진동해석과 기술에 있어서 실험과 해석분야 모두 다 같이 발전한 것은 사실이지만, 실험해석법은 유한요소법과 같은 이론해석법만큼 발달한 것이라 할 수 없을 것이다. 그 이유 중에 하나로 비선형 방정식을 푸는데 있어 초기치의 선택에 따라 계산시간이 길어지고 해가 종종 발산하기도 하기 때문이다. 일반적으로 실험모드해석에 있어 방정식은 고유진동수와 감쇠비의 비선형 항과 등가강성이 선형 항으로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 비선형 항을 먼저 구하고, 다음에 선형 항을 구하였다. 개발된 실험모드해석법(곡선맞춤법)을 선체상부구조 모델에 적용하여, 모드 특성치들을 계산하였다. 또한 개발된 프로그램은 그래픽기법을 적용하여 간단한 마우스 조작으로 채용 모드수와 감쇠비를 결정할 수 있도록 하였다. It might be true that both experimental and analytic techniques have been developed in the vibration analysis and engineering. It could not be said, however, that the experimental method has been also developed as much as analytic method, such as Finite Element Method. One of the reasons is that computation time becomes longer and that the solution often diverges depending on the choice of initial value in solving nonlinear equation, The equation in experimental modal analysis is usually composed of the nonlinear term of natural frequency and modal damping ratio, and the linear one of equivalent stiffness. In this study, the nonlinear terms were solved first, and then the linear term was obtained. The experimental modal parameters were estimated, applying the developed experimental modal analysis (curve-fitting method) to the super-structure model. In addition, the number of modes and modal damping ratio could be easily determined by the developed program with the application of graphical techniques and with easy handling mouse button.
海水汚染 指標種으로서의 Heminerita japonica에 關하여

Gastropoda communities were examined to determine the indicators as sea-water pollution in the tidal zone of Inchon and Yongyoudo. Among the factors of sea-water qualities, BOD was 22.42±8.77 ppm and showed higher values than the limiting values of pollution, 5-10 ppm in Inchon Individual number of Heminerita japonica was negatively correlated to the values of BOD.
Long pulse beam extraction with a prototype ion source for the KSTAR neutral beam system

<P>Long pulse operational characteristics of the high current ion source for the KSTAR neutral beam system are described. The beam pulse length of 300 s was successfully operated at a beam power of 1.6 MW with a beam energy of 70 keV. Beam energy, beam current, beam divergence, arc power, and several other operational parameters were measured during a pulse to analyze the long pulse properties. The increase of the cooling water temperature of the accelerator grids and plasma generator components were measured by water flow calorimetric system using thermocouples. The temperature rises of the filament electrodes of the ion source and the G1 grids (plasma grids) of the accelerator turned out to be the critical factors of the long pulse operation in the current system.</P>
Loss of Heterozygosity at 1p, 7q, 17p, and 22q in Meningiomas

Objective : Allelic losses or loss of heterozygosity (LOH) at many chromosomal loci have been found in the cells of meningiomas. The objective of this study was to evaluate LOH at several loci of different chromosomes (1p32, 17p13, 7q21, 7q31, and 22q13) in different grades of meningiomas. Methods : Forty surgical specimens were obtained and classified as benign, atypical, and anaplastic meningiomas. After DNA extraction, ten polymorphic microsatellite markers were used to detect LOH. Medical and surgical records, as well as pathologic findings, were reviewed retrospectively. Results : LOH at 1p32 was detected in 24%, 60%, and 60% in benign, atypical, and anaplastic meningiomas, respectively. Whereas LOH at 7q21 was found in only one atypical meningioma. LOH at 7q31 was found in one benign meningioma and one atypical meningioma. LOH at 17p13 was detected in 4%, 40%, and 80% in benign, atypical, and anaplastic meningiomas, respectively. LOH at 22q13 was seen in 48%, 60%, and 60% in benign, atypical, and anaplastic meningiomas, respectively. LOH results at 1p32 and 17p13 showed statistically significant differences between benign and non-benign meningiomas. Conclusion : LOH at 1p32 and 17p13 showed a strong correlation with tumor progression. On the other hand, LOH at 7q21 and 7q31 may not contribute to the development of the meningiomas.

Up to now, vibration analysis and vibration engineering have been developed, encompassing the aspects of both experimental and analytical techniques. Using experimental modal analysis or modal testing, the mode shapes and frequencies of practical structure can be measured accurately. Curve-Fitting Method is realized through experimental modal identification. In the experimental modal parameter estimation, the estimation of modal damping factor is difficult for complicated and large structure. Also numbers of Selected mode are determined before the procedure. This paper describes the vibration shape of the super-structure model of ship through experimental modal analysis.

선박의 상하동요 및 종동요 간의 내항성능은 승객에게 피로감을 주며, 적재된 화물과 선체에 탑재된 재설비에 구조적 하중을 가져오게 된다. 이러한 점을 개선하기 위해 소형 카타마란 파워요트 설계시 해당 실적선 조사와 선저형상을 결정하여 선형을 설계하였다. 본 연구에서는 국내 연안의 해양환경에 대한 기초자료를 토대로 운동성능 해석조건을 선정하였다. 이를 통해 카타마란형 레저선박의 운동성능을 선속에 따라 고찰하였다. 파도와 선박의 만남각에 따른 내항성능을 추정하여, 파랑의 만남주파수에 대한 응답진폭비와 운동성능이 우수한 영역에 대해서 평가하였다. The ship's seakeeping performance in the pitching and roll motion was felt tired. These gives structural loads to loaded with cargo and hull facilities. Be to improve, small catamaran power yacht designed a data for ship research and ship's hull form to be decided. In this study, based on domestic release for coastal marine environment in the interpretation criteria were chosen based on the exercise performance. The seakeeping performance of marine leisure catamaran was based on voyage speed. The seakeeping performance estimates based on the encounter angle, the wave of the encounter frequency response amplitude ratio for exercise was assessed in the high performance area.
