengmai San, Sini San, and Qi ju Dihuang Wan. The medical herbs of Astragali Radix, Codonopsitis Pilosulae Radix, Ginseng Radix, Aconiti Tuber, Ephedrae Herba, Cinnamomi Ramulus, Cinnamomi Corfex Spissus, Zingiberia Rhizoma, Polygalae Radix, Liriopis Tub er, Polygonati Sibirici Rhizoma, Lycii Fructus, Schigandrae Fructus and Glycyrrhizae Radix can be treated. 6. According to the clinical report, the principal causes are the deficiency of Qi, and insufficiency of Yang which symptoms are dizziness, vitality fatigue and acratia, amnesia, body cold and alger of 'extremity, spontaneous perspiration, and therapy and weak pulse. It was improved by taking WenYang YiQi Tang, Zhu Fu Tang about 20-30 days. The improvement was shown on disappearance of subjective symptoms or the ascending of blood pressure to normal figure, and the rate of improvement was over 70% . 7. As regimens, taking warming and recuperating food(a sheep mutton, juglans regia, chiness date, longan aril ete‥) and pungent food(chinese green onion, fress ginger, pipers fructns etc‥), doing physical training, not being ill in bed at a long time, and preventing descent of blood pressure coming from sudden change of posture are needed. Additionally, the usage of diuretic, abirritant, and depressor needs to be extra cautious.

The purpose of this article is to show that Head-movement differs from phrasal movement in locality and extension condition(EC). First the difference in locality between head movement and phrasal movement comes from the different triggering mechanism: whereas phrasal movement is based on Agree, head movement is triggered by the independently motivated mechanism of C(categorial)-select. Thus X^(0)-movement is local in that C-select means that head may select the head of its complement. Second the difference in the extension condition comes from the notion of phase. Gencrally X^(0)-movement does not obey the extension condition whereas XP-movement does. The extension condition requires that all operations add a sister to a root node. A new sister cannot be created for any node that is already in a sisterhood relationship. Head movement occurs a X^(0) node which is already sisterhood relationship with X' node, thus violating the EC. In this article the EC is considered to be a condition only involved with extension of structure, not with a syntactic condition. Thus C_(HL). allows structures to extend to the phase level with the ER. However if head movement occurs on phases, C_(HL) recognizes that there is no more extending on phases and then proceeds the corresponding phases to be shipped to Spell-Out.. Thus head movement on phases is considered to be a kind of sign to C_(HL) that phases should be shipped to Spell-out.
