      • Bicycle Ergometer를 탄 후의 회복기 산소 섭취량과 심박수의 변화

        In order to obtain a practical method of evaluating the physical fitness of industrial workers, we measured the oxygen uptake and heart rate both during ergometer cycling on 9 healthy young Korean male adults. The following results were obtained. 1. The oxygen uptake and heart rate in the course of recovery after ergometer cycling were higher as the work loads increased and the heart rate was more influenced by the intensity of work loads than the oxygen uptake. 2. Time required to return to the resting values of uptake and heart rate after ergometer cycling was prolnged as the work loads increased, and the recovery time of heart rate was longer than that of oxygen uptake. 3. A highly significant correlation was found between oxygen uptake during the ergometer cycling and those in the course of recovery, showing the coefficient of correlation (r) of 0.914 (P<0.01) at 1minute after ergometer cycling, and the correlation decreased gradually in the course of recovery but still was significant at 15 minutes. 4. A highly significant correlation was also found between heart during the ergometer cycling and those in the course of recovery, showing the coefficient of correlation (r) of 0.954(P<0.01)at 1minute after ergometer cycling.       • 學校의 組織風土와 敎師의 葛藤 및 組織健康에 關한 硏究

        1.The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships between Organizational Climates, the Teacher's Conflicts and Organizational Health in Secondary Schools. 2.The data for this study were collected by 99 items of Questionaire composed of 64 items from A.W. Halpin's "Organizational Climate Description Questionaire" and 15 items on the basis of J.R.Rizzo's Conflict Qestionaire, and the rest chosen among the 50 items of "Organizational Health Description Questionaire" by Holmes. The respondents of this study were 300 teachers who were sampled among the teachers of secondary schools in Kyung-gi Do. 3.The major findings and conclusions were as follows; (1)Among the 10 Object schools for study there were identified 3 schools with the closed climate and another 3 with the Paternal climate in the classification of the organizational climate pattern. (2)The qualities of teacher's disengagement and the principal's aloofness were the variant factors which could predict the teacher's conflicts in the organizational climate of school. (3)The qualities of the teacher's Aloofness and the principal’s consideration were the variant factors which could predict the organizational climate of school. (4)The teacher's conflicts were found more in the public school than the private school, more in the urban school than the rural school, more in the schoolmaster than the schoolmistress, and the organizational health was better in the private school than the public school, better in the rural school than the urban school, better in the schoolmistress than the schoolmaster. 4.The result implies that the organizational climates, the teacher's conflicts and the organizational health have a great corelationship, and the president of a school should have the consideration for teachers for the solution between the teacher's conflicts and organizational health.

      • Polymerase chain reaction으로 설사 영유아 대변 검체에서 adenovirus type 40, 41의 분리 동정

        Adenovirus is the second leading cause of acute gastroenteritis. As the children with diarrhea by acute adenoviral gastroentertis usually require hospitalization, rapid diagnosis is necessary for proper management. Adenovirus infection can be diagnosed conventionally by the direct electron microscopic observation of the virus particle, isolation of the virus by cell culture, or enzyme immuno assay. Recently, polymerase chain reaction is applied for the detection of adenovirus. In this study, we investigated stools collected from 100 children hospitalized for diarrhea in Ewha womans University Hospital from the September of 1995 to the July of 1996 for adenovirus by polymerase chain reaction. Two oligonucleotide primers, desiginated as hexAA1885 and hexAA1913, were used for the detection of enteric adenovirus type 40 an 41 in PCR. After amplification pf 35 cycles, 300 bp fragments were detected on 1.8% Sea Kem GT agar gel in 14 samples. The stool samples were further analyzed by electron microscopy and immunoblotting. In electron microscopy, icosahedral particles of about 75nm were observed in a^7 of the 14 samples. The 14 samples were collected from children whose mean age was 1.4 years and the sex ratio was 10/4(M/F). The seasonal variation showed acute gastroenteritis by adenovirus infection was frequent in March to May and in September to October in Korea.

      • 民族主體性 敎育에 있어서 主體性 槪念 模型分析

        Much attention has been given to the definition of national identity through many sesearches. The definition of naional identity in those researches was not also various but they didn't propose the theoretical framework to Comprehend the concept of national identity and didn't make the clue to gain insight into the mature of national identity. This paper was undertaken in an effort to gain an analytical review on the concept of national identiy, which has been studied and defined from 1950 to date by many other reseachers, in order to find out the theoretical foundation for field survey on the national identity in school. This paper has identified that there are two ways to comprehend the meaning of national identity. First, identity means the traits of one's living attitude, which is considered to be the absolute condition for keeping identity(for example, independence, autonomy, the spirit of the master, ect.) Such a definition is called as absolute conception of identity in this paper. Second, identity does not mean the absolute condition but it means the situational phenomena which some conditions are interrelated each other. Not that identity is not possessed by one, only It is nothing to be differentiated. Such definition is called as relative conception of identity in this paper. Also this paper adopted the relative conception of identity. The specipic purpose of this paper is to propose the conceptual framework and a reference in assessing the concept of identity. In order to define the situatcinal phenomena in which some condition are interrelated each other the theoretical model of identity developed by Moon, Seung-ick was adopted in this paper, which suggested four levels of identity and those are as following; 1. identity on the level of a unit consciousness 2. identity on the level of self-consciousness 3. identity on the level of self-will 4. identity on the level ofself-activity Also this paper presents a reference in assessing the conditions of maintainance of identity and those are as following 1. on the level of a unit consciousness a, whether the group consciousness of minority group has won the nation consciousness 2. on the level of self-consciousness a, what are content of our nation's self-definition(norms, ideal, image) b, whether the contents of nation's self-definition is accord with those possessed by her mombers 3. on the level of self-will a, what are the interior neede of our nation b, what are the determined aim's contents of our nation c, whether the aim's contents of our nation are determined in accordance with her interior need d, The interior needs of our nation is accord with the will of it's members 4.       • 住居 暖房에 관한 環境學的 硏究(Ⅰ)

        The study is to clarify the influence of house heating forms on the ways in which people make use of space and react to their home environment. With a sample of 200 households in apartment houses recently built in Seoul, measurements and descriptive evaluations have been made once in winter and once in summer of 1975/76. Part Ⅰ of this study includes the result of summer survey which will be comparatively analysed with that of Part Ⅱ in the final report. The findings of Part Ⅰ are summarized as follows: 1) there is a positive indications that Westernization of life style is more predominant in the houses with modern style of heating such as pannel heating and radiator than with traditional Ondol. 2) the individual room functions and seasonal variations in room use are significantly differentiated across the heating types. 3) Peoples' attitudes toward their life style within the home environment are also differentiated across the heating types. It can be concluded that the modernization of house heating should be preceded by the better quality of life style in accordance with the space and environmental design based on the improvement of standard of living.

      • 직교영역에서 강건한 로보트 매니퓰레이터 제어기 설계

        A simple scheme for linear multivariable control of robot manipulator to achieve trajectroy tracking in cartesian space is described in this paper. The control scheme is derived from linear multivariable theory and is consisted of multivariable feedforward and feedback controllers. The feedforward controller is minimal inverse of the linearized model of robot dynamics and contained only proportional double-derivative(PD^2) type. This controller ensures that the manipulater joint angles track any reference trajectories. The feedback controller is of proportional derivative (PD) type and achieves stability and pole placement. This controller reduces any initial tracking error to zero as desired and also ensures that robust steady state tracking of step-plus exponential trajectories is achieved. To show the performance of control system, the proposed scheme is simulated of the 2 link planar manipulator using the VAX 11/780 computer.

        High performance requirements such as high speed operation, accuracy and versatility have led to the considration of structural flexibility in robot manipulator. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the interrelationships between the robot structural flexibility and a linear controller for the rigid body motion. The controller used here is used to simulate the controllers currently used in industrial robots. The simulation results illustrate the differences between leadscrew driven and unconstrainted axes of the robot: they indicate the trade-off between speed and accuracy.

        One of the primary factors that influences the nature of any organization, its character, the ways in which functions if the set of assumptions about human nature and how they behave that is held by the administrators of the organization. This paper was uindertaken in an effoer ① to become aware of different sets of assumptions that the administrator might have regarding people in organizations and how they behave, ② to identify and analyze the effects of assumption about human nature on Contingency theory. The four sets of assumptions aout human being are presented in this paper;① rational-economic man ② social man ③ self-actualizing ④ Complex man. The human, as a rational-economic creature, is motivated by economic incentives and seeks to maximize economic gain. When the rational-economic human fails to achieve managerial objectives. remedies include re-examining the reward plans to insure that rational-economic workders can clearly see their payoff, re-analyzing job structure so that work is efficient, and re-examining the Control structure so that those who loaf can be spotted and then punished or those who overachieve can be identified and rewarded. The opposite and of the continum is the complex human. The Complex assumption about human nature is congruent with administration-Contingency theory. By this assumption, individuals are seen as Complex and highly variable in their motive structure. While motives may be arranged in some type of hierachy, the hierachy may change over time as a result of learning, and may shift with situation. Successful managerial stgrategy requires the administrator to learn to value differences, be flexible, and inquire diagnostically about which motives are in play in this particular situation.         미술 자료를 활용한 세계사 교수·학습 방안 연구

        최근 역사 교육에서는 역사적 사고력의 육성과 더불어 학생들의 흥미와 호기심을 자극하는 학습이 강조되면서 다양한 학습 자료에 대한 연구가 폭넓게 진행되고 있다. 이중 대표적인 것이 미술자료이다. 미술 자료는 그 가치를 인정받으면서 보편화된 자료인 교과서의 삽화를 통해서 손쉽게 수업자료로서 가장 많이 활용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비문자 자료인 미술 자료를 활용한 세계사 교수·학습 방안을 마련하여 실제 중학교 역사 수업에 적용하여 실시하고, ‘역사적 사고력의 신장’이라는 역사 교육의 교육 목표를 달성할 수 있는지를 알아보았다. The latest history education put emphasis on the creation of students' interests and curiosity together with historical thinking ability to research various learning materials widely. An art material could represent such a trend. An art material was admitted of its values to make use of it frequently as teaching-learning material through textbook illustrations popularized. This study made use of art materials, that is, unwritten materials to produce history class model and to apply it to history class of middle schools, and examined that the model could attain educational objectives of history. The findings are as follows: Firstly, the world history class using art materials could elevate understanding on teaching-learning contents of the students to be of help to improve their interests on history subject. Secondly, the investigation on questionnaires and questions made by the students showed that the students were given a lot of help by background information as well as the questionnaires to be essential at teaching-learning. Thirdly, the teaching-learning using art materials was of help for students to improve historical thinking ability. Fourthly, the students could review the materials at class on Internet at home to solve problems through a bulletin board. In addition, the students could discuss the contents, which were not solved at class because of limited time, to admit of various viewpoints of each individual regarding historical facts and situation and to improve critical thinking ability. In this paper, the authors gave students motivation on history by history class model using art materials, and found that art materials would be of help to attain educational objectives of history.
