The purpose of this study are to explore the education self-governing system . to examine the problems of the current system, and to debate the alternatives of solutions in order to attempt to improve the educational administration in Korea. The current educational see-governing system of Korea is so superficial that it goes out if the practical usage or aims, of the self-governing educational system. The democratic educational administration is so essential to the self-governing educational system that our current system should be developed to the improvement of more complete and more practical system founded m the original functional spirit of sew-governing system. The establishments of complete self-governing educational system is almost impossible unless it is founded on the financial independence, And therefore, our current self-governing educational system should be established and be surveyed on the rigid foundation of its financial independence.

生後 1개월령부터 8개월령 까지의 在來山羊 수컷 38두의 發育 및 屠體調査를 하였다. 生體重은 1개월령에 4.2kg이었고, 8개월령에는 14.5kg이었다. 屠體率은 37.2∼43.4%였으며, 頭重率은 4개월령 이후에 有意的으로 감소했으며, 生體重에 대한 第一胃容積의 比는 6개월령 까지 증가한 후 점차 감소되었다. 7∼8개월령, 山羊 10頭의 精肉率은 29.8%이었으며 兩側 背長筋 斷面績은 7.92㎠이었다. 屠體重, 頭重 및 第一胃容積과 生體重 間에는 高度의 有意的인 正相關이 있었다. The body growth and some carcass data of 38 male Korean native goats from 1 to 8 months of age have been studied. The body weight increased from 4.2kg at 1 month of 14.5kg at 8 months of age. The dressing % ranged from 37.2 to 43.4%. The head % decreased significantly(P<0.05) after 4 months of age. The rumen capacity per kg body weight increased significantly (P<0.05) to 6 moths of age and decreased thereafter. The lean % and loin-eye muscle area of both sides in goats from 7 to 8 months of age averaged 29.8% and 7.92㎠, respectively. There was a significant (P<0.01) correlation between body weight and carcass weight, head weight or rumen capacity.
핸드오프로 인한 TCP 재전송 타이머의 타임아웃 방지 방안

It will be occurred unacceptably long pause and intermittent disconnection states due to handoffs under the mobile computing environment. The current TCP interprets these handoffs as network congestion and excutes the congestion avoidance algorithms which degrade TCP performance. To prevent degrading TCP troughtput due to the unnecessary timeout problem of source retransmitter timer caused by handoffs, we propose EHN(explicit handoff notification) message algorithm which resets the value of retansmission timer. By adapting EHN, the TCP source can maintain the pre-handoff' congestion window size after handoffs and prevent the abrupt decrease of congestion window size caused by timeout. Therefore, this scheme improves the TCP performance more than the current TCP implementations during handoffs. With the computer simulation, we compare our EHN scheme with the current TCP scheme and fast retransmission scheme and prove the validation of EHN.

To evaluate the reference interval of serum fructosamine, we determined the data from 345 healthy individuals(185 men, 160 women;average age 43, age range 20-82). After confirming a normal distribution by Kolmogorov-Smirnov, skewness, and kurtosis, the reference interval determined 95% ranges by the parametric method(mean±2SD). To compare the difference of serum fructosamine concentration on both sexes using the t-test and the difference on age groups using the F-test. There were no significant differences between sexes and between age groups(P>0.05). The reference interval was 203-285 μmol/L. Further evaluation of reference interval must be carried out to consider affecting factors to the serum fructosamine concentration.

When the motion of vibrating structure is restrained by the adjacent objects, its vibration frequencies and mode shapes are changed. In general, the vibration characteristics of the system becomes unpredictable. Although the importance of the study on this type of vibration model increases in many engineering areas, most studies conducted to date were focused to the theoretical study on dynamic responses of the structure with stops, including a few experimental works. Specially, the study on the nonlinear phenomena due to the impact between a structure and stops have been mainly performed theoretically. It is, therefore, desired to find a way to have a better understanding on the vibration characteristics caused by the impact of a structure to stops. In the paper, both numerical analyses and experiments are conducted for a fixed-free beam that is restrained by the stops at the free end. The chaotic vibration characteristics of the nonlinear motion and the dynamic response of the system are investigated and presented for various magnetic forces between stops.
