The purpose of this study was to investigate the Study of Analysis for sports participating motives on Taekwondo players. Therefore, in this study, subjects of 28 students(university players 14 students, highschool players 14 students) was classified for sports participating motives(Intrinsic motivation, Extrinsic motivation, amotivation). The result of this study as follows. First, Intrinsic motivation in the lower part variables(achievement, delight) was highly investigated more high school students than university students and skill-development more university students than high school students. Intrinsic motivation was significant(p<.05). Second, Extrinsic motivation in the lower part variables(social intercourse, ostentation) was highly investigated more high school students than university students and condition, fitness more university students than high school students. Extrinsic motivation was significant(p<.01). Third, amotivation was highly investigated more high school students than university students, each group was significant(p<.001).

The harbor Calmness decides is hydraulic and numerical medel test. The study is Hongdo harbor building of accompany that hydraulic and numerical motel test as breakwater plan arrangement for analysis of in harbor clmness and The harbor operate rate as invsetigates is result as numerical model test. This summarize shoes the following result 1. The analysis result is nearly agreed of hydraulic and numerical model test. 2. The analysis result is case.4 is very calmness of hydraulic and numerical model test and case.1 is failed, case.2, case.3 of campared as case.3 of judged that more calmness of arrangement all borken course. 3. The analysis test results of the harbor operate rate case.1 is samall then another cases that critical wave height of anchor area but the calmness of anchor area of the case.1 that is much broarder than Hongdo anchor area therefor case.1 was decided no problme that ship is used harbor. This study result will be used of Hongdo harbor in the future for plan building of breatwater. The future for hardof high exactly as hydraulic and numerical model test especially, the will be studied numerical model test for beach reflection, breaking wave height, submerged friction.

Development of Life Test Equipment with Real Time Monitoring System for Butterfly Valves

Small valves including ball valves, gate valves and butterfly valves have been adopted in the fields of steam power generation, petrochemical industry, carriers, and oil tankers. Butterfly valves have normally been applied to fields where in narrow places installing the existing valves such as gate valves and ball valves have proven difficult due to the surrounding area and the heavier of these valves. Butterfly valves are used to control the mass flow of the piping system under low pressure by rotating the circular disk installed inside. The butterfly valve is benefitted by having simpler structure in which the flow is controlled by rotating the disc circular plate along the center axis, whereas the weight of the valve is light compared to the gate valve and ball valve above-mentioned, as there is no additional bracket supporting the valve body. The manufacturing company needs to acquire the performance and life test equipment, in the case of adopting the improving factors to detect leakage and damage on the seat of the valve disc. However, small companies, which are manufacturing the industrial valves, normally sell their products without the life test, which is the reliability test and environment test, because of financial and manpower problems. Furthermore, the failure mode analysis of the products failed in the field is likewise problematic as there is no system collecting the failure data on sites for analyzing the failures of valves. The analyzing and researching process is not arranged systematically because of the financial problem. Therefore this study firstly tried to obtain information about the failure data from the sites, analyzed the failure mode based on the field data collected from the customers, and then obtained field data using measuring equipment. Secondly, we designed and manufactured the performance and life test equipment which also have the real time monitoring system with the naked eye for the butterfly valves. The concept of this equipment can also be adopted by other valves, such as the ball valve, gate valve, and various others. It can be applied to variously sized valves, ranging from 25 mm to large sized valves exceeding 3000 mm. Finally, this study carries out the life test with square wave pressure, using performance and life test equipment. The performance found out that the failures from the real time monitoring system were good. The results of this study can be expanded to the other valves like ball valves, gate valves, and control valves to find out the failure mode using the real time monitoring system for durability and performance tests.

Tuberculosis is primarily a pulmonary disease, but extra-pulmonary manifestations are not uncommon, especially in children and adolescents. Ten percent of extra pulmonary tuberculosis localizes to the bones and joints, and 56% of such cases affect the spine. We treated a childhood case of spinal tuberculosis misdiagnosed as muscular dystrophy in a patient without specific constitutional symptoms. We report this case because the patient had an unusual presentation of spinal tuberculosis.

It has been shown that the accumulation of prion in the cytoplasm can result in neurodegenerative disorders. Synthetic prion peptide 106-126 (PrP) is a glycoprotein that is expressed predominantly by neurons and other cells, including glial cells. Prion-induced chronic neurodegeneration has a substantial inflammatory component, and an increase in the levels of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) may play an important role in neurodegenerative development and progression. However, the expression of MMPs in PrP induced rat astrocytes and microglia has not yet been compared. Thus, in this study, we examined the fluorescence intensity of CD11b positive microglia and Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein (GFAP) positive astrocytes and found that the fluorescent intensity was increased following incubation with PrP at 24 hours in a dose-dependent manner. We also observed an increase in interleukin-1 beta (IL-$1{\beta}$) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-${\alpha}$) protein expression, which are initial inflammatory cytokines, in both PrP induced astrocytes and microglia. Furthermore, an increase MMP-1, 3 and 11 expressions in PrP induced astrocytes and microglia was observed by real time PCR. Our results demonstrated PrP induced activation of astrocytes and microglia respectively, which resulted in an increase in inflammatory cytokines and MMPs expression. These results provide the insight into the different sensitivities of glial cells to PrP.
