      • Inventory Prediction Research Based on the Improved BP Neural Network Algorithm

        Since the idea of the supply chain management is proposed, many enterprises have attached great importance to the supply chain management and pay a lot of manpower and resources to study. It is also the focus to study the inventory in the field of the supply chain. Quantity of the inventory is not only related to the profit of the enterprises, but also related to the survival of the entire supply chain. Predicting the inventory can improve the ability of enterprises to prevent risk, increase the profits and reduce the losses. In order to predict better on inventory, we propose an improved BP neural network algorithm. In the algorithm, we use the improved GSA algorithm to optimize the parameters of BP neural network algorithm and improve the BP neural network algorithm aiming at its deficiency. The experimental results show that this method has good prediction effect.

      • Video-assisted Thoracic Surgery Versus Thoracotomy for Non-small-cell Lung Cancer

        Video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) has been recommended as more optimal surgical technique than traditional thoracotomy for lobectomy in lung cancer, but it is not well defined. Here, we compared VATS and traditional thoracotomy based on clinical data. From November 2008 to November 2010, 180 patients underwent lobectomy for non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCL) identified by computerized tomography. Of them, 83 cases were performed with VATS and 97 by thoracotomy. Clinical parameters, consisting of blood loss, operating time, number of lymph node dissection, days of pleural cavity drainage, and length of stay were recorded and evaluated with t test. No significant difference was observed between the VATS and thoracotomy groups in the average intraoperative blood loss, number of lymph node dissections, and days of pleural cavity drainage. While the average operating time in the VATS group was significantly longer than that in thoracotomy group, recurrence was only present in one case, as opposed to 7 cases in the thoracotomy group In conclusion, similar therapeutic effects were demonstrated in VATS and thoracotomy for NSCL. However, VATS lobectomy was associated with fewer complications, recurrence and shorter length of stay.

        Determination of Amatoxins in Lepiota brunneoincarnata and Lepiota venenata by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography Coupled with Mass Spectrometry

        Three hepatic failure poisoning incidents caused by Lepiota brunneoincarnata and Lepiota venenata mushrooms have been occurred in China in 2017, L. venenata has been described as a new species. However, the cyclopeptide toxins of these lethal mushrooms remain poorly understood. In this study, the composition and content of amatoxins in L. brunneoincarnata and L. venenata are analyzed and compared, the analysis of composition and content of amatoxins in L. venenata are reported for the first time. The results showed that b-amanitin (b-AMA), a-amanitin (a-AMA), amanin, and amaninamide were identified in L. brunneoincarnata, and a-AMA, amanin II (an analog of amanin), and an unknown compound were identified in L. venenata. The differences between L. brunneoincarnata and L. venenata in the identified compounds provide chemical evidence for L. venenata as a new species. Quantitative analysis shows that a-AMA concentrations in L. brunneoincarnata and L. venenata were 0.72-1.97mg/g dry weight, b-AMA concentrations in L. brunneoincarnata were 0.57-0.94mg/g dry weight, and b-AMA was absent in L. venenata.

      • Virtual Presentation and Customization of Products Based on Internet

        Through reviewing and comparing the current virtual shopping malls web sites integrated VR into E-commerce, this paper analyzed both the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of methods for product presentation: 2D image based and 3D model based presentation method. Using the virtual shopping mall (EasyMall) as a showcase, we presented the architecture of the system and the development technologies, especially those in the mixed presentation method. The presentation and customization methods in the two related modules, including the PhoneShow for mobile phone and EasyShow for textile products, were discussed. It indicated that the integration of E-commerce with VR could provide consumers with virtual experience and intelligent service for business activities. Furthermore, the product presentation methods can be made available for use in different cases.

        A Monocular Structured Light Vision Method for Pose Determination of Large Non-cooperative Satellites

        A space robotic system is expected to perform on-orbit servicing missions to rescue malfunctionedsatellites in geostationary orbit (GEO). In final berthing and capture, it is difficult for a space robot to determine therelative pose (attitude and position) of a non-cooperative malfunctioned satellite that is usually huge and withoutartificial recognition devices. In this paper, a space robot with a monocular structured light vision subsystem isintroduced to solve the problem. Firstly, the monocular structured light vision subsystem composed of a singlecamera and a point light source is designed. Secondly, a partial rectangular shaped framework, which is verycommon on a non-cooperative malfunctioned satellite, is chosen as the recognition object for non-cooperative posemeasurement. Using projection constraints on rectangle and circular points, a rectangle feature reconstructionalgorithm is proposed. Thirdly, according to the reconstructed rectangle feature, a least square method of posedetermination is presented. Lastly, using a semi-physical vision simulation system, several experiments of typicalcases are simulated to verify the pose determination method of large non-cooperative target. The results show thevalidity and flexibility of the proposed method.

        Type 2 Diabetes Induces Prolonged P-wave Duration without Left Atrial Enlargement

        Prolonged P-wave duration has been observed in diabetes. However, the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. The aim of this study was to elucidate the possible mechanisms. A rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) was used. P-wave durations were obtained using surface electrocardiography and sizes of the left atrium were determined using echocardiography. Cardiac inward rectifier K+ currents (Ik1), Na+ currents (INa), and action potentials were recorded from isolated left atrial myocytes using patch clamp techniques. Left atrial tissue specimens were analyzed for total connexin-40 (Cx40) and connexin-43 (Cx43) expression levels on western-blots. Specimens were also analyzed for Cx40 and Cx43 distribution and interstitial fibrosis by immunofluorescent and Masson trichrome staining, respectively. The mean P-wave duration was longer in T2DM rats than in controls; however, the mean left atrial sizes of each group of rats were similar. The densities of Ik1 and INa were unchanged in T2DM rats compared to controls. The action potential duration was longer in T2DM rats, but there was no significant difference in resting membrane potential or action potential amplitude compared to controls. The expression level of Cx40 protein was significantly lower, but Cx43 was unaltered in T2DM rats. However, immunofluorescent labeling of Cx43 showed a significantly enhanced lateralization. Staining showed interstitial fibrosis was greater in T2DM atrial tissue. Prolonged P-wave duration is not dependent on the left atrial size in rats with T2DM. Dysregulation of Cx40 and Cx43 protein expression, as well as fibrosis, might partly account for the prolongation of P-wave duration in T2DM.

        Caspase Recruitment Domain Containing Protein 9 Suppresses Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Proliferation and Invasion via Inhibiting MAPK/p38 Pathway

        Purpose Caspase recruitment domain containing protein 9 (CARD9) has been demonstrated to be a pro-tumor factor in various cancers. However, our previous study found a significant decrease of CARD9 in malignant pleural effusion compared with benign pleural effusion. So we investigated the role of CARD9 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its working mechanism. Materials and Methods Immunohistochemistry, western blot, and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction were used to detect the expression of CARD9 in specimens of NSCLC patients. The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database was also used to analyze the expression of CARD9 in NSCLC and its predicting value for prognosis. Immunofluorescence was used for CARD9 cellular location. Cell growth assay, clonal formation assay, wound healing assay, matrigel invasion assay, and flow cytometry were used to test cell proliferation, migration, invasion, apoptosis, and cycle progression of NSCLC cells with CARD9 knockdown or CARD9 overexpression. Co-immunoprecipitation was used to identify the interaction between CARD9 and B-cell lymphoma 10 (BCL10). SB203580 was used to inhibit p38 activation. Results CARD9 was decreased in NSCLC tissues compared with normal tissues; low CARD9 expression was associated with poor survival. CARD9 was expressed both in tumor cells and macrophages. Downregulation of CARD9 in NSCLC cells enhanced the abilities of proliferation, invasion, and migration via activated mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK)/p38 signaling, while overexpression of CARD9 presented antitumor effects. BCL10 was identified to interact with CARD9. Conclusion We demonstrate that CARD9 is an independent prognostic factor in NSCLC patients and inhibits proliferation, migration, and invasion by suppressing MAPK/p38 pathway in NSCLC cells.

        Myocardial Blood Flow Quantified by Low-Dose Dynamic CT Myocardial Perfusion Imaging Is Associated with Peak Troponin Level and Impaired Left Ventricle Function in Patients with ST-Elevated Myocardial Infarction

        Objective: To investigate the association of myocardial blood flow (MBF) quantified by dynamic computed tomography (CT) myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) with troponin level and left ventricle (LV) function in patients with ST-segment elevated myocardial infarction (STEMI). Materials and Methods: Thirty-five STEMI patients who successfully had undergone reperfusion treatment within 1 week of their infarction were consecutively enrolled. All patients were referred for dynamic CT-MPI. Serial high-sensitivity troponin T (hs-TnT) levels and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) measured by echocardiography were recorded. Twenty-six patients with 427 segments were included for analysis. Various quantitative parameters derived from dynamic CT-MPI were analyzed to determine if there was a correlation between hs-TnT levels and LVEF on admission and again at the 6-month mark. Results: The mean radiation dose for dynamic CT-MPI was 3.2 ± 1.1 mSv. Infarcted territories had significantly lower MBF (30.5 ± 7.4 mL/min/100 mL versus 73.4 ± 8.1 mL/min/100 mL, p < 0.001) and myocardial blood volume (MBV) (2.8 ± 0.9 mL/100 mL versus 4.2 ± 1.1 mL/100 mL, p = 0.044) compared with those of reference territories. MBF showed the best correlation with the level of peak hs-TnT (r = -0.682, p < 0.001), and MBV showed a moderate correlation with the level of peak hs-TnT (r = -0.437, p = 0.026); however, the other parameters did not show any significant correlation with hs-TnT levels. As for the association with LV function, only MBF was significantly correlated with LVEF at the time of admission (r = 0.469, p = 0.016) and at 6 months (r = 0.585, p = 0.001). Conclusion: MBF quantified by dynamic CT-MPI is significantly inversely correlated with the level of peak hs-TnT. In addition, patients with lower MBF tended to have impaired LV function at the time of their admission and at 6 months.
