Listeria monocytogenes is a foodborne pathogen of considerable genetic diversity with varying pathogenicity. Initially, we found that the strain M7 was far less pathogenic than the strain Lm850658 though both are serovar 4a strains belonging to the lineage III. Comparative genomic approaches were then attempted to decipher the genetic basis that might govern the strain-dependent pathotypes. There are 2,761 coding sequences of 100% nucleotide identity between the two strains, accounting for 95.7% of the total genes in Lm850658 and 92.7% in M7. Lm850658 contains 33 specific genes, including a novel 20K prophage whereas strain M7 has 130 specific genes, including two large prophages (38K and 44K). To examine the roles of these specific prophages in pathogenicity, the 20K and 38K prophages were deleted from their respective strains. There were virtually no differences of pathogenicity between the deletion mutants and their parent strains, although some putative virulent factors like VirB4 are present in the 20K region or holin-lysin in the 38K region. In silico PCR analysis of 29 listeria genomes show that only strain SLCC2540 has the same 18 bp integration hotspot as Lm850658, whereas the sequence identity of their 20K prophages is very low (21.3%). The 38K and 44K prophages are located in two other different hotspots and are conserved in low virulent strains M7, HCC23, and L99. In conclusion, the 20K and 38K prophages of L. monocytogenes serovar 4a strains Lm850658 and M7 are not related to virulence but contribute to genetic diversity.

Let $\mathcal{L}=-\Delta_{\mathbb{H}^{n}}+V$ be the Schr\"{o}dinger operator on $\mathbb{H}^{n}$, where $\Delta_{\mathbb{H}^{n}}$ is the sub-Laplacian and the nonnegative potential $V$ belongs to the reverse H\"{o}lder class $B_{q_{1}}$ for $q_{1}\geq Q/2$. Let ${H_{\mathcal{L}}^{p}(\mathbb{H}^{n})}$ be the Hardy space associated with the Schr\"{o}dinger operator $\mathcal{L}$ for $Q/(Q+\delta_{0})<p\leq1$, where $\delta_{0}=\min\{1,2-Q/q_{1}\}$. In this paper, we consider the Hardy type estimates for the operator $T_{\alpha}=V^{\alpha}(-\Delta_{\mathbb{H}^{n}}+V)^{-\alpha}$, and the commutator $[b,T_{\alpha}]$, where $0<\alpha<Q/2$. We prove that $T_{\alpha}$ is bounded from ${H_{\mathcal{L}}^{p}(\mathbb{H}^{n})}$ into $L^{p}(\mathbb{H}^{n})$. Suppose that $b\in BMO_{\mathcal{L}}^{\theta}(\mathbb{H}^{n})$, which is larger than $ BMO(\mathbb{H}^{n})$. We show that the commutator $[b,T_{\alpha}]$ is bounded from $H_{\mathcal{L}}^{1}(\mathbb{H}^{n})$ into weak $L^{1}(\mathbb{H}^{n})$.
Optimization of Production System Based on Lean Thinking

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to find hidden waste and non-value- added activities during the whole process of M company, and then optimize production processes, shorten the production cycle, improve production efficiency, and ultimately achieve just-in-time production mode which response to customer demand rapidly. Design/methodology/approach: In order to identify and eliminate such kind of non-value added waste, the authors draw a current value stream map and a future value stream map of the SM6 series products in one electric- equipment-manufacturing enterprise. By analyzing the value stream mapping of the whole process of SM6 series products, the authors find hidden wastes and non-value-added activities, and then the authors use industrial engineering "ECRS principle" and "5W2H principle” to adjust and make new production plan model, including the analysis and evaluation of the production process, production line layout and other aspects, then, the authors optimize the working process and set up a new production process. Findings and Originality/value: By using Kanban and other lean concepts and techniques, the authors finally achieved pull mode of production (just-in-time production), and shorten production cycle, reduce inventory of semi-finished product and end product, eliminate excess production, and save labor cost, realize the "5S" management mode effectively. Practical implications: The successful application of pull mode of production in the SM6 series products has set an example in implementing lean activities for the company’s other product series and most other manufacturing enterprise, Social implications: it also has a significance guiding for value stream mapping and lean thinking to be practiced in Chinese manufacturing enterprise and other industries.
High catalytic performance of CuO nanocrystals with largest defects

To improve the calalytic performance of CuO, nanometer-sized CuO particles were prepared with ultrafiltration surface contact method (UMSCM). X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM)were used to characterize the crystal structure and morphology of the particles made with UMSCM, hydrothermal method,grounding method as well as a commercial one. SEM results illustrate that UMSCM prepared CuO particles mainly show the form of orthorhombic sliced crystals with the largest amounts of defects compared to CuO particles made by the other three methods. In the oxidation of cumene, CuO prepared with UMSCM also shows better catalytic performance than the other three particles, which can be ascribed to its smaller particle sizes and larger defects so as to accelerate the surface adsorption rate of O_2 molecules and the diffusion of ions and atoms, thus improving the catalytic activity.
Racket Control for Robot Playing Table Tennis Ball

This paper proposes a racket control method for returning a table tennis ball to a reference position with a desired translational/ rotational velocity. The method determines the racket’s state, i.e., the racket’s striking posture and translational velocity by using two physical models: racket rebound model and aerodynamics model. The paper makes clear what the racket can control among the reference position, translational and rotational velocities. The algorithm of determining the racket’s state is derived by solving nonlinear equations and solving two points problems of differential equation. Two approximate aerodynamic models are proposed for real-time treatments. Then numerical simulations show effectiveness of the proposed methods.

Interval-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set (IVNHFS) is an extension of neutrosophic set (NS) and hesitant fuzzy set (HFS), each element of which has truth membership hesitant function, indeterminacy membership hesitant function and falsity membership hesitant function and the values of these functions lie in several possible closed intervals in the real unit interval [0,1]. In contrast with NS and HFS, IVNHFS can be more flexibly used to deal with uncertain, incomplete, indeterminate, inconsistent and hesitant information. In this study, I propose the novel correlation coefficient of IVNHFSs and my paper discusses its properties. Then, based on the novel correlation coefficient, I develop an approach to deal with multi-attribute decisionmaking problems within the framework of IVNHFS. In the end, a practical example is used to show that the approach is reasonable and effective in dealing with decision-making problems.

This research proposes a novel hydro-pneumatic suspension structure based on high-speed on-off solenoid valves, which can realize two spring force modes and four damping force modes. The basic working principles of the HPS with multiple output force modes are analyzed to establish the damping and stiffness features mathematical models. Based on the parameters taken from a mine dump truck, the stiffness coefficient and damping coefficient of the proposed HPS are matched firstly, then the initial charging pressure of accumulators and the diameter of throttle valves are determined. Finally, the validity of the proposed model is demonstrated by comparing the force-displacement and the force-velocity responses of the model with the corresponding measured experimental data under a broad range of excitations.
New Similarity Measures of Simplified Neutrosophic Sets and Their Applications

The simplified neutrosophic set (SNS) is a generalization of fuzzy set that is designed for some practicalsituations in which each element has truth membership function, indeterminacy membership function andfalsity membership function. In this paper, we propose a new method to construct similarity measures ofsingle valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) and interval valued neutrosophic sets (IVNSs), respectively. Then weprove that the proposed formulas satisfy the axiomatic definition of the similarity measure. At last, we applythem to pattern recognition under the single valued neutrosophic environment and multi-criteria decisionmakingproblems under the interval valued neutrosophic environment. The results show that our methodsare effective and reasonable.
