Jumping Pattern Generation for One-Legged Jumping Robot
Akira UMEHARA,Yuya YAMAMOTO,Haruyoshi NISHI,Atsuo TAKANISHI,Hun-ok LIM 제어로봇시스템학회 2017 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2017 No.10
This paper describes a one-legged robot capable of jumping that consists of a waist, thigh, a shin, and foot. The jumping robot’s height is 1200 [mm], and its weight is 90 [kg]. Two kinds of pneumatic artificial muscle, the mono-articular muscle and the bi-articular muscle are installed. Also, the jumping pattern that is composed of an air-supplying and an air-exhausting pattern of the pneumatic actuator is discussed. The jumping pattern is generated offline taking into account actuator dynamics. A jumping experiment was conducted, and the effectiveness of the mechanism and jumping pattern was verified.
Design and Implementation of Hand Pose Rally System based on Image Processing
Koki Nishi,Yuichi Kunitomo,Akira Suganuma 대한전자공학회 2015 ITC-CSCC :International Technical Conference on Ci Vol.2015 No.6
The purpose of this research is the construction of the stamp rally system distinguishing with participant"s hand shapes. We have realized by the image processing to distinguish the hand shapes and evaluated accuracy. And we have designed the data communication between the server and the checkpoint.
Development of a Hand Pose Rally System Based on Image Processing
Suganuma, Akira,Nishi, Koki The Institute of Electronics and Information Engin 2015 IEIE Transactions on Smart Processing & Computing Vol.4 No.5
The "stamp rally" is an event that participants go the round with predetermined points for the purpose of collecting stamps. They bring the stamp card to these points. They, however, sometimes leave or lose the card. In this case, they may not reach the final destination of the stamp rally. The purpose of this research is the construction of the stamp rally system which distinguishes each participant with his or her hand instead of the stamp card. We have realized our method distinguishing a hand posture by the image processing. We have also evaluated it by 30 examinees. Furthermore, we have designed the data communication between the server and the checkpoint to implement our whole system. We have also designed and implemented the process for the registering participant, the passing checkpoint and the administration.
Monitoring of tool wear for high precision blanking using AE technique
SHIMIZU, Tomoharu,NISHI, Junichiro,IWABUCHI, Akira ENGINEERING TRIBOLOGY RESEARCH INSTITUTE KYUNGPOOK 1999 INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON HIGH PERFORMANCE OF TRI Vol.1999 No.-
It is important to estimate progress of the tool wear of press working, because the tool wear cause low precision products. So, the aim of this research is establishment in a monitoring technique of press tool wear. Acoustic emission (AE) were measured during high precision blanking. An auto-regressive (AR) model analysis were conducted for the AE signals. Then, AR parameters obtained were analyzed with principal component analysis, which is one of multivarate analysis method. The correlations between the change in AR parameters and the degree of the progress of the tool wear were examined. The possibility of monitoring of the tool wear for the press working was indicated.
