NORMAL WEIGHTED BERGMAN TYPE OPERATORS ON MIXED NORM SPACES OVER THE BALL IN ℂn
Avetisyan, Karen L.,Petrosyan, Albert I. Korean Mathematical Society 2018 대한수학회지 Vol.55 No.2
The paper studies some new ${\mathbb{C}}^n$-generalizations of Bergman type operators introduced by Shields and Williams depending on a normal pair of weight functions. We find the values of parameter ${\beta}$ for which these operators are bounded on mixed norm spaces L(p, q, ${\beta}$) over the unit ball in ${\mathbb{C}}^n$. Moreover, these operators are bounded projections as well, and the images of L(p, q, ${\beta}$) under the projections are found.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We present the experimental results on ion acceleration by petawatt femtosecond laser solid interaction and explore strategies to enhance ion energy. The irradiation of micrometer thick (0.2–6.0 μ m ) Al foils with a virtually unexplored intensity regime (8 × 1019 W/cm2 – 1 × 1021 W/cm2) resulting in ion acceleration along the rear and the front surface target normal direction is investigated. The maximum energy of protons and carbon ions, obtained at optimized laser intensity condition (by varying laser energy or focal spot size), exhibit a rapid intensity scaling as I 0 . 8 along the rear surface target normal direction and I 0 . 6 along the front surface target normal direction. It was found that proton energy scales much faster with laser energy rather than the laser focal spot size. Additionally, the ratio of maximum ion energy along the both directions is found to be constant for the broad range of target thickness and laser intensities.</P> <P>A proton flux is strongly dominated in the forward direction at relatively low laser intensities. Increasing the laser intensity results in the gradual increase in the backward proton flux and leads to almost equalization of ion flux in both directions in the entire energy range. These experimental findings may open new perspectives for applications.</P>

<P>A significant level of back reflected laser energy was measured during the interaction of ultra-short, high contrast PW laser pulses with solid targets at 30 degrees incidence. 2D PIC simulations carried out for the experimental conditions show that at the laser-target interface a dynamic regular structure is generated during the interaction, which acts as a grating (quasi-grating) and reflects back a significant amount of incident laser energy. With increasing laser intensity above 1018 W/cm(2) the back reflected fraction increases due to the growth of the surface modulation to larger amplitudes. Above 1020 W/cm(2) this increase results in the partial destruction of the quasi-grating structure and, hence, in the saturation of the back reflection efficiency. The PIC simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental findings, and, additionally, demonstrate that in presence of a small amount of pre-plasma this regular structure will be smeared out and the back reflection reduced. Skin Rejuvenation in Women using Menopausal Hormone Therapy: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
Pivazyan Laura,Avetisyan Julietta,Loshkareva Maria,Abdurakhmanova Amina 대한폐경학회 2023 대한폐경학회지 Vol.29 No.3
Objectives: To evaluate the effect of menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) on skin aging in menopausal women. Methods: Studies were identified by searching PubMed, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, and ClinicalTrials.gov databases using the key words “hormone replacement therapy” AND “skin” AND “menopausal.” Studies that used and compared oral/transdermal MHT with placebo or another type of treatment in menopausal women aged 45–55 years were selected. Results: From 1,526 studies identified, 15 studies comprising 1,589 patients were included in the final analysis. Our meta-analysis aimed to compare skin elasticity (standard [Std] mean difference = 0.28; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.03–0.54; P = 0.03), skin thickness (Std. mean difference = 1.27; 95% CI, 0.88–1.66; P < 0.00001), collagen content (Std. mean difference = 2.01; 95% CI, 1.42–2.61; P < 0.00001), and skin dryness (Std. mean difference = 0.15; 95% CI, −0.05 to 0.35; P = 0.14).Conclusions: MHT increases elasticity and collagen content in the skin, thereby reducing the severity of wrinkles and increasing skin thickness. Nevertheless, more well-conducted clinical trials are required to answer all questions in an evidence-based manner.

A target position monitoring diagnostic, relevant to intense laser-solid interaction, is presented. The alignment system, having a sensitivity of few micrometers, consist of an infinity corrected long working distance objective, a broadband illuminating source and a CCD camera. The imaging system, placed along the axis of incident laser pulse, serves the dual purpose of laser focus diagnosis and precise positioning of the target in three dimension axis. By employing this technique, solid targets with thickness varying from opaque micrometer thick foils to few nanometer thin transparent foils can be aligned precisely. The effectiveness of the entire alignment system is demonstrated in enhanced acceleration of ions in intense laser-matter interaction, with very high reproducibility.
