N/A Hemodialysis is a safe and effective treatment for uremic patients but hemodynamic changes during he-modialysis is suggested to be the possible cause of encephalopathy. However, few studies have evaluated the cerebral circulation of and the effects of hemo-dialysis. Therefore, this study was performed to evaluate the cerebral blood flow by transcranial doppler. The study populations were 12 male patients who ranged in age from 28 to 58 years(mean:57) and were receiving maintenance hernodialysis for 3.8 years(0.5-11.5 years). Mean blood flow velocity(MFV), pulsatility index(PI) and resistance index(RI) were measured in carotid artery(CA), middle cerebral artery(MCA), anterior cerebral artery(ACA) and pos-terior cerebral artery(PCA) before, during and after hemodialysis. Simultaneously, we also checked vari- ables(body weight, blood pressure, arterial blood gases, hematocrits, and other biochemical parame-ters) which might affect cerebral blood flow. MFV during(70.5±20.3 vs. 60.0±211cm/sec) and after(vs. 60.6±13.7cm/sec, p<0.01) hemodialysis in CA showed significant reduction as compared to the that of before hemodialysis, but other vessels(MCA, ACA and PCA) showed no significant changes. There were no significant changes in PI and RI before, during and after hemodialysis. Body weight, PaCO₂, blood urea nitrogen and hematocrit changed significantly during and after hemodialysis as compared to those of before hemodialysis, but correlation between changes of MFV and these variables was not observed. Hemodialysis and its associated physiologic changes are not associated with cerebral blood flow, and this result suggests the well-preservation of autoregulation of cerebral blood flow during and after hemodialysis.
대학태권도선수의 성취목표지향성과 내적동기, 자기효능감 및 운동지속수행의 구조적 관계

The pupose of this study was to examine the casual relations of Achievement Goal Orientation, Intrinsic Motivation, Self-efficacy and Exercise Adherence through the analysis of Structure Equation Model(SEM), focusing on the theoretical structure. The 녀bjects of this study were University Taekwondo players. 484 samples out of 500 samples through convenience sampling method, were adopted as a final data. We confirmed the goodness of fit test of model, utilizing SPSSWIN Ver.15.0 and AMOS 7.0, and after which we tested each hypothesis. The results were as follows; First, it was shown that the task goal orientation have positive influence on intrinsic motivation (interest, effort). Second, it was shown that the self goal orientation have positive influence on intrinsic motivation (ego). Third, it was shown that the intrinsic motivation (interest, effort, ego) have positive influence on self-efficacy. Forth, it was shown that the intrinsic motivation (tension) have negative influence on self-efficacy. Lastly, it was shown that the self-efficacy have negative influence on exercise adherence (predisposing, reinforcing, enabling).

This study investigated and analyzed the housing type of North Korea and the current status of standard housing construction. The purpose of this study is to establish a strategy for securing the safety of North Korean standard houses with relatively low structural performance compared to South Korea. In addition, we will use this data as basic data for planning a low-cost emergency reinforcement method to prepare against the natural disasters that are taking place frequently.
소형 복합재 태양광 무인기 윙 리딩에지스킨 모델 비교 연구

본 연구에서의 날개 앞전은 날개의 공기역학적인 기능뿐만 아니라 조류 등의 외부의 손상을 줄 수 있는 것으로부터 날개 내부 구성요소를 보호하고 안전한 항공기 운항을 위한 반드시 필요한 구조 요소이다. 복합재 무인기의 날개 경량화를 위한 최적의 제작 모델을 비교 검토하였다. MSC. Patran/Nastran을 이용한 유한요소해석을 통하여 비틀림 하중의 변위 형상을 비교 확인하였으며, 각 모델들의 비틀림 강도 실험을 통하여 적층 유형, 두께 변화 및 형상 적용에 따른 경량화 성능 개선을 확인하므로써 소형 복합재 무인기 최적의 경량화 날개 앞전스킨의 형태를 제시하였다. The wing leading edge skin in this research is an essential structural factor for improving wings' aeromechanical functions, protecting the interior elements of the wings from external damage including birds, and navigating planes safely. The study compared and reviewed models manufactured for optimal light-weight wings of composite UAVs. It compared and investigated displacement forms of torsion loads through finite element analysis using MSC. Patran/Nastran. By confirming the improvement of light-weighting performance according to lamination type, thickness change and shape through torsion strength tests of each model, the research suggested the optimal light-weight wing leading edge skin for small composite UAVs.

로켓 (rocket)이란 배출가스를 빠르게 분사하여 그 반작용의 힘으로 추진력을 발생시키는 추진 장치이다. 그리고 고체추진 로켓 (solid rocket motor)의 구조에서 노즐 (nozzle)은 추력을 발생시키는 중요한 구성품으로 고온/고압 환경으로 인하여 연소되며 액체로켓 (liquid rocket propulsion systems)과 다르게 노즐을 냉각시킬 수 없어 연소가스에 의해 침식 (erosion)이 발생한다. 본 논문은 oxy-acetylene torch tester를 개발 및 이용하여 흑연 (graphite) 재질의 노즐목 (nozzle throat) 내열재에 대하여 열화학적 침식 특성을 실험 및 이론적 모델로 규명하고 이를 통하여 침식에 영향을 미치는 주요 인자에 대하여 연구하였다. In the solid rocket motor (SRM), a thrust of rocket is generated by a nozzle so it is very important device. The nozzle of SRM is a condition of high temperature and high pressure so occurs the erosion by combustion gas. The liquid rocket propulsion systems (LRPSs) cools the nozzle by the fuel and oxidizer but SRM does not cool the nozzle. This paper deal with the development of the oxy-acetylene torch tester and investigate the thermochemical erosion properties for the thermal insulation materials of the graphite rocket nozzle throat through the experiment. The results of experiments are compared with the results of Theoretical model and identify the key factors affecting of erosion. The results is in good agreement with the experimental data.

본 논문에서는, 분산 환경에서 문서의 원격 편집기능을 제공하기 위하여 현재 ITU-TS SG 8에서 표준화 작업을 하고 있는 문서 전송및 조작(DTAM) 시스템을 ISODE 소프트웨어를 이용하여 SUN 에서 C 언어로 구현하고, ISO와 공동으로 진행하고 있는 문서 화일링및 검색(DFR) 시스템과의 상호운용에 대한 세 가지 방안의 특성을 분석한다.
