        3상 4선식 배전방식에서 비선형 부하증가로 인한 제 3고조파 전류발생은 선로의 중성선 및 기기를 과열시키는 원인으로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 고조파에 의한 역률저하 및 기기, 선로 등을 안전하게 보호할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 제 3고조파 전류로 인한 사고사례를 조사하고 고조파 분석 및 부하 불평형 등을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 가장 경제적인 4극 저압차단기를 사용하여 중성선의 과전류로부터 선로 및 기기를 보호하는 방법을 제시하였다. In 3-phase 4 wire system, appearance of the 3<SUP>rd</SUP> harmonic current by increasing non-liner load is the one of causes overheating neutral wire of power line, and apparatus. So it is necessary to protect power-factor decreasing by the 3<SUP>rd</SUP> harmonic, and electric power apparatus, and line safely. in this study, power system accidents caused by the 3<SUP>rd</SUP> harmonic were investigated, then harmonic components analysis and unbalanced load analysis got accomplished. As result, we proposed the method to protect the power line and apparatus from over-current of neutral line by using the most economic 4-pole low voltage circuit breaker.

        근내지방도가 한우육의 품질 및 항산화성 Dipeptide 특성에 미치는 영향

        근내지방도(IMF)가 한우육의 품질 및 기능성분에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여, 250두의 한우를 근내지방 함량에 따라 Low(<14%, n=96), Medium(14∼17%, n=83), High(>17%; n=71) 세 그룹으로 분류하고, 7일간 숙성 후 등심육의 품질 및 기능성분을 분석하였다. 한우 등심육의 수분 함량은 IMF와 반비례하였으며, High IMF 그룹은 Low IMP 그룹에 비하여 낮은 드립 감량을 나타내었다. 기능성 didpeptide 함량은 IMF에 따라 유의적 차이가 없었으나, High IMF 그룹은 다른 그룹보다 낮은 inosine monophosphate, 높은 hypoxanthine, 낮은 histidine 함량은 나타내었다. 불포화지방산의 비율은 IMF에 따라 유의적 차이가 없었다. 저지방육의 건강지향적 가치를 고려할 때 지나친 IMF를 목표로 하는 육종 및 사양은 지양되어야 할 것으로 판단되었다.

        중국 근대 잡지, <동방잡지(東方雜志)> 표지 디자인의 조형 분석

        연구배경 <동방잡지>는 중국 근대에서 가장 오래된 대형 종합 잡지이다. 그 독특한 스타일은 현대 잡지 표지 디자인에 큰 영향을 주었다고 주장한다. 아직 중국에서는 <동방잡지> 표지 디자인과 관련된 연구가 제대로 이루어지지 않은 상황이다. 본문은 <동방잡지>일반 간행물 표지의 조형 요소에 대한 정리, 분류와 분석을 통해 중국 근대 잡지의 표지 디자인 특징을 이해하고, 후속 연구의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법 <동방잡지>의 창간부터 종간까지 44년간의 103장 표지의 연구 방법을 살펴보면, 잡지표지 디자인 조형 요소의 표현 형태를 근거로 잡지 표제의 배치와 서체, 문양과 장식의 활용, 이미지의 활용으로 나눌 수 있으며, 이미지의 내용을 근거로 이미지를 중국 전통 도안, 외래 고대 신화 소재, 만화, 사진 이미지의 활용과 기타로 구분할 수 있다. 이상의 요소를 연도별로 정리 분석하였다. 연구결과 <동방잡지>표제의 구도 유형 중에서 중앙 최상단이 차지하는 비율이 가장 많았으며, 글자체에 있어서는 해서가 가장 많았다. 문양과 장식의 소재에서부터 보면, 자연문양이 가장 많이 사용 되었으며, 기술상에서는 변형 기법이 가장 많았다. 조형 요소와 활용도 측면에서는 이미지 사용 비율이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. <동방잡지> 조형 요소에 대한 분석을 통해 <동방잡지>표지 디자인의 기초 자료를 파악할 수 있었다. 결론 본문은 일반 간행물 중 중복되지 않는 103장의 표지를 선정하여 잡지 표지 디자인 조형 요소의 다양한 표현 형식을 근거로 잡지 표제의 구성, 장식과 문양의 구성 그리고 이미지 요소의 구성 등을 정리하였다. 그리고 이미지 요소의 구성은 이미지 내용을 근거로 다시 중국 전통 도안, 국외 고대 신화, 만화 및 사진의 활용 등으로 분류하였다. 이상의 내용에 대한 분류 정리는 아직 진행된 적이 없기 때문에, 필자의 정리를 통해 직관적으로 조형 요소의 응용 추세를 파악할 수 있을 것이며, 이는 시대와 문화의 이해에 도움을 줄 것이다. Background The Eastern Miscellany is the oldest comprehensive magazine in modern China. Its unique style has a great influence on the design of modern magazine covers. In China, relevant research on the cover design of 'Oriental Magazine' has not yet formed. This article will review the styling, classification, and analysis of the cover of the 'Oriental Magazine' general newspaper cover to understand the cover design features of modern Chinese magazines and provide basic data for follow-up research. Methods Since from the first issue of the Eastern Miscellany, collect and organize the cover of all issues of Eastern Miscellany. Then classify according to different visual elements for classification analysis based on different results. Then analyze different results, and try to know the application trend of the modelling elements. Result 32 format edition was used in cover design in the first issue when the Eastern Miscellany was established and then the layout changed to 16 format after 1912. Regarding title layout, the top middle ratio takes up the largest proportion and fonts are mostly in regular script. Regarding pattern and decoration, materials, natural patterns are mostly used. Transformation technique is mostly used. In terms of modelling elements and application degree, the application ratio of illustration is the highest. Analysis on the modelling elements in the Eastern Miscellany can help researchers to master the basic materials of the Eastern Miscellany cover design. Conclusion This article selects the cover of Chapter 103, which is not repeated in the general newspapers and magazines, and organizes the composition, decoration, pattern composition, and composition of the image elements of magazine titles in various forms of magazine cover design. In addition, the composition of the image factors is reclassified into Chinese traditional patterns, ancient myths, comics, and photographs according to the image content. As the classification of the above content has not been carried out, the author's arrangement can intuitively grasp the application trends of modeling elements, which will help understand the understanding of the times and culture.

        Maternal Posttraumatic Stress Symptoms and Psychological Burden in Mothers of Korean Children With Anaphylaxis

        Purpose: Anaphylaxis is a severe allergic reaction that is potentially life-threatening, but post-traumatic stress symptoms (PTSS) in the caregivers of children with anaphylaxis have not been evaluated. This study aimed to investigate the psychological burden on mothers of children with recent anaphylaxis. Methods: A total of 188 children with recent anaphylaxis was recruited from 13 hospitals in Korea. Validated questionnaires, including the Korean versions of the Beck Anxiety Inventory (K-BAI), the Beck Depression Inventory (K-BDI), and the Impact of Event Scale Revised-Korean version (IES-R-K), were used to evaluate maternal anxiety, depression, and PTSS. Results: The median ages of children and their mothers were 4 and 36 years, respectively. PTSS (IES-R-K ≥ 25) were identified in 56.9% of mothers, and 57.9% of them showed severe PTSS. The proportions of mothers who had anxiety (K-BAI ≥ 22) and depression (K-BDI ≥ 17) were 18.6% and 33.0%, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis indicated that the patient’s history of asthma (adjusted odds ratio [aOR], 5.46; 95% CI, 1.17–25.59) and the presence of central nervous symptoms (aOR, 3.27; 95% CI, 1.07–9.96) were associated with PTSS. Age of 2 or older (aOR, 2.87; 95% CI, 1.10–7.52) and eggs, milk, or wheat as the cause of anaphylaxis (aOR, 2.87; 95% CI, 1.10–7.52) increased the risk of severe PTSS. Conclusions: The rate of PTSS among mothers of children with recent anaphylaxis was high at 56.9%. Clinicians who care for pediatric anaphylaxis patients should be aware of the psychological burden on their caregivers.

      • Lentibacillus lacisalsi sp. nov., a moderately halophilic bacterium isolated from a saline lake in China

        An aerobic, spore-forming, moderately halophilic bacterium, strain BH260^(T), was isolated from a salt lake in China. Cells of this strain were found to be motile rods with flagella. The organism grew optimally at 30-32℃ and pH 8·0 in the presence of 12-15% (w/v) NaCl. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that the isolate formed a clade with the type strains of the genus Lentibacillus. The levels of 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity for strain BH260^(T) with respect to Lentibacillus salsus KCTC 3911^(T), Lentibacillus juripiscarius JCM 12147^(T) and Lentibacillus salicampi KCCM 41560^(T) were 96·0, 95·5 and 95·3%, respectively. Chemotaxonomic data (a DNA G+C content of 44 mol%; MK-7 as the major isoprenoid quinone; A1γ-meso-diaminopimelic acid as the cell-wall type; phosphatidylglycerol and diphosphatidylglycerol as the major polar lipids; anteiso-C_(15:0), anteiso-C_(17:0) and iso-C_(16:0) as the major fatty acids) also supported assignment of the isolate to the genus Lentibacillus. On the basis of physiological and molecular properties, the isolate represents a novel species within the genus Lentibacillus, for which the name Lentibacillus lacisalsi sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is BH260^(T) (=KCTC 3915^(T)=DSM 16462^(T)).

        <P>An endospore-forming, rod-shaped bacterium was isolated from the rhizosphere of willow roots in Korea. The bacterium, designated strain BR030T, was a strictly aerobic, motile rod. The cell wall contained type A1gamma peptidoglycan with meso-diaminopimelic acid as the diagnostic diamino acid. The major cellular fatty acids were anteiso-C(15 : 0), iso-C(15 : 0), iso-C(14 : 0) and iso-C(16 : 0). The major cellular phospholipids were phosphatidylglycerol, diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine and unknown phospholipids (PL1, PL2). The genomic DNA G+C content was 36 mol%. Comparative 16S rRNA gene sequence analyses showed that strain BR030T formed a distinct phyletic line within the genus Bacillus and was most closely related to Bacillus flexus DSM 1320T, with 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity of 96.8 %. Sequence similarities to other type strains were lower than 96.2 %. On the basis of physiological and molecular properties, the isolate represents a novel species within the genus Bacillus, for which the name Bacillus koreensis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is BR030T (= KCTC 3914T = DSM 16467T).</P>

        Report on 31 unrecorded bacterial species in Korea that belong to the phylum Actinobacteria

        To discover and characterize indigenous species in Korea, a total of 31 bacterial strains that belong to the phylum Actinobacteria were isolated from various niches in Korea. Each strain showed the high sequence similarity (>99.1%) with the closest bacterial species, forming a robust phylogenetic clade. These strains have not been previously recorded in Korea. According to the recently updated taxonomy of the phylum Actinobacteria based upon 16S rRNA trees, we report 25 genera of 13 families within 5 orders of the class Actinobacteria as actinobacterial species found in Korea. Cellular morphology, Gram staining, basic biochemical characteristics are described in the species description.

        Bone Formation Effect of the RGD-bioconjugated Mussel Adhesive Proteins Composite Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose Hydrogel Based Nano Hydroxyapatite and Collagen Membrane in Rabbits

        Injectable RGD-bioconjugated Mussel Adhesive Proteins (RGD-MAPs) composite hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) hydrogels provide local periodontal tissue for bone filling in periodontal surgery. Previously we developed a novel type of injectable self-supported hydrogel (2 mg/ml of RGD-MAPs/HPMC) based porcine nano hydroxyapatite (MPH) for dental graft, which could good handling property, biodegradation or biocompatibility with the hydrogel disassembly and provided efficient cell adhesion activity and no inflammatory responses. Herein, the aim of this work was to evaluate bone formation following implantation of MPH and collagen membrane in rabbit calvarial defects. Eight male New Zealand rabbits were used and four circular calvarial defects were created on each animal. Defects were filled with different graft materials: 1) collagen membrane, 2) collagen membrane with MPH, 3) collagen membrane with bovine bone hydroxyapatite (BBH), and 4) control. The animals were sacrificed after 2 and 8 weeks of healing periods for histologic analysis. Both sites receiving MPH and BBH showed statistically increased augmented volume and new bone formation (p < 0.05). However, there was no statistical difference in new bone formation between the MPH, BBH and collagen membrane group at all healing periods. Within the limits of this study, collagen membrane with MPH was an effective material for bone formation and space maintaining in rabbit calvarial defects.
