At 2050. 61.9% of power demand will be covered by Renewable Energy Source(RES). However due to uncertainty and volatility which are characteristics of RES. will cause net load change more severly than nowadays. LNG and Grid-Scale BESS are resources to cover these net load change. Primarily we need to control BESS to cover net load change. secondly net load change leftover should be covered by LNG. This paper proposes charging and discharging Ramp Rate Limit Parameter (RRLP) of BESS considering net load change. RRLP is divided according to the amount of the net load change. Finally, relationship between RRLP and net load change will be studied at this paper.
방송영상콘텐츠 제작 현장의 성희롱에 대한 심각성 인식 연구 -제작스태프의 고용불안과 성희롱 피해 경험을 중심으로-

본 연구는 제작스태프의 성별이 방송영상콘텐츠 제작 현장의 성희롱 심각성 인식에 미치는 영향에서 고용불안의 매개효과와 성희롱 피해 경험의 조절효과를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 성별에 따라 제작현장의 성희롱 심각성 인식에 차이가 발생했다. 그리고 성별이 제작 현장의 성희롱 심각성 인식에 미치는 영향은 고용불안에 의해 매개되었다. 이에 따라 여성 제작스태프는 남성보다 자신의 고용상태를 불안해하고, 이로 인해 성희롱을 더욱 심각하게 인식하였다. 반면, 고용불안이 성희롱 심각성 인식에 미치는 영향은 피해 경험으로 조절되지 않았다. 본 연구는 방송영상콘텐츠 제작 현장의 성희롱 문제를 실증한 동시에, 고용불안 성희롱 심각성 인식을 높일 수 있다는 매개적 인과관계를 입증하여 고용상황 개선을 통한 성희롱 근절과 예방의 정책적 가능성을 확인하였다. This study empirically analyzed relationship between gender and perceived seriousness of sexual harassment in visual content industry, and identified the mediating effect of unstable employment and the moderating effect of victimization experience. There was a difference in perceived seriousness of sexual harassment according to gender. And this was mediated by unstable employment of production staff. On the other hand, the effect of unstable employment on the perceived seriousness of sexual harassment was not moderated by the victimization experience. By examining the mediating causal effect of unstable employment on gender and perceived seriousness, this study suggested possibility of eradicating and preventing sexual harassment through employment improvement.
Analysis of Power System Flexibility Considering Power System Ramp Rate

Driven by environmental issues and energy security, the global energy environment is evolving toward sustainability and carbon emissions reduction. The International Energy Agency's 2021 World Energy Outlook highlights the importance of clean energy innovation and increased adoption of renewable energy to achieve climate goals. As renewable energy sources become increasingly integrated with the existing grid, the variability of renewable energy poses challenges to grid stability. Existing fexibility indicators such as loss of load expectation, expected energy not served, and insufcient ramping resource expectation are not sufcient to evaluate short-term load changes and determine system fexibility from limited information. In this paper, a new approach is introduced to calculate the ramping performance probability of individual generators using data from those generators. The ramping performance probabilities of individual generators are represented by a probability density function, which is then convolved to produce a comprehensive power system fexibility index in the form of a cumulative distribution function. Data from the generators allows for the evaluation of the system's ability to respond to load fuctuations.
