      • PID 制御器의 最適 自動 調整

        In this paper, we propose a new method to deal with the optimal auto-tuning of the PID controller that is used to control process in various fields. First order delay system that was modeled from the unit step response of the system is Pade-approximated, and initial PID parameters are determined by the Ziegler-Nichols method. This method requires calculation of the weight function that includes the maximum overshoot, damping ratio, rising time and setting time by analyze the response of system. Finally, repeating these processes, we can find the parameters of PID controller so as to minimize the weight function. This method has a good adaptability even though variations in characteristics and dead time of the system.

        Hurler증후군 환아의 치의학적 소견에 대한 증례보고

        Hurler syndrome is a disturbance of mucopolysaccharide metabolism exhibiting a variety of classic clinical features. This disease is the prototype and the most common component of mucopolysaccharidosis. We are reporting in this paper on a 4-year and 8-month old boy with Hurler syndrome. The dental findings are as follows; 1. Large head, prominent forehead, broad saddle nose and wide nostrils, hypertelolism, puffy eyelids, short neck, wheezing sound at breathing, flexion contractures, claw hands, mental retardation, dwarfism were observed. 2. Anterior openbite (enlarged tongue), spacing in lower anterior region, mouthbreathing, thick lips, shortening and broadening of the mandible were observed and the shape of the teeth are normal 3. Abnormal tooth size, delayed eruption and gingival hyperplasia were not observed.

        측두부에 발생한 Cranial Fasciitis의 치험례

        Cranial fasciitis is a rare morphological variant of nodular fasciitis. It is characterized by a rapid growing fibroblastic proliferative lesion that develops chiefly in childhood. It has varying size and involves the soft tissues of the scalp and the underlying skull. Accurate diagnosis and surgical excision is the key to management. Prognosis is good with rare recurrence. We report a case of cranial fasciitis in the temporal fossa of a 20-month-old girl and present a review of the literature.

        The power line channel has time-variant characteristics caused by various kind of electrical devices. This characteristics are synchronized with the main voltage by their own characteristics. The main factors of disturbance are the variation of the channel impedance and noises, In other papers [2] [3], the synchronous noise modeling has been achieved. But the modeling is not satisfied simultaneously with the time domain and the frequency domain and there are not any discussion about short-term variations of the channel impedance which cause to the signal fading. Therefore, this paper researched to solve problems about the signal fading by analyzing the short-term variation of the channel impedance, and proposed the synchronous noise modeling which is satisfied simultaneously in the time domain and the frequency domain.

And operational principles and characteristics fo PFC circuits are compared by the cost and the electrical performance.Finally, we established the reference for the evaluation of PFC circuits with performance and the price.

        전치부 반대교합아동의 발음장애에 관한 음향적 연구

        It has widely known for speech problem in patients with malocclusion,but there have been insufficient studies on degrees of serverity.Patients with openbite and CIⅢ malocclusion usually have speech problem.It has widly known that fricative /s/ is pronunciated most abnomally in CIⅢ malocclusion than any other consonant.Therefore 20 childen with anterior crossbite selected for control group.7 sounds such as /사(sa),서(sδ),소(so),수(su),스(sω),시(si),세(se)/ were recorded,and the formants and formants ratio were measured by using Sensimetric Speech Station,which is speech analyzing program in IBM pc. The results were as follows: 1.In anterior crossbite group,F1 of all 7 sounds were significantly higher than normal anterior relationship group(P<0.05). 2.There were no significant difference in F2 between two groups except/소(so),수(su)/(P>0.05). 3.In anterior crossbite group,F2/F1 ratio of all 7 sounds were significantly smaller than normal anterior relationship group(P<0.05). 4.There were no significant difference in accordance with tongue position(P>0.05).

        동물의 장에서 분리한 Enterococcus sp.의 특성 및 분말화

        의약품 및 동물약품으로 사용되고 있는 분말유산균을 개발하고자 동물의 장에서 산성 pH 및 담즙산에 대한 내성이 강하고 대장균 생육억제력이 좋은 Enterococcus faecium L20을 분리 동정하고 이를 이용하여 고농도의 생균이 함유된 분말 유산균을 제조하였다. 분리된 균주는 pH 3.0에서 90% 이상의 내성과 0.3% 담즙산이 함유된 배지에서 100%의 내성을 나타냈으며 MRS 배지에서 대장균과 혼합배양시 24시간 이내에 대장균을 사멸시켰다. 분리된 균주를 산업용배지에서 배양한 후 동결건조시켜 분말을 만들었을 때 생균수는 5.0×0^11/g 이상이었다. 이것은 18℃에 보관하였을 경우 11개월 동안 80%의 생존율을 나타내었다. In order to develop a lactic acid bacterial powder which can be used as a probiotic for human and animal, a lactic acid bacteria which has high resistance against low pH and ox-gall, and shows a good growth inhibition against low pH and ox-gall, and shows a good growth inhibition against E. coli, was isolated from an animal intestine and characterized. The isolated strain was identified as Enterococcus faecium. It had more than 90% of survival at low pH for 2 hours and almost 100% of survival in the presence of 0.3% ox-gall. When co-cultured with E. coli in MRS broth, all of the E. coli cells were killed within 24 hours. The final powdered product of the isolated strain was manufactured after a freeze drying process suing an industrial media, and then checked its stability. Its storage stability was 80% for 11 months at 18℃.

      • 경북 천생산, 유학산, 숲데미산지역의 식물군락유형

        From April to October 2001, we studied on vegetation of 60 plots through the methods of Braun-Blanquet at Cheonsaengsan, Yuhaksan and Supdemisan in Gyeongbuk. Through the methods of interspecific affinity analysis, DECORANA and TWINSPAN the patterns of plant communities of 60 were analysed. It showed 6 communities at Cheonsaengsan, 5 communities at Yuhaksan, 6 communities at Supdemisan and total appearance of 128 species and covered with 50∼95% of tree layer, 20∼90% of shrub layer, 20∼90% of herb layer. As the result of interspecific affinity analysis it showed one big specific complex composed with 52 species and the 60 plots were divided into 4 groups by classification and ordination. One big species complex as a result of affinity analysis and eigenvalue of 0.303 at first step by classification indicate that Cheonsaengsan, Yuhaksan and Supdemisan are in developing stage of succession.

      • 경북 유학산, 천생산과 성암산 일대의 식물군락유형 분석

        At the area of Yuhak, Cheonsaeng and Seongam mountains in Kyeongbuk, we studied the vegetation patterns with 75 plots on the base of Braun-Blanquet methods from March to October 2002. For the analysis of community patterns with 75 plots we used interspecies Affinity analysis method, DECORANA and TWINSPAN. The investigated area was divided into 17 communities with 177 species, and 20∼100% of treelayer, 10∼95% of shrublayer and 20∼100% of herblayer. By toe method of affinity analysis, it showed a big community with 86 species, but divided into 6 small groups by ordination and classification methods. Although it appeared as one group by the affinity test, the area divided into two groups by classification method at second level with eigenvalue of 0.320 and 0.430. It shows that the area of Yuhak, Cheonsaeng and Seongam mountains have own properties and in the process of succession.
