      • 흉통의 양상에 따라 분류한 불안정형 협심증 환자의 임상적 소견의 비교

        Background and aims : The clinical syndrome unstable angina pectoris that encompasses a variety of symptoms and clincal presentations of transient episode of myocardial ischemia, was devided to several subgroups. Also, it has variable pathophysiologic factors to cause myocardial ischemia. According to clincal presentation, coronary angiographic finding and prognostic factor, the result of unstable angina pectoris is variable. In fact, there were a few data reported on the prognosis of wide spectrum of patients with unstable angina. However, the precise risk of subgroups according to classitication has not been established because it was difficult to compare between studies. We classified unstable angina pectoris by clinical nature of chest pain, and performed to establish and compare the clinical presentations, coronary angiographic findings, treatement and prognosis of patients with unstable angina within subgroups of classification. Methods : Retrospenctive data for 164 unstable angina pectoris patients admitted to the Internal Cardiology Division of Soon Chun Hyang University Hospital from May 1996 to July 1999 was analyzed. The patients were classified into one of the following categories: Class I, new onset of severe angina; Class II, acceleration of previous chronic stable angina; Class III, angina at rest. Clinical presentations, echocardiographic findings, coronary angiographic findings, treatment and prognosis were compared. Results : From the total 164 patients, the subjects of classes were as follows : Class I, 46 cases (28.1%); Class II, 74 cases (45.1%); Class III, 44 cases (26.8%). In view of age distribution, the 7th decade had the highest incidence, and then, 6th, 8th decades were followed. There was no baseline differences among the 3 classes with respect to gender, number of risk factors. Significantly, class II showed more severe findings in abnormal Q wave 15 cases (20.8%), total occclusive lesion 10 cases (20.8%) and three vessel coronary disease 11 cases (22.9%) than other classes. The change of ST segment was significantly apparent (p<0.02) among class I 28 cases (60.8%), class III 26 cases (59.0%), comparing with class II 30 cases (40.5%). Class III had the higher incidence of one vessel coronary artery disease than class I and III. The heparin treatment was performed in 99 cases (60.1%). The incidence of nonfatal myocardial infarction was much more in class I and III, each 4 cases (8.7%, 9.8%) than in class II 1 cases (1.4%). In-Hospital death was occurred in class I and II, each 1 case. Conclusion : The patients with the acclerated angina from chronic stable angina had more severe coronary artery disease than other classes, but they had better in-hospital prognosis.

        The Chinese Model of the Good Samaritan Law

        최근 난징(南京)의 펑우(彭宇)사건을 시작으로 구조자가 타인을 구조하고도 피구조 자가 구조자를 고소하는 일이 빈번이 발생함으로써 사회문제가 발생하고 있다. 중국은 전통적으로 타인의 어려움을 보고도 그냥 지나치지 않는 풍습을 자랑으로 삼고 있다. 하지만, 최근에 발생한 펑우 사건과 관련하여 타인이 위험에 처하여 도움을 청하는 경우에도 상호간의 불신임으로 인하여 도움을 주지 않고 그대로 지나치는 경우가 증가 하고 있다. 연구결과에 의하면 84.9%의 사람이 길거리에 쓰러진 노인을 보고도 직접 도움을 주지 않고, 국가에서 운영하는 전문구조요원에 연락하여야 한다고 응답하였다. 하지만 중국은 응급구조 시스템이 완전치 않아 응급구조팀이 도착하게 되면, 시간이 지체되어 더욱 위험한 사항에 처하게 된다. 이로 인해 착한사마리아인법의 중국법에의 적용에 관하여 논의가 새로이 되고 있다. 2017년에 시행된 민법총칙 제184조의 규정을 대표적인 법적 근거로 삼고 있는데, 구체 적으로 보면, “긴급구조행위로 인하여 피구조자에게 손해가 발생한 경우 구조자는 민 사책임을 부담하지 않는다.”라고 규정함으로써 구조자의 선량한 구조행위를 보호하고 있다. 또한 침권책임법 제23조에서도 타인의 위험을 방지 및 제거하기 위하여 어떤 조치를 취하다 구조자 자신에게 손해가 발생한 경우에도 구조자를 보호하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 중국에서 사회적 문제로 되고 있는 이른바 ‘타인의 긴급구조요 청에 대한 무관심’에 대하여 착한사마리아인법과 연관하여 검토한다. 이럴 인정하고 있는 국가들의 입법과 중국의 현행법을 비교함으로써 중국법 상 적용에 있어 어떠한 문제가 있는지 고찰한다. 이를 통해 중국민법에서의 ‘사력구제’로 인한 민사책임실무 에 있어 참고자료로 활용할 수 있길 바란다. Since the “Peng Yu” case, the crisis of social trust has caused increasingly apathy passers-by in Chinese society, so that in China, more and more people refuse to rescue people in danger. So the voice of perfecting China’s own Good Samaritan Law is growing. Through the comparative study of Good Samaritan law in two important Legal Systems, we realize that the social situation faced by China differs from that of other countries that China is required to formulate its own special Good Samaritan Law. First of all, through analysis, China should not stipulate duty to rescue clause like most countries whether in public law or private law. Secondly, in terms of the protection of the rights and interests of the rescuers, China’s exemption clauses for the damages caused by the rescuers’ rescue actions are too radical, and the regulation of malicious false accusation needs to be strengthened.

      • A PILOT STUDY ON THE MANUFACTURING AND USEFULNESS OF SWAN NECK FINGER SPLINT USING 3D PRINTING TECHNOLOGY

        This study used 3D Printing Technology, which is one of the leading technologies of the fourth Industrial Revolution, to manufacture finger splints. The subject was a patient with Rheumatoid Arthritis who had a swan-neck deformity in the fingers. The manufacturing process included upper limb measurement, 3D modeling, 3D printing, and post-processing to complete the finger orthosis. The subject was asked to evaluate the satisfaction in order to check the usability and the experts were asked to evaluate the completeness. Satisfaction was evaluated by product satisfaction and service satisfaction, and as a result of product satisfaction, it was rated highest in the areas of size, weight, ease of wear, safety, durability, ease of use, and effectiveness. As a result of evaluating service satisfaction, all items received the highest score. Next, as a result of evaluating the completeness of the three assistant experts, the beauty area was rated as the highest whereas the comfort area was rated as the lowest. Since this study, however, is a single case study, there are limitations in generalizing the results. Therefore, it will be necessary to have more subjects to manufacture finger splints using 3D Printing Technology in the future.

        3D 프린팅 기술을 적용한 노인의 맞춤형 손잡이 지팡이 개발

        노인에게 건강한 삶을 영위하기 위해서는 보행이 중요하지만, 노화현상에 의해 자신의 능력만으로 걷기가 쉽지가 않다. 따라서 노인들의 보행을 도울 수 있는 보행보조기기의 역할은 날로 커지고 있지만 해외 기성품에 의존하고 있어 국내에서 체계적인 연구개발이 미비한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 빠르게 진행되고 있는 고령사회에 대비하기 위해 3D 프린팅 기술을 적용한 새로운 형태의 맞춤형 손잡이 지팡이를 개발하여 노인의 삶의 질 향상과 독립성 증진에 기여하고자 한다. 연구 대상자로 지팡이를 3년 이상 사용하고 있는 65세 이상의 노인 1명을 선정하여 3D 스캐너로 신체 데이터를 수집하고, 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 3D모델링과 3D프린팅, 후처리가공을 거쳐 맞춤형 손잡이 지팡이를 개발하였다. 제작된 맞춤형 손잡이 지팡이와 기존에 사용하던 기성품 지팡이에 대해서 한국판 보조기구 만족도 검사(QUEST 2.0)도구로 평가하여 제품만족도와 서비스 만족도를 비교하였다. 연구결과 제품만족도의 8개 항목 중에서 규격, 무게, 사용 및 설치 용이성, 안락감, 효과성의 6개 항목이 기존에 사용한 던 기성품 지팡이보다 높게나왔다, 나머지 2개 항목인 안전성과 내구성 항목의 점수는 변화가 없었다. 서비스만족도는 4개 항목 모두 맞춤형 손잡이 지팡이가 기성품 지팡이보다 높게 나왔다. Walking is important for the Senior to lead healthy lives, but aging makes it difficult for them to walk on their own. As a result, although walking aids for the senior are becoming increasingly important, they rely on ready-made devices, making systematic research and development useless in Korea. Therefore, this study aims to improve the quality of life and independence of senior by developing new types of custom handles cane with 3D printing technology to prepare for the rapidly aging society. We selected one senior aged 65 years and using the cane for more than 3 years. Then, body data was collected with a 3D scanner, and 3D modeling, 3D printing, and post-processing were performed to develop customized handle cane. The Korean-Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with Assistive Technology, Version 2.0 (QUEST 2.0) was evaluated to compare the custom handle bars and the existing cane used, and compared their satisfaction with the service. The research result that Among the eight items of product satisfaction, six items such as size, weight, ease of use and ease of installation, comfort, and effectiveness were found to be higher than those of the existing cane. The scores of the other two items, safety and endurance, were unchanged. Service satisfaction was higher in all four items than the existing cane.

      • Predicting occurrence patterns of fall webworms in Korea

        The fall webworm (FWW), Hyphantria cunea, defoliates most deciduous trees. After the first detection of FWW in Seoul in 1958, FWW had dispersed to the entire South Korea by 1972. Although currently the FWW density is not high, the defoliation is still reported in the nationwide. In Korea, FWW hibernates as a pupa and emerges between mid May and early June. Generally it is accepted that FWW has a bivoltine life cycle in South Korea: the first generation between mid May and early June and the second generation from late July to late August. However, recently the possibility of trivoltine populations in Korea has been discussed based on the field observations. In this study, we analyzed the field monitoring data and developed a model to predict occurrence patterns of FWW. We discuss the possibility of trivoltine populations in Korea based on the model developed.

        검도선수의 심리기술 검사지 개발에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop of psychological skill inventory for KumDo which is based on psychological control in base of competition. Each items on this inventory instrument that is selected by a variety of references and opened questionnaire is established in the pilot items through item appropriated subjugation and content-related validity investigation and pilot test is performed immediately by researcher. In addition to, technical and inferential statistical analysis and item analysis which are performed for reliability and validity test are tested to get rid inner concurrent degree on the items to make low. And for the next procedures, EFA is practiced for the test the structure of seleted items and also CFA is practice for the test the appropriate degree on the whole inventory validity. The results are as follows: First, the psychological skill inventory that appeared in competition for the players is structured by Will, Team combination, Anxiety, Goal Target, Confidence, Concentration, Mental training, and Arousal level. Secondly, Psychological skill inventory for KumDo is structured by 5 Likert Scale and completed in 32 all items. Thirdly, this inventory has con-structured validity as the results of EFA. Forthly, the 8 factors of this inventory as the results of the analysis of correlation coefficients procession are expressed not independent but by co-complexed psychological skill.

        UV irradiation effects on the bonding structure and electrical properties of ultra low-<i>k</i> SiOC(–H) thin films for 45 nm technology node

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Low-dielectric-constant SiOC(–H) thin films were deposited on <I>p</I>-type Si(100) substrates using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) from vinyltrimethylsilane (VTMS; CH<SUB>2</SUB> = CHSi(CH<SUB>3</SUB>)<SUB>3</SUB>) and oxygen gas as precursors. To improve the structural, mechanical and electrical characteristics, SiOC(–H) films deposited using PECVD were post-treated by ultraviolet (UV) irradiation for various time intervals. Carbon content of the SiOC(–H) films increased before 240 s of UV irradiation time. But carbon-bonded functional groups of the SiOC(–H) film, in case of 480 s UV irradiation time, is replaced with Si–O bond. Because the Si–CH<SUB>n</SUB> bond groups are broken due to UV irradiation, Therefore, the films are formed with Si–O bond rich in the Si–O–C(–H) structure. The lowest relative dielectric constant, leakage current density, the elastic modulus and the hardness of SiOC(–H) with 240 s of UV irradiation time were about 2.07, 2.1 × 10<SUP>−7</SUP>A/cm<SUP>2</SUP>, 43 GPa, and 3.68 GPa, respectively. The results indicate that the SiOC(–H) films exposed by UV irradiation improve the structural, mechanical, and electrical characteristics.</P>

      • Influences of elevated pressures on soot formation in coaxial ethylene–air diffusion flames under different ventilation conditions

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The effect of elevated pressures on the soot formation in coaxial ethylene-diffusion flame was investigated under different ventilation conditions, i.e. one with a chamber valve closed and the other with a chamber valve open. Experimental measurements include the soot volume fraction and macroscopic flame behaviors such as visible height and flame shape. The presence of ventilation-assisted flow around the flame was found to further increase the visible flame radius and height at elevated pressures. The maximum soot volume fraction measured within the flame was also increased with the ventilation-assisted flow as well as with the ambient pressure. Experimental results clearly indicate that changes in the physical appearance of the flames altered by ventilation-assisted flow are an important factor to affect the sooting behavior in coaxial diffusion flames.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> The presence of ventilation-assisted flow affects the appearance of flames. </LI> <LI> Changes in the appearance of flames are a critical factor for sooting behaviors. </LI> <LI> The maximum soot volume fraction increases with the ventilation-assisted flow. </LI> </UL> </P>
