MULTIDIMENSIONAL INTEGRATION VIA TRAPEZOIDAL AND THREE POINT GENERATORS

Multidimensional integrals are expressed in terms of lower dimensional integrals and function evaluations. An iterative process is used where a trapezoidal and three point identities are used as generators for higher dimensional identities. Bounds are obtained utilising the resulting identities. It is demonstrated that earlier Ostrowski type results are obtained as particular instances of the current work.

A generalised Taylor series with integral remainder involving a convex combination of the end points of the interval under consideration is investigated. Perturbed generalised Taylor series are bounded in terms of Lebesgue p-norms on $[a,b]^2$ for $f_{\Delta}:[a,b]^2{\rightarrow}\mathbb{R}$ with $f_{\Delta}(t,s)=f(t)-f(s)$.
ON PERTURBED TRAPEZOIDAL AND MIDPOINT RULES

Explicit hounds are obtained for the perturbed, or corrected, trapezoidal and midpoint rules in terms of the Lebesque norms of the second derivative of the function. It is demonstrated that the bounds obtained are the same for both rules although the perturbation or the correction term is different.
DISCRETE CHEBYCHEV FOR MEANS OF SEQUENCES OF DIFFERENT LENGTHS

Bounds for discrete Chebychev functionals that involve means of sequences of different lengths are investigated in the current article. Earlier bounds for the Chebychev functional involving sums of sequences of the same lengths are utilised in the current development. Weighted generalised Chebychev functionals are also examined.

In this work, the synthesis and characterization of IGZO fi lms was carried out from the individual analysis of ZnO fi lms doped at diff erent In 3+ and Ga 3+ wt.%. The thin fi lms were obtained by solution processes at low temperature (200 °C). The fi lms were characterized by X-ray Diff raction, optical transmittance, FTIR spectroscopy and resistivity. It was found that the variation of doping aff ected the content of organic residuals in the deposited fi lms. In addition, the fabrication and characterization of Metal–Insulator–Semiconductor capacitors on plastic substrates are presented. Interestingly, there was a correlation in the hysteresis with the doping of In 3+ and Ga 3+ .
