This paper is analytical examination result about safety of hot air furnace and its accompanying installations which are installed at industrial buildings in the city, for winter air conditioning. Most of the furnace has so low efficiency that it requires high rate in fuel consumption and maintenance expense. Moreover, not only its life is shortening because they did not get anticorrorsion treatment, but also they did not devise a proper measure for prevention of disaster. So, we got the following resultant: For furnace body itself, it should be made of antithermal and anticorrosion metals, or be treated with an anticrrosion treatment and the using fuel should be treated with an anticorrosive. For sanitary condition, hot air aparatus should be equipped with the fresh air intake duct, air cleaner and humidifier. For prevention of a fire, the fire damper should be attached to the outtake duct entrance, guide vane to the corner of hot air duct and hot air duct itself should be made of heat proofing materials.

Thanks to the rapid growth of smart phone distribution rate, the consumers are using different shopping channels at once or aim an optimum shopping experience through on-time channel changes. However, the current multi or cross channels have limits to satisfy the consumers becoming ‘smarter’ everytime so it is essential the appearance and application of omni-channel which is more suitable in the current shopping environment. Although the omni-channel commerce throughout the world is just in its initiatives, Asian countries are not very active in introduction or development of omni-channel related services and it lacks the research on this field compared to the Occident. Therefore, this study investigated the relationship among perceived value, satisfaction and shopping channel switching intention of consumers to promote the omni-channel activation plan.
계란으로 부터의 E. coli 특이 항체 대량 생산에 관한 연구

포르말린으로처리한 장독소 E. coli을 20주령닭(이사브라운)에 면역시켰을 때 약 2주 경과 후 계란에서 항 E. coli 특이 항체의 생성을 확인할 수 있었고, 8주 후에 최고치에 도달하였다. 그리고 난황의 특이 항체 역가는 25주 후까지 일정하게 유지되었다. 계란 항체 단백질은 PEG 분리·정제법으로 8.66㎎/㎖ 의 수율로 항체를 얻을 수 있으며, 이 항체의 역가는 파쇄된 E. coli을 이용한 ELISA로 측정하였다. 이 항체를 Trypticase Soy Brith에 1∼10㎎/㎖의 비율로 첨가하여 E. coli과 혼합 배양하였을 때 E. coli의 생장을 현저히 억제함을 알 수 있어 계란 항체를 이용한 설사 예방·치료제 및 건강 보조 식품 개발이 가능할 것으로 보인다. Hens immunized with formalin-treated E. coli antigen, and anti-E. coli antibody(IgG) could be detected in egg yolks 2 weeks after the first antigen injection, reached peak at about 8 seeks. Levels of specific antibody activity in egg yolk continued 25 weeks after first immunizqation. Active immunoglobulin protein was isolated from egg yolk of immunized chickens with PEG purification method. Purification yield was 8.66㎎ per 1㎖ egg yolk. The antibody activity was measured by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) with sonicated E. coli cell as antigen. The anti-E. coli antibody(IgG) inhibited E. coli growth in trypticase soy broth culture at low concentration(1∼10㎎ IgG/㎖ TSB). It appears possible to use IgG for the formulation of food and therapeutic products, especially diarrhea.

N/A Background/Aims: It is suggested that diffuse esophagenl spasm (DES), nutcracker esophagus (NUT), and hypertensive lower esophageal sphincter (HLES) could be re-classified together as a spastic esophageal motility disorder of similar clinical background. However, there were no studies to evaluate the pathophysiological characteristics of these motor abnormalities. The aim of the study was to evaluate the changes of esophageal motor function depending on the different types of the bolus (water vs semi-solid bolus). Methods: Twenty-one healthy subjects and 42 subjects with primary esophageal motility disorders (4 DES, 12 NUT, 5 HLES, 12 nonspecific esophageal motility disorders, 9 normal) underwent a perfusion manometry with a low compliance pneumo-hydraulic capillary infusion system. Consecutively, each patient had l0 swallows of water and 10 swallows of Jello, 5 ml each. Results: In the healthy controls, the Jello swallow showed an increased amplitude and duration of distal esophageal contraction, and the velocity of peristalsis was decreased (p<0.05). Among all patients diagnosed by manometry with the water swallow, 2 cases diagnosed with HLES (40%) and 4 with NUT (33%) were changed to a diagnoses of DES after the Jello swallow. Moreover, HLES was found in 1 patient with DES (25%) and in 6 patients with NUT (50%). Conclusions: Semi-solid bolus swallows increase the contractile force of the esophagus more than water swallows. A conventional manometric diagnosis could be changed to a different spastic motility disorder of the esophagus after a semi-solid bolus swallow. It is suggested that DES, NUT, and HLES can be considered as a spectrum of spastic esophageal motility disorders sharing a similar pathophysiology. P-124 Nutritional Assessment in Lung Transplantation Patients

Background: As increasing the number of lung transplantation (LTX) and the rate of the operation success, many studies about prognostic factors of LTX have been published. Malnutrition is one established factor related to prognosis in patients with LTX. Recently, PNI (prognostic nutritional index) has shown promising results in predicting patient prognosis in various diseases. The purpose of this study was to review recipients to determine if PNI at prior to LTX can serve as prognostic factors. Methods: A total of 101 patients who underwent single or double LTX at the Severance hospital, Yonsei University from October 2012 to October 2015 were included. The prognostic significance of PNI and other clinical factors was identified by univariate and multivariate analysis. Results: The mean age of the 61 male and 40 female patients was 52.1 years. Compared with high PNI group (n = 53), low PNI (n = 48) group was significantly associated with age and elevated C-reactive protein (CRP) level. Multivariate cox regression analysis showed that the patient`s pre-transplantation PNI score very strongly influenced the post transplantation survival after adjusted other confounding factors (HR: 4.443, 95% CI:1.998 to 9.927, p<0.001). Conclusions: The PNI is a simple and most useful marker not only to identify patients at increased risk for postoperative complications, but also to predict mortality after lung transplantation. Preoperative nutritional assessment should be included in the routine assessment of awaiting for lung transplantation patients.

A total of 38 bacterial strains within the classes Bacilli and Deinococci were isolated from various sources in Korea. Samples were collected from animal intestine, urine, soil, tidal flat mud, and kimchi. In the sequence comparison and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA sequences, the 38 isolates were assigned to the classes Bacilli and Deinococci with sequence similarities more than 98.7%. Twenty-four strains and 13 strains were classified the order Bacillales and Lactobacillales in the class Bacilli, respectively. In the order Bacillales, there were nine species in the genus Bacillus, seven species in the genus Paenibacillus, and the remaining eight species in the genera Domibacillus, Halobacillus, Virgibacillus, Lysinibacillus, Paenisporosarcina, Planococcus, Savagea, and Staphylococcus. In the order Lactobacillales, there were four species in the genus Lactobacillus, three species in the genus Leuconostoc, three species in the genus Lactococcus, and the remaining three species in the genera Aerococcus, Enterococcus, and Streptococcus. One species was related to the genus Deinococcus of the order Deinococcales. Most of the isolated strains were Gram-stain-positive, but some were Gram-stain-variable or Gram-stain-negative. Cells were rod or cocci-shaped. Based on the results of 16S rRNA analysis, we report 38 strains as previously unrecorded species to Korea, and the basic characteristics of strains are described herein.
