        스포츠 참여 동기유발요인과 소비행동과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine relationship of sports participation motive-induction factors with consumption behavior. By using random sampling, 550 university students were sampled as subjects from 5 universities. Questionnaire data were obtained from all subjects by self-administration method, and 496(90.18%) out of 550 cases were used as valid samples. Frequency analysis and One-Way ANOVA were conducted and SPSS/PC+11.0 program was used. Results could be summarized as the following. First, Relationship of social facilitation and affiliation with media consumption presented differences. Relationship of social facilitation and affiliation with record observation presented differences. Relationship of affiliation and aesthetic with goods consumption presented differences. Among the sports participation motive-induction factors, social facilitation and affiliation factors are very affective to consumption behavior. Second. Relationship of living standard with consumption behavior presented no differences. Relationship of circle joining with media consumption and record observation presented differences. Relationship of sports consciousness with all of consumption behavior factors presented differences.

        Biodiesel production from the black soldier fly larvae grown on food waste and its fuel property characterization as a potential transportation fuel

        Insects have a great potential to be used as feedstocks for biodiesel production due to their intrinsic high lipid contents. In particular, biodiesel production from black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) is promising because of its advantages in engineering aspects such as a rapid proliferation, more lipid storage due to long-development time in larva stage, self-separation from organic waste. In this study, biodiesel was synthesized through (trans)esterification of BSFL grown on food waste to achieve both biofuel production from organic waste materials. In addition, all fuel properties of the biodiesel were examined to evaluate its feasibility as a potential transportation fuel in Korea. The highest yield of biodiesel obtained in this study was 86.51%. All the parameters of biodiesel produced from BSFL satisfied the Korea fuel standard (KS M 2965) except oxidation stability. The quality criterion of oxidation stability met the fuel standard with an addition of small quantity of tert-butylhydroquinone.

        By the results of the study on student's physique and physical performance. one thousand five hundred and ninty students of male 806and female 791 of K. University. we had the conclusion as the followings. (1) The maximum developing age of ohysque of male students is 20 years old of age on Height, Weight, Sitting-Height and is 17years old of age on Weight, Chest-Girth and 19years old of age on Sitting-Height. (2) The maximum development of physical performance of male student is 17years old of age on 10 meter Shuttle-Run and 1,000 meter Distance Run and 18years old of age on Sitting-Ups and 19yeas old of age on Grip-Strength, Standing Long-Jump and 20years old of age on Trunk-Flexiblity and pull-Ups. Female student is 17years old of age on 10 meter ShuttlezRun and 18years old of age on Standing- Long-Jump, 50 meter Running, 19yers old of age on 50 meter-Run.

        With the view to investigate the state of physical structure and nourishment of the freshmen students, total 1597 freshmen students (806 boys and 791 girls in Keimyung College, including Junior College students) height, weight chest and sitting height were measured. On the basis of this data, various kinds of numerical index were calculated. The Conclusions of this paper are as below. 1. Status of growth.       • 跆拳道競技의 攻擊과 防禦에 對한 一硏究 : 反應時間을 中心으로 mainly dealing with the reaction hours

        In the study of the offence and defence in the Taekwondo game mainly dealing with the reaction hours, I concluded as follows according to the data gained in this study. 1) In the training of Taekwondo game, training is necessary in order to enforcement various factors such as speed, muscular strength, power, endurance strength and control strength. 2) The training of Taekwondo game must be carried out the training of the training of the nervous system to be able to speed the reaction speed about the stimulation according as reaction hours is applied to the game or training. 3) In terms of spiritual fields, through the training of many kind of spiritual factors-such as the capacity of endurance, concentration, resolution, action(extroversion), thought(introversion), etc., it must be repeatedly carried out the training of spiritual concentration. 4) As the result of cureton's study is proved that the most senstive reaction is the sense of simultaneous sight and hearing stimulation, the sense of stimultaneous sight and hearing offence must be considered, and the training of eye-sight is attached importance to the training of Taekwondo because the reaction hours by the eyesight is longer than any other reactioin elements. 5) We must recongnize that the offence type is more unfavourable type compared with the defence type, and must study the counter measure against the nature and sorts of stimulation. 6) As we face our ordinary training supplemented by the reformed training through the decision and training of reaction about success and failure, We can improve the game management, to seize an opportunity, game ability.

        Influence of Perilla frutescens var. acuta Water Extract on the Shelf Life and Physicochemical Qualities of Cooked Beef Patties

        This study investigated the effects of Perilla frutescens var. acuta water extract (WEP) on the shelf life and physicochemical qualities of cooked beef patties. The WEP contained phenolic compounds (80.65 mg gallic acid equivalents/g) and had half-maximal effective concentrations of 0.437 and 4.509 mg/mL for scavenging of DPPH and ABTS+ radicals, respectively. Treatment with 0.6% WEP inhibited the growth of Escherichia coli O157:H7 (p<0.05). Based on the result of the antioxidative potential and antimicrobial potential of WEP, beef patties were prepared with three treatment groups: (1) beef patties without added antioxidant (control); (2) beef patties with 0.02% L-ascorbic acid (BAA); and (3) beef patties with 0.6% WEP (BWEP). The pH and cooking loss of BWEP were lower and higher than those in the control, respectively (p<0.05). When cooked beef patties were stored for 21 d at 4°C, the total number of aerobic bacteria in BWEP was lower than those in the control on all days except day 14 (p<0.05). The TBARS values in BWEP were lower than those of controls on days 7, 14, and 21 (p<0.05). Compared to control and BAA, BWEP had lower L* and b* values and higher a* values throughout the storage period (p<0.05). Except on day 0, acceptability was higher in BWEP than in control and BAA (p<0.05). According to results, WEP can be used as a natural ingredient that improves the shelf life and sensorial qualities of meat products.

        성인 급성골수성 백혈병의 DAV ( Doxorubicin Ara - C and Vp - 16 ) 복합화학요법

        N/A To evaluate the therapeutic effect and usefulness of DAV combination chemotherapy, 12 patients with adult acute myelogenous leukemia were treated with a DAV (Doxorubicin 45 ㎎/㎡ 4, days 3-5, Ara-C 100 ㎎/㎡ 4, days 1-8 and VP-16 100 ㎎/㎡ 4, days 6-8) regimen for remission induction. The results were as follows: 1) The rate of complete remission was 10/13 (76.9%) including one case of re-induction chemotherapy. 2) The median remission duration and the median survival duration in-completely remitted patients were 8 months (1-16 months) and 10 months (2-25 months), respectively. 3) Two among the 9 remitted patients were relapsed (22%). 4) The 2-year survival rates of all patients, the completely remitted patients and the in-completely remitted patients were 33%, 50% and 0%, respectively. 5) The drug toxicities of grade 3 or more (grade 2 or more in anorexia, nausea and alopecia) according to ECOG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) toxicity criteria were as follows: leukopenia-11/12 (92%), anorexia and nausea-8/12 (67%), alopecia-8/12 (67%), mucositis and stomatitis-7/12 (58%) and hemorrhage-5/12 (42%). Thus, we conclude that DAV combination chemotherapy is one of the useful and encouraging therapeutic regimens in remission induction of adult acute myelogenous leukemia.
