《诸病源候论》有关损容性疾病的考察

In this article we manually searched all the scriptures in『Zhubing Yuanhou Lun (General Treatise on Etiology and Symptomatology of Various Diseases)』and collected all the scriptures about facial-traumatic diseases, aiming at investigating the denomination,classification, pathogeny, pathogenesis, prophylaxis and treatment of facial-traumatic diseases to provide literature support to cosmetology and treatment to dermatogic disease of TCM. Facial-traumatic diseases always classified according to its etiological factor, location, or symptoms, and designated by its morphous, etiological factor, course or location.『Zhubing Yuanhou Lun』, as a monumental work formed before Sui(隋) Dynasty, also an important and valuable literature, will provide more evidence or clues for symptoms and etiology of facial-traumatic diseases, which will be helpful and meaningful in clinic.

孫思邈中醫美容葯物療法之考察

In this article we manually searched all the scriptures in 『Qianjin Fang (Invaluable Prescriptions)』and collected all the content about facial-traumatic diseases to provide literature support to the herbal treatment to cosmetology of TCM. 『Qianjin Fang (Invaluable Prescriptions)』, as a monumental work formed before Tang(唐) Dynasty, also an important and valuable literature, will provide more evidence or clues for herbal treatment to cosmetology of TCM, which will be helpful and meaningful in clinical practice.

Objectives : Through the analyze of formative factor of time sense and the vital movement temporal rhythm in Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經). Methods : We find out the principle and methods of Chronomedicine and Health Preserving in Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經), and this finding will direct the life nurturing for later generations. We find that time sense had been established in Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝 內經), which had yin-yang and five elements characteristic. Results : There have temporal rhythm of functions of zang-fu viscera, meridian and collateral, qi and blood. Based on the theory of correspondence between human body and natural environment, established principle of health maintenance about based on yin and yang, temporal rhythm of visceral qi. Conclusions : Established health maintenance methods based on time such as adjusting-spirit according to time, regular daily life, dietary regimen according to time, needling and moxibustion according to time. These methods will guide syndrome differentiation and therapeutic method and Medication which based on suitable time.

『黃帝內經』"陰陽交"病解析

The earliest record of ``Eum-yang Interlocking(陰陽交)`` is in 『Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)』. In this article, we reviewed the meaning of the two Chinese Characters ``On``(溫) and "Gyo"(交), discussed the meaning, mechanism and treatment principles of Eum-yang Interlocking and Three Incurable Symptoms in order to provide a theoretical basis for treating the warm febrile disease in modern times.

In 『Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)』 the name of blood vessels is closely related to images of the river, and the word for blood vessel contains the following meaning, such as blood vessel, blood wind as well as blood stasis and so on. In a physiological perspective, the unobstructed blood vessel and normal operation blood are important symbols of health, for blood is the basis for human survival, physical activity and mental activity. In pathology, the external cold, excessive seven emotions and a biased diet can cause many kinds of abnormalities of the blood vessels, which can in turn become causes for a variety of diseases. The theory of blood vessels in 『Hwangjenaegyeong』 can provide guidance for diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in practice.

The Medical Beauty in 『Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)』 is characterized by the establishment of the unity of man and nature, human and social unity, the unity of human body organs and meridians, Gi-Blood[氣血] human essence unity, the unity of body and spirit. The harmony of Jang(臟) and Bu (腑), blood and Gi(氣), Eum and Yang and mental and physical health are essential to the beauty, and the harmony of internal and external environment must not be overlooked. In a word, the Medical Beauty in 『Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)』 is the thought of strong and handsome which based on cultivating health to prevent disease and aging.

Objectives : Through the analysis of the harmonization(和) thought in Traditional Chinese culture, and then excavate the theory and application of Harmonization Method(和法) in Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經) and Shanghan Zabing Lun(傷寒雜病論). Methods : We find the harmonization(和) means harmony and neutral in traditional Chinese culture, including the harmony of society, the harmony of the mind and the body, and so on. Results : Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經) emphasized the health status is moderate, the disease state is unbalance, preserving our health should keep the yin-yang equilibrium, treating disease should reestablish the equilibrium status, which establish the foundation of the theory of Harmonization Method(和法). Shanghan Zabing Lun(傷寒雜 病論) created the methods of settlement and harmony, which is a precedent for the wide application of Harmonization Method(和法) for future generations, including to reconcile the interior-exterior and yin-yang, to harmony the ying-wei and qi-blood, to reconcile the activities of qi of internal organs. Conclusions : The harmonization(和) is the ideological foundation of the theory system of TCM and the Harmonization Method(和法). The Harmonization Method(和法) is an important treatment method for clinical practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

論文 : 黃帝內經 痺病機理與治療考察

Objectives : We search the contents about Bi disease in Huang Di Nei Jing(黃帝內經), to analyze the significance of Bi disease, etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of Bi disease, treatment of Bi disease. Methods : We find that the key feature of Bi disease is joint pain induced by impatency of Qi and blood. Exterior and interior etiological factors are involved in, such as exogenous evil of cold and dampness, emotional disorders, intemperance of taking food, dysfunction of yingqi and weiqi, strong or weak constitution, etc. Results : The important pathogenesis are invaded by exogenous evil because of deficiency, disharmony of yingqi and weiqi and disharmony of five viscera. The key points of treatments are the individual concerned therapy and climate concerned therapy, selecting the acupoint according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs. Conclusions : The combined therapy should be used such as acupuncture and moxibustion, hot application of medicine, massage, Daoyin, outside apply, etc. These supply the theory foundation for etiological factor, pathogenesis, syndrome and treatment, and to direct the diagnosis and treatment of Bi disease later generations.

痰湿体质辨识调理的文献源流考察

Objectives : To find the causes, the development factors and trend of phlegm-damp constitution in previous dynasties, Chinese medicine books were reviewed, to provide literature basis. Methods : The paper looks into the references to phlegm-damp constitution in Traditional Chinese medicine classics literatures, to analyze the its causes, the development factors, and the recuperation methods. Results : Phlegm-damp constitution is one of common type of human constitution. The development trend of phlegm-damp constitution is Xiaodan(消瘅), similar to the dispersion-thirst disease, stroke, chest discomfort, asthma, infertility to name a few. Conclusions : The phlegm-damp constitution is related to the natural endowment and the acquired life style and behavior factor. General recuperation is a basic and effective approach for preventing and treating the constitution.
