This paper discusses a recent political transition which led to changes in tourism development of the Indonesian city of Surakarta, and shifted the focus from preserving cultural uniqueness to boosting mainstream tourism infrastructure. The paper investigates impacts of such a fundamental change in tourism development policy and explores how its actions- and results-related impacts are evaluated by stakeholders. In this context, the paper adopts a relativistic stakeholder approach to impact evaluation. Findings reveal that the stark policy shift generated relatively balanced outcome assessments by interviewed stakeholders, although they criticised a lack of involvement in the decision-making process. Overall, this research contributes to impact assessment research by lending support to a relativistic and activity/process-based view. Stakeholder involvement into decision-making not only supports a continuous and critical evaluation due to the presence of a multitude of voices, but seemingly provides a counter-balance to sudden ruptures which characterize political dynamics.
A Nonlinear Conjugate Gradient Method and its Global Convergence Analysis

In this paper, we develop a new hybridization conjugate gradient method for solving the unconstrained optimization problem. Under mild assumptions, we get the sufficient descent property of the given method. The global convergence of the given method is also presented under the Wolfe-type line search and the general Wolfe line search. The numerical results show that the method is also efficient.

Although influencers establish their reputation and gain popularity by demonstrating expertise toward a specific topic, there is a huge potential to extend their market by tapping into different topics. Specifically, by promoting different types of product categories. However, previous studies tend to have different predictions about the success of this practice. Such that, according to the match-up hypothesis, it is unlikely that the influencer can successfully promote different product categories. On the other hand, Stereotype Content Model (SCM) suggests that influencers might be perceived as competence that overgeneralized to other domains. By conducting a survey to 302 online consumers in Indonesia, this study aims to test two competing routes toward influencer’s success in promoting product categories other than their initial expertise within the fashion context. The findings of this study revealed the primacy of match-up hypotheses, even when the influencers are perceived as competent, it does not mean that consumers are willing to follow their recommendation if it is outside their expertise domain. Only when there is an influencer-product fit, consumers are willing to accept their recommendation. However, perceived competence of the influencers can promote acceptance to follow recommendation on different product categories only when it established trust on the influencer.
Low Writing Field on Perpendicular Nano-ferromagnetic
Nur Aji Wibowo,Ferdy S Rondonuwu,Budi Purnama 한국자기학회 2014 Journal of Magnetics Vol.19 No.3
For heat-assisted magnetic recording, magnetization reversal probabilities of nano-Pt/MnSb multilayer film with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy under thermal pulse activation were investigated numerically by solving the Landau-Lifshift Gilbert Equation. Magnetic parameters of nano-Pt/MnSb multilayer were used with anisotropy energy of 3 × 105 erg/cc and saturation magnetization of 2100 G, which offer more than 10 y data stability at room temperature. Scheme of driven magnetic field and thermal pulse on writing mechanism was designed closely to real experiment. This study found that the chosen material is potential to be used as a high density magnetic storage that requires low writing field less than two-hundreds Oersted through definite heating and cooling interval. The possibility of writing data with a zero driven magnetic field also became an important result. Further study is recommended on the thickness of media and thermal pulse design as the essential parameters of the reversal magnetization.

Chikungunya fever is an arboviral disease caused by the Chikungunya virus (CHIKV). The disease has similar clinical manifestations with other acute febrile illnesses which complicates differential diagnosis in low-resource settings. We aimed to develop a rapid test for CHIKV detection based on the nucleic acid lateral flow immunoassay technology. The system consists of a primer set that recognizes the E1 region of the CHIKV genome and test strips in an enclosed cassette which are used to detect amplicons labeled with FITC/biotin. Amplification of the viral genome was done using open-source PCR, a low-cost open-source thermal cycler. Assay performance was evaluated using a panel of RNA isolated from patients’ blood with confirmed CHIKV (n = 8) and dengue virus (n = 20) infection. The open-source PCR-NALFIA platform had a limit of detection of 10 RNA copies/ml. The assay had a sensitivity and specificity of 100% (95% CI: 67.56% - 100%) and 100% (95% CI: 83.89% - 100%), respectively, compared to reference standards of any positive virus culture on C6/36 cell lines and/or qRT-PCR. Further evaluation of its performance using a larger sample size may provide important data to extend its usefulness, especially its utilization in the peripheral healthcare facilities with scarce resources and outbreak situations.

A temperature-dependent micromagnetic study has been conducted to examine the spin dynamics of the perpendicularly magnetized nanodot in a thermally induced magnetic switching (TIMS) scheme. The magnetic parameters used in this study represent the properties of BaFe. The impact of writing-temperatures below the Curie point on the magnetization reversal characteristic of nanodot with three damping levels, which related to the minimum writing-field as well as the zero-field-switching probability, were discussed systematically. The spins configuration of the nanodot was also presented to visualize the modes of the magnetization switching. The simulation reveals that the writing-field decreases concerning with the writing-temperature and reaches its lowest value at the temperature of 0.4 % below its Curie point. During the heating phase, the mechanism of demagnetization is coupled with the writing-temperature. Meanwhile, the magnetic damping takes over the role in the magnetic switching mechanism during the freezing.

Telkom University is a private educational institution that implements an academic portal called iGracias to serve the needs of students, lecturers, employees, and parents/guardians of students, especially in providing campus information quickly and widely and up-to-date. One of the most important processes in iGracias is the Semester Learning Plan process, from managing the PLO Master to managing the Detailed RPS approval. Based on 2020 data obtained from the PuTI (Information Technology Center) Telkom University, there were 1931 access logs on iGracias related to the Semester Preparation Plan process in the Information Systems study program at Telkom University. Seeing this, it is necessary to analyze and improve the Semester Learning Plan process so that it can increase the effectiveness of time and activities in the process. This redesign process uses the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and the Bizagi Application as a simulation tool for both existing business processes and targeted business processes. From the simulation, the time required for existing business processes is 109948,2678 hours with a total of 12 activities. While the targeting business process resulted in only 42791,07528 hours to complete 11 activities.
